chambre agréable, tv de bonne taille bon reseau wifi calme vis a vis de l'exterieur/ douche spacieuse /restaurant sur place/ salon de l'hotel bien decoré
le lit composé de 2 lirs jumeaux pas agreable quand vous etes naturellement au milieu du lit/ les coussins un peu durs, le bruit venant du resident situé au 1er etage on entend tous les pas au sol/ les bruits provenant de l'evacuation d'eau du resident au dessus qui prend sa douche/ la porte d'entree donnant sur l'exterieur/ complexité du systeme de chauffage dans la salle de bain/ manque de prise de courant dans la chambre pas adapté aux pros et prises usb sur lampes ne fonctionnent pas / le siege est trop bas par rapport au plan bureau

Excellent hotel with spa, pool, gym, restaurant & bar. Didn’t try most of it but we were there for an overnight stay on the way to skiing. Everything was great about it for what we needed. Family room was massive and really comfortable.
If you want to go out, you can’t. But again, not an issue for us.

Breakfast and breakfast room are very good
My only concern was the use of the type of plastic covers under the bedsheet. I'm afraid it was one of the worse I've experienced in hotel.

La déception au manque de professionnalisme et des remarques apporter auprès du réceptionniste .

Nous aurions aimé un geste commercial pour ces désagrément du au séjour

We are at the hotel restaurant, not cheap and staff stood talking rather than looking after customers.

Near train and road, but trains stopped running at 10pm ish, so not a problem for us😁

Lovely hotel set out like a motel, so you can park by the rooms. Good location with a huge carpark, unable to try the restaurant (which looked very good) as closed on Sunday. Room was very good almost felt new.

Ideally located, just over an hour from the Eurotunnel with 24 hour check-in, allowing us to get a latish shuttle and wake refreshed for onward travel. Friendly staff and super clean.
Slightly challenging route off the A26, then the A1, then some back-doubles and finally down a lane that is almost a track before you reach some very closed gates; fortunately an easy intercom to reception gets the gate to slide open. In fairness, we were arriving around midnight and few hotels would be as welcoming at this hour.

Nice room, good restaurant, good food.
Disappointing breakfast. Arrived in rather small breakfast room just before 8am to find numerous dishes empty or just scraps left. Raising the issue with one of the staff, the response was just a shrug and vague apology

Incredibly easy, parking right outside was fantastic. Room was great with bonus of being adjoining for the family.

The hotel is really convenient when driving to the Eurotunnel. The room is great so is the shower. The TV huge, the wifi good, the staff were amazing and the breakfast fantastic.
I had motel room at back of hotel, which was very comfortable and its great parking car outside but a railway line runs close by and the trains, although not frequent, were noisy, so I couldn't open a window. I tried to turn off the air con fan but it ran all night. If I stay again I'll seek advice on a quieter room.

Close enough to the motorway as a pit stop on a long journey. Easy check-in, staff friendly, parking close to the room and everything you need.
Rooms could be slightly larger, the floor in the room warmer and the breakfast a little fresher.

A nice hotel, clean, large room, comfy bed, good coffee, a nice gym, and friendly staff. It’s a good hotel to stop at when driving across France.
