Husband and I stayed here with 2 of our 4 adult kids in their 20s. It was exactly what we needed - perfect location to walk to town or beach, quiet, clean and easy! We will definitely be back. Thanks for helping us all recharge our batteries!
Note: I think the listing says BR 3 has 2 twin beds - but it has one bed (double?). Not a prob for us at all but just FYI you might want to edit.

Quiet home tucked away at the end of a neighborhood in historic and beautiful Spring Lake, NJ. Updated family home, tastefully decorated with beautiful landscaping not typically seen in rental property. Open living area with lots of room for everyone to spread out and all the amenities you will need for your stay, including beach and pool passes.

My wife and I stayed at this wonderful property for two weeks to close out our summer. We couldn't have asked for more.
The house was spotless, well-stocked, and in a great location. Marybeth was very responsive and an amazing host. And we can't say enough about the beautiful town of Spring Lake and its beach - it's our happy place.
All in all, it was an absolutely perfect stay down the shore, and we can't wait to return!

We spent a week at this property in early September— a wonderful time to visit the area!
The host/owner met us when we arrived and was very kind and informative.
Everything you need to enjoy your stay is available and included in this home.
Also, this is a great place for children. Plenty of space, and a charming backyard for them to safely play.
My advice is to consider September for a beach escape, if it works with your schedule ( :

Really terrific house! Close to town and the beach, tons of towels, beach passes, bbq; everything you need for a fun and relaxing visit. Marybeth is great and very helpful, 5 star rental!!

Marybeth was very communicative and helpful. Our family loved our stay and are already looking forward to next summer. One of the best parts of our vacation is that Marybeth had everything we needed…beach/pool access badges, tons of beach chairs and accessories, everything you would need to cook, entertain and relax!!

My wife, baby daughter, Parents in law and I had such an enjoyable visit. Dave and Marybeth were incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The house and property were beautiful as advertised. We hope to return and would highly recommend this property to other families.

The house was extremely clean. The kitchen was quite well equipped with pots and pans for cooking, and plates, cups, utensils. The backyard is very private and is mostly closed in. The beach is about a half a mile from the house which is either an easy walk or a very easy bike ride. There were 12 of us there, as the house description stated that there was sleeping accommodations for 12. However, our mistake was not looking at the configuration of the rooms and the beds, so we had some figuring out to do to be able to have everyone sleep comfortably. We used the barbecue grill that is there and sat out at the outside table often. Overall, it’s a lovely house in a very quiet neighborhood and because the seaside is so flat it’s very easy to bike everywhere.

House was great - yard was wonderful for backyard activities & the cul de sac was perfect for small kiddos to ride bikes / scooters / drive remote control cars. Mary Beth is a very helpful host & helped us out with a couple of last minute requests. The beach locker is very convenient although we would have loved some buckets / shovels -- bought some & left them for the next family ;) Overall a great stay! I rated accuracy of online booking a little lower because there was a discrepancy between the listing & rental agreement re: number of beds, which caused a mild panic shortly before the vacation started -- the listing reflects the correct number of beds!

This house was perfect for us! Walkable to everything, clean, organized and with all of the amenities. Perfect for families sharing a house or a large family like us. Plenty of space inside and out. House is on the end of a cul-de-sac which makes it quiet and peaceful. Will definitely be back!

This house was just as listed, clean, kitchen had everything you could need, and great location on a dead end street. My kids loved walking to the nearby park, and the adorable town is a short walk away. Would definitely book this house again.

Nestled on a quiet cul de sac in charming Spring Lake, this home feels like home away from home the moment you walk in the door. Mary Beth is a very gracious host and very responsive each time I called. There were 7 of us and more than enough room to spare. It's even nicer in person than the pictures can show. I visit here often and will definitely stay here again! 6 stars!

Lovely clean home near the shore that accommodates a full family with all the necessities and more. Lovely yard and surrounding quiet small town community within walking distance, easily accessible to the Ocean as well. Hosts are most gracious.

We selected this property because of the high ratings by other quests. Our overall score of 5 STARS continues the exceptional ratings achieved by Marybeth.
The quiet and private street just near the beach made the home an ideal location. The larger than standard backyard gave us an outdoor space to relax and play with our Grandson. The pavilion locker was really helpful for storing our beach supplies. The indoor space of the home was more than adequate and the layout was great.
We had no reason to contact Marybeth, but we knew that she was there to help us if needed.
A fantastic trip in our memory books!

We came to Spring Lake for the wedding of our childhood friend and this house was the perfect spot for our crew to stay! The location is convenient and the house is located on a beautiful street. Marybeth was a wonderful host who was very accommodating and made us feel at home the moment we got there. We cannot speak highly enough of this property and will certainly return in the future!

You want for nothing in this lovely Spring Lake home! The owner is fantastic, she was so attentive and immediately responded to any questions we had! The house is centrally located on a quiet dead end street, and is in walking distance to everything. It is clean, charming, nicely decorated, and very well equipped! It also has great outdoor space! We had an amazing week, and would highly recommend this property!!
