Questo splendido condominio di recente costruzione (2006). Aggiornato di recente ! Nuovissimo tappeto per la stagione 2019! Situato a solo un isolato dal lungomare con una vista spettacolare sull'oceano, questo condominio è in una posizione perfetta per le famiglie! L'Unità ha viste da milioni di dollari degli spettacoli pirotecnici settimanali del venerdì sera e del famoso spettacolo pirotecnico Wildwood del 4 luglio! Questa unità da 4 camere da letto dispone di 3 letti queen size, 2 letti singoli, 1 bagno in corridoio, 1 bagno padronale privato, moquette nuova camera da letto (2018), lavatrice e asciugatrice nuovissime (2019), The Living Room ha nuovi divani con un LCD da 42 pollici TV e ogni camera è dotata anche di TV a LED da 24 pollici oltre all'accesso gratuito a Internet! Il garage annesso è abbastanza grande per 2 auto e il vialetto può ospitare un'auto aggiuntiva. Per aiutare a mantenere questo posto il più bello possibile, chiediamo che gli affittuari siano famiglie o maggiori di 26 anni. Se hai bisogno di maggiori dettagli, chiama Brandon. Our stay was great. Property was clean and roomy, with a convenient one block walk to the beach and boardwalk. Fun restaurants and shops in town. Convention center was only a mile away and a nice walk along the boardwalk or a short drive, with easily accessible parking. Had a great time! Would definitely stay there again.

Are stay was enjoyable and the house was clean. It's rooms are of good size and we didn't feel like we were on top of each other. Brandon made communicating with him very easy and he was prompt on getting back with you. I stay down the shore about 4 times a year and have stayed at many houses but I must say that his makes you feel like your staying at a home NOT just a rental. Will definitely return again.

I'm told the neighbor down stairs owns her unit. She was hard to get along with and very aggressive. It's been four weeks and I have not yet received my security deposit The property manager was friendly .

Mu family and I just got back home from staying here this week and this condo was perfect for our needs! Great location, only a few minutes walk to the boardwalk and beach and everything was as described. I did not want to leave but sadly all good things come to an end!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was very convenient to the boards and the beach. The living room is very spacious, with plenty of room to sit. It was very clean and the beds were comfortable.

Very close to the beach and boardwalk. Very roomy condo with comfortable beds. The only complaint was not enough places to sit in the living room considering it sleeps 8-10. The couch and love seat need replacing too.

I have been traveling down to WW with my best friends for nearly 20 years. We’ve added spouses (and a kiddo) along the way which always makes finding the right house tricky. We had a great time here! The house is spacious and very clean. The location can’t be beat, it’s steps away from one of the most popular sections of boardwalk. Thank you for a wonderful time!

This was a centrally located property right near some of my son's favorite things on the boardwalk (Gateway 26, Ripley's Mirror Maze, Hot Spot pizza, Auntie Ann's pretzels). The space worked out perfectly for my family -- parents, brothers, sister-in-law, husband, and son. We all got a room, had a place to park our 3 cars, fit around the dining table, etc. Because of the coronavirus, we were hesitant about vacation this year. Brandon reassured us that there were extra cleaning precautions in place and was great at responding to my questions (sometimes within minutes!). By the end of the week, my family didn't want to leave! Thanks, Brandon, for having such a nice condo.

Very nice place in a nice location. Brandon was very quick to respond to any and all inquiries I had. The master bedroom has a super comfortable bed but the other beds could have been softer (I know this is personal preference though so I still give 5 stars). Having 2 parking spots in the garage was great and there were actually sheets, blankets and some trash bags and kitchen utensils at the house.
Overall, I'd definitely stay here again!

The location was perfect - VERY close to the beach and boardwalk with an amazing view of the fireworks on Friday night. The owner is extremely proactive with communication regarding the particulars of your trip.
Our family would highly recommend these accommodations for your vacation.
