Il Dean Way Chalet è una cabina grande e accogliente con tre ampi livelli in cui è possibile distendersi e divertirsi. Lo chalet si trova nel bel mezzo delle Sierre, ed è circondato da splendidi alberi di grandi dimensioni tutto l'anno! La cabina si trova a Blue Lake Springs ad Arnold, in California, e aspetta te, i tuoi amici e la tua famiglia!
Lo chalet ha 4 camere da letto, PIÙ un soppalco, PIÙ un piano inferiore con sala giochi, divano letto e sala da ping pong! Puoi dormire comodamente 12-13 corpi nei letti!
La stazione sciistica di Bear Valley dista solo 25 minuti dalla cabina! Sia in inverno che in estate, è una favolosa alternativa per famiglie alle affollate località di Tahoe e un disco molto più facile! Fuori da questa cabina speciale, in estate sei a due passi da due laghi con spiagge, così come l'accesso a tutte le favolose attività ricreative che Blue Lake Springs ha da offrire. Tennis, basket, piscine, shuffleboard, attività organizzate per bambini, serate di bingo, film all'aperto, parco giochi, pallavolo, Snowflake Lodge Restaurant e molto altro! Per non parlare del vicino Calaveras Big Trees State Park e di numerosi campi da golf. In inverno c'è neve intorno alla cabina e numerosi sno-park, piste per lo sci di fondo e, naturalmente, Bear Valley!
Certo, non devi assolutamente lasciare lo chalet per goderti una meravigliosa vacanza in montagna. Le possibilità sono infinite: puoi goderti un barbecue sull'ampio ponte e ammirare gli alberi ad alto fusto che circondano la cabina, puoi giocare sulla neve intorno alla cabina durante l'inverno (sono previste slitte), puoi accendere un fuoco e giocare all'interno (vengono forniti anche puzzle, giochi e legna da ardere), oppure puoi oscillare sull'autentica seggiovia che pende dal ponte. I nostri ospiti ci dicono che semplicemente passare il tempo in cabina è sempre il momento clou delle loro vacanze!

The check in process was really fast,as soon as we get in we were excited to explore the place, place are good except for the bathroom toilet, it looks like they didn’t used that for a while so stain stayed but i’m sure it’ll came off after more cleaning.And don’t forget to bring your own towels and bed sheets.!The bedrooms are perfect for us and have some spaces for other kids,basement are perfect for the kids and adults with couple of games to choose from,Just a concerned about the lock, I wish they have a lock inside the door downstair in the future, so it’s okay to leave the kids down .The kitchen was great! All the things we need were there.We did a lot of cooking and grilling outside and it was awesome! There was a wifi ,but really hard to get a service outside.Overall our stayed were great! The host Sandy’s amazing! Recommended!

Highly recommend the property to a big group wanting to stay together. Beds were comfortable.
Make sure to read the listing bc you need to bring your own towels and sheets. Fortunately, our friends were coming up after us and were able to bring them for us as well.
Cleaning could have been a little more thorough as some of the dishes had food stuck on them and there were a lot of cobwebs on the lights. That is probably the only place I could knock this property bc otherwise it was a great place to stay. :)

Great location, close to do many activities. Tons of sleeping, seating and space. Kitchen and bbq great . 4 adults and 6 teenagers, we had a blast!

Sandy hosts a great property: spacious, clean, and perfect for our group. She also was great to communicate with, and forward with all the information we may need for a good stay. Recommend!

We had lots of FUN there was a lot of snow we went to go see the big trees we had a beautiful experience there .We also went down to the snow park we all enjoy our self in this cabinn

We stayed here for Christmas with our family. And had an absolutely WONDERFUL time. The cabin was spacious and very clean. Lots of beds and two large game rooms for kids to play in downstairs. Overall just fantastic experience. Sandy helped us out and was so very good to work with us to accommodate our large family. We enjoyed the cabin IMMENSELY. It exceeded our expectations!! We definitely plan to book again! 100% recommend to anyone.

This house was amazing! There were lots of sleeping options which was good for our 2 families of 4. The kids were able to watch movies and play games in the downstairs game room while adults can be upstairs. The scenery was beautiful and was very peaceful in the morning. The layout was great and we loved the open concept.

Cons:
Unbearable heat inside the unit. Fans provided were of no use ( either broken with safety hazard or good for one person just like personal usb fan). Temp inside the unit was 86 F at 1 AM. We travelled withs mall children and spending night was miserable.
BBQ grill was all dirty and greasy

Host charged for garbage disposal despite we securely close the lid for outside enclosure and excess trash was also securely kept in kitchen to avoid encounter with animals.
Host should mention about the heat wave and that the house is not equipped to host people in this heat wave but there was no communication.

Location was alright with greenery.
After sending several emails, we decided to checkout as it was so bad, host asked us to buy more fans for second night. We had to spend our vacation to go to store and buy fans for them.

The cabin has all the necessities, is in a very convenient location close to everything. Only 28 minutes from bear valley and even closer to some snow parks.

Had a great time here! Property was easy to access and there was lots of space for our party of eight. The co-owner was very prompt and helpful with regard to communication.

We really enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of room for two families and our teens enjoyed the downstairs rooms. It was very hot when we visited, so we appreciated the fans they provided.

Not suitable for families; deck is falling apart and dangerous; carpet didn’t seem clean; sink was leaking from behind and dripping out onto the floor. Silly things like there wasn’t enough toilet paper, paper towels or hand soap. No towels or sheets, etc.

It was overall good. Would recommend some more fans as it was super warm and the kids weren’t able to sleep upstairs.

We had a lovely stay here with three families. Our children had so much fun in the dowstairs play rooms, and the adults were able to comfortably relax on the deck and all eat together. It's a perfect house for this kind of getaway. We come to Arnold every year and Blue Lake Springs is just the best! ***Remember to bring your own sheets and towels though! We missed this in the fine print of the rental agreement and had to scramble to buy and borrow sheets when we arrived.***

We enjoyed our stay at the cabin. It’s clean, has a nice kitchen, and tons of beds! The kids loved the game rooms. Property does not provide any toys, snow shovels, towels or sheets. Would have been nice if they had plastic deck chairs, sleds, and salt and pepper.
Check out the big trees state park up the road, and Murphy’s down the hill. We were disappointed with the Mexican restaurant and stores in Arnold.

House was great. Lots of space and beds. Awesome time playing ping pong and foosball. Deer walked through property. Owner was super responsive and fast at responding. Only thing is the sap on the deck this time of year is really bad. Bring shoes that you don't mind getting sap all over the bottom. Overall good trip!!!

Overall a great cabin with plenty of room for large groups / multiple families. We really enjoyed our stay. My one "complaint" would be that the guest pass for the pool and lake doesn't actually get you in - you have to pay to enter which was a little pricey. $15 per person per day over the age of 2. Also, the cabin is not walking distance to these (well not walking distance with young children). Other than that, the cabin itself was great.

We have always loved staying at this lovely property. There is so much room for everyone (kids and adults) to have their own individual areas to enjoy their stay. We have always had a great time.

There was plenty of room for the 12 of us. The perfect place for our entire family to gather for a few days.
We loved being able to spend a day at the lake and pool, enjoying a picnic lunch and playing basketball in the courts there. It was convenient that we were close enough to the cabin if we needed to run back for whatever reason, which is handy with toddlers.
Overall, we had a really fun, relaxing time and would love to return again barring our family doesn't grow any between now and then.
