The property was exactly as described - there was enough room for 7 adults & 2 children. Everyone enjoyed the pool. The large umbrella by the pool was wonderful - it provided shade for the lounge chairs on the hot, humid days. The theater room was a such a great space. The kids & the adults loved watching videos & movies in a very comfortable space that was air conditioned. The owner & property manager were very responsive to any questions or concerns about the house. Of all the places we have rented over the years, this villa was the best!

It was GREAT!! Very spacious we all had fun in the game theatre room and pool. The dining table was large enough for us all to enjoy dinners. Would do this again in a heart beat.
One suggestion read the pass they give you at the gate relating to where to park on the street. We didn’t so that was another adventure we won’t forget. LOL

This property is so homey! With enough room for everyone to spread out and relax, one of our favorite features is the movie/game room! This room is climate controlled even though it's a converted garage (that's rare in my experience).
This is the second year we've chosen this property and the owners and property manager are a joy to work with. They changed from standard keys to a keypad, upgraded the door handles, etc. It's so nice to see that they continue to make improvements on this already excellent property. Thank you! 🙂

The house is close to the Florida attractions and is an ok place to stay but I felt there were some cleanliness issues with the kitchen and bathrooms. There was mold in the showers and toilets as well as ants. The dishwasher is not doing its job. A lot of the dishes in the cupboards were still dirty or had dried food attached including the silverware. There were numerous pillows to use but I couldn’t find any pillowcases. The thermostat needs to be simpler to use with buttons that adjust the temperature temporarily and then return to programmed settings.

Had a fantastic stay here. Villa was spotless and had everything we needed. From a 7yr old to a 75yr old, there was something for everyone. From the cinema room to the little library of books, the swimming pool/spa, the cable tech in the rooms and the kids games - it was excellent. Great communication with the owner and the property management company. Any queries were dealt with promptly. The gated community was also a positive. Would stay here again!

This house was perfect for my family getaway! The alarm clocks at every night stand had charging stations in them - they were the perfect finishing touch to a wonderful stay! The movie theater is TRULY air conditioned like the rest of the home. I've been places that claim the "rec room" is able to be used year round but the heat kept us out. This rec room was truly as described. This felt like a home away from home - very comfortable to relax in. The only thing we wish they had was a railing at the steps into the pool, but I haven't found that at any of the rental homes in the 6-7 times we've stayed in this same neighborhood.

Villa Ohana feels like home. It is the perfect place to spend time reconnecting with family. The home is always in perfect condition and you can see that Doug and Wendy take pride in sharing it with others. This trip was extra special as our daughter will be going off to college next year and we know there are lots of changes in store for us. Thank you for the memories! ❤️

This was our 13th villa in Florida and rates as one of the best. The technology and cinema room was amazing and the villa has everything you could ever want. The location was new to us but had lots of shops and restaurants around it. We had a great stay.

Family get together
We got together in this centralized area because my mother in law is ill. We very much appreciated how clean this property was and how accurate the listing was. Had plenty of room, the pool area was wonderful, and when we did use the movie/game room, that was great as well. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. Thank you!

This is a great house!
This house had everything shown in the pictures (which is not always the case)! There was plenty of furniture around the pool. The pool heat that we paid for was provided. The south facing pool was not overlooked by any nearby neighbors and the houses to either side were far enough away to give a nice sense of privacy. The neighborhood does not offer any amenities and none were promised, but if you have stayed in some of the other communities you might be disappointed in that. The house was very well supplied with dishes and utensils for cooking and serving full meals.Again, many rental homes claimed to sleep 10 or 12 people, but there are only seats for six and only plates for eight and this house was not like that at all. The theater room was a nice break area and the directions on operating it were super helpful! The traffic in the whole Orlando Area is no joke. You really have to check traffic and plan your trips and sometimes you are just going to be stuck.
We really enjoyed this house and would definitely stay here again!

Great place to stay
This house was great for myself and my golf buddies. Five bedrooms worked out perfectly for us and the theater room with pool table was a bonus. The pool area is well equipped and the pool furniture was very comfortable. The kitchen was also well equipped and the whole open living area was very nice for our group. We also felt very safe in the gated community and went for walks daily. Highly recommended.

Great Stay
Had a great week long stay at the property! A few minor issues at the beginning but the property owner was amazing at communicating and getting everything taken care of. I felt like she cared about my concerns and addressed then promptly. The property was about 35 minutes from Disney. Kids loved the pool and the movie room was a huge hit to relax after a busy day at the parks. The water was super warm without heating the pool (we stayed in June). Rooms are large and each have a TV. The neighbors were super friendly as well :) would definitely stay at the property again.

Great house, Great hosts, difficult location
Great house, moderately stocked, good pool, good movie room, nice big house, clean. Easy to work with hosts. Very secure neighborhood. Only downfall is location. I-4 which is what you have to use to get anywhere east is a nightmare. Be prepared to constantly be in traffic with no other good ways to go. Even if going to Disney plan on a hour from house to parking. Nothing really great nearby for dining or shopping. So just be aware of location. If staying at the house is your agenda book it. If traveling daily out and about be ready for hours in the car. Overall I'd love to stay with these hosts again but wish location was different.

Great Place to Relax
We enjoyed our stay at the house. We enjoyed the pool and the theater room which was a great space. We have stayed in other homes in the area but this house is at the top of our favorites. I would definitely rent this again. If you are trying to decide this is the house to pick.

Great property to relax in on vacation .
This house was very homey and had several household items that were convenient to have! The pool and hottub and movie theater room were our favorite! Very comfortable and a perfect getaway! Excellent communication with owners and property manager!

Came into town for a baseball tournament. According to the players this property was by far the best because of the large media room and pool.

Well Thought Out Home
The house is very spacious. The owners provided every item and then some that one would need. Plenty of linens and cookware. Even had initial start up items such as laundry soap, P. towels and other essentials. Overall the the house was wonderful. Although I don't think it was cleaned in respective to the Covid-19 guidelines. The only issue we had was that we were reported as being too loud according to the community and received several warnings about noise complaints. Keep it mind the villas are very close to each other. So pretty much no listen to music on the patio. Although other villas were louder than us. So, I was on pins and needles fear of being fined or evicted from the property. The "outdoor camera" is used to monitor how many people enter and I assume exit the property. I received email and phone calls about how many people were in the house. So no visitors. But like I said if you like a nice home this would be it. But the restriction are unbearable. My nephew rented the same home approximately in Feb/March. He stated he had no problems or complaint and the had parties every night.

Great Central Florida Vacation Rental
Perfect getaway for two adults and five kids, ages 6-17. Teenage boys loved the movie room especially. Everyone loved the pool. Neighbor Curt is friendly and helpful, as is Robin, the property manager. Conveniently located near amusement parks. Very safe with gated entrance and friendly security guards. We will be back!

Good place to relax for the week
This house was great for relaxing for a week with friends. Everyone in the group enjoyed using the pool and hot tub, and the theater room was fantastic for watching the NCAA wrestling nationals!

Great way to isolate!
This was a last minute vacation for our family. We didn’t think we could make it work this summer. This home was a perfect retreat for us. The screening room was hugely popular along with the pool. The house was very welcoming and very well equipped for our retreat. I would highly recommend a stay here. You will be very pleased by the hospitality and amenities.

Awesome Home
I rent vacation homes in Florida at least twice a year. This home matched the pictures perfectly. This home is well stocked with anything that you would need. Plenty of beach towels and regular towels. Lots of dishes for cooking. The neighbor is very friendly and very helpful. There is a Walmart and Publix close by. My family enjoyed our stay.

The Ohana Villa was very nice and welcoming. We had a great time. Everything you need to feel like home is there. We loved the pool and Theater/Game room. The sound system in on point. The place is very close to the store for grocery and beverage needs. Nice community and friendly neighbor.

Fabulous!
Was the perfect location for us as we were moving our daughter into her new home nearby. It was an awesome property and we thoroughly enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and game/theatre room when we had a few spare moments. We all wished we could have spent more time and were sad to have to head back home.

Great place to stay for Disney Trip!
We had a great time staying at the villa! The villa is a very good size and perfect for your next family trip. We were embarking on our first Disney trip and it was a quick and easy trip to the parks. The Villa was in a perfect location for us as it was close to LegoLand and Disney.
Doug and Wendy made the experience an easy one with your quick response! We booked a couple days before visiting and they made sure we knew what to expect and how to access property quickly.
The home features a good size pool with Hot Tub and we were swimming comfortably in January thanks to the HEATED POOL!! The movie theater was very nice in the perfect spot in the home.
We look forward to our next trip and may have to revisit this one in the future if you'll have us. We had a great time and highly recommend this place!
