Sunnynook Cottage Sea Views Top Location, walking distance to town.
LOCATION TOP, VISTA MARE E COMFORT. 2 minuti a piedi lungo la strada per vivere la nostra cultura del caffè in uno dei nostri Cafe`s funky. Questa è una piccola casetta con viste mozzafiato da morire. Sedersi sul ponte e vedere il Monte Karioi aumento maestosamente nell'angolo sud-ovest. Visualizza l'estuario con tutte le barche e bagnanti. Ascoltate le persone stanno avendo divertimento sulla spiaggia, i tramonti sono semplicemente fantastico, visualizzare i kite surfers sul porto. Guarda tutti i piccoli aerei in atterraggio e decollo sul campo d'aviazione. Noleggiare un kayak e unirsi al divertimento ogni corpo altro sta avendo in acqua. Prenota in un trekking a cavallo a Magic Mountain. Guidare dieci minuti lungo la strada di Manu Bay e guardare le surfer`s o si potrebbe anche avere un diminuire o due. Scalare la montagna. 2 minuti a piedi per i nostri bei negozi e fare un po 'di shopping. Fate una crociera nel porto. Guidare 40 minuti per immergersi nelle piscine calde. Abbiamo alcune belle passeggiate qui in Raglan in riva al mare. Venite a scoprire le cose che didn `t parlarvi. Questo cottage dispone di tutti i comfort necessari con una bella atmosfera accogliente. Ideale per famiglie, coppie o semplicemente vecchio relax con gli amici

This was a very cute old world bach/cottage with the best views over Raglan.
It was very quaint and well catered for.
Extremely thankful for all the heating provided which kept the cottage warm and toasty.
The Cottage is getting on in years but was a great stay. Would recommend it as a place to stay.
My only negative was that the second bedroom was a bit tight with double bed as well as bunk beds.

Very comfortable and qwerky cottage in a great location and views. Only downside was the lounge furniture could have done with a clean and inside the shower door. But overall a great place to relax in.

Just stayed here for the weekend with a couple of friends. What a awesome little place to stay in. Cosy, comfortable and warm and has everything you need. Beds are comfy, the views are great and only 5 min walk to the shops and cafes. We'll be back.

Awesome little house, comfy beds and nice and close to town. My only negative would be it was cold, the heating wasn’t really that wonderful. All in all awesome little place for the summer time but maybe not so much for winter 😊

We enjoyed our stay in Raglan, the cottage is well-located and has a lovely view. It is, however, very old and not well set-up for colder months i.e. there are no electric blankets; there was only one functioning heater; the windows are very cold and drafty; the shutters in the bathroom don't close. It also wouldn't be good for anyone with pet allergies as it is very obviously a pet friendly cottage.

The four of us loved our weekend stay at Sunnynook Cottage. Bedding configuration suited us, and it was such a treat to have all the linen not only supplied, but beds made up and bathroom stocked with quality towels. Perfect location so close to town, with beautiful outlook. Would thoroughly recommend, and definitely rebook!

Fabulous location and easy walking distance to the cafes. Quirky old style Bach which is just fabulous. Beautiful views and all the amenities that you need. Great communication with owner. Loved our stay.

Awesome place to unwind and relax. Great holiday hm and walking distance into town (2min). Highly recommend the Stoned Cow Cafe, very pet friendly with Pupachinnos on the menu.

We loved our stay in Raglan. The cottage was adorable and had a beautiful view. It was also walking distance to town and a short drive to the beach. We loved it here and would love to come back!

While an older property it was lovely and light. Had a gorgeous view and short walk to town.
Kitchen was stocked with everything you need and enough crockery, cutlery, cooking dishes and glasses for a good size family.
Woud definitely recommend this property if want a bach type and homely feel.

We had a fabulous stay in this cute character bungalow which is perfectly located just a very short work to the shops and the many cafes of Raglan. The owner has great communication and made our stay easy with clear instructions on how to access. We partcularly enjoyed the well equiped kitchen (and oven), the spacious living room with comfy seats and the general cosy atmosphere of the house. The deck has a stunning view of the ocean and we enjoyed amazing sunsets while sipping some wine and planning our next days. The beds are very comfortable as well and the bedding is great quality natural fibre.

The best holiday ever and also a gem of a place to stay. The location is central, amazing sea vies. Sunnynook is a special house and has been fitted out tastefully and is very comfortable. I would highly recommend to anyone and the host was excellent to deal with. Thank you from all my family.

This place was perfect for me and 3 teens, my son loved the sleep out. The weather was great and we enjoyed the decks which got both morning and afternoon sun. Had everything we needed, although I did have to get some body wash for the shower. The beds were very comfortable and I had the best sleep i’d had in ages so felt very rested after our weekend away from the city. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Great place. Lovely view and very handy to the shops. Everyone seems to know the little blue house on the corner. The neighbourhood rooster was awake a bit too early.

So clean and tidy, cute cottage in the coolest spot loved the view off the back deck. Everything was spick and span with all the necessities. Comfy nice furniture and beds. Would definitely recommend and choose to stay here again! Thanks so much for a beautiful place for wonderful few days away!

We really enjoyed our stay at Sunnynook. It is a wonderful location and it suited us well as a place for 2 couples. The cottage is quaint and is obviously full of history. A real bonus was having Sky TV so we could watch the Rugby World Cup!! Maintenance wise there a few things that need fixing that would help with the overall experience but we still enjoyed our time there. Just a little note - it would have been really helpful to have a pot scrubber of some sort, thank you.
