This is a beautiful home with a wonderful layout! The backyard is also wonderful! The location is perfect! It is easy to access many local attractions and restaurants. This is one of the best owners I have ever rented from, contacted, and they provided a warm and welcoming experience. You know it will be great when you are welcomed with brownies! Our group was 4 friends with 3 children. There was plenty of room and everyone was comfortable. There is honestly not one negative thing or anything I would recommend changing. Thank you!!

The property was just about what the ratings and photos were listed on website. The only items that could have been improved was that the ice maker in the refrigerator was working . The host provided us ice cubes after we called her. Also I wish the shower/bath tub had grab bars.

The house was not only in a great location but was exactly as described online...very comfortable all around, particularly the master bed. My 19-month old loved the fish pond and slide in the back...kept him busy and burned some energy for nap time. The owners were so responsive with questions and left some fish food for us to have some fun with our son in their pond out back on their patio. I will definitely stay here again in traveling back to the Atlanta area...what a great experience!

Every year i plan a reunion between with my husband's brothers and wives. It is a chance for them to reconnect and enjoy each other while the woves get to hang out and bond. This house was perfect for just that. Wonderful location, beautiful accommodations, and well stocked with everything we needed. The personal letter and fresh made brownies were the perfect little touch. Look forward to booking here again!

We had a family reunion at Camp Margaritaville at Lake Lanier. Part of our family stayed at this house rental. It was so convenient to the camp ground!

Firstly this house is the best location to stay if you are going to a wedding at Lake Lanier islands. It was 6 min from the house to anywhere on the island. Also we were thankful to be greeted by some brownies. The house itself had everything we needed and it felt like I was home all the time and made things easy. The backyard was so peaceful in the mornings as we did our Breakfast and enjoying the weather. Thank you for keeping the house clean and ready.

I wanted to not like this property so much because of a hiccup with scheduling that was on my part but when I got to the house and began my stay, there was no way I could leave a bad review of this house. The house was in great condition and very clean. Everything we needed was available and easy to find. The owner was always reachable and left a sweet welcome note and treat. I would definitely stay at this house again if we travel back to Buford.

We stayed here over Memorial Weekend for a family wedding at the Bradford house and Gardens. The location was perfect.
The house had plenty of room for our family to spread out. The beds were super comfortable. We loved the patio for our morning coffee.
The only thing that caught us off guard was that the driveway was pretty steep and found it easier to park at the bottom of the driveway.
The host made us brownies which was a delightful treat.

The property is beautiful. I especially loved the back yard and first floor master. We stayed here for a wedding in Buford. The host was very professional and even left us brownies. I highly recommend the home.

This was an amazing home. Clean, great location, wonderful backyard with slide, cornhole, and a fire pit. Deer walked through the yard one afternoon. Homeowner's instructions were clear to follow and they even left freshly made brownies! Definitely recommend.

It was very good my sister and I stayed there by ourselves and we loved it we slept downstairs in the master bedroom and we loved it and it was close to free chapel the church I attended online and it was also my birthday March 10th the same day I rededicated my life to GOD.

The property was very clean! We went there for the snow island events at Margaritaville/Lake Lanier. The house was only a few miles away along with being less than 10 minutes away from a grocery store and restaurants. When we checked in Waiting for us were some home made brownies that were delicious! Luann,was very easy to communicate with. If we ever get up that way again we’ll definitely seek her place out. Thank you!

We rented the home for the proximity of Road Atlanta Speedway. Short 20 minute drive and we were there. Great place with a great host. Luann was thoughtful about every detail. It was a pleasure staying there. The house is just off the road, so it will sneak up on you if you're not ready. Leave a light on if you're coming in after dark!

Booked this for a long weekend getaway for our son who just got back from a deployment to the middle east. My father in law keeps his yacht and jet ski's at Holiday marina. This beautiful house is right next door. We were so pleased with the accommodations. Everything was so clean and the beds and linens were extremely comfortable. The king suite is downstairs and there are 3 bedrooms containing 4 queen beds upstairs. The host left a batch of brownies that were delicious. Thanks Luann... if you are coming to Lake Lanier I cannot recommend this home enough. Also make sure you have dinner at Coastal Breeze about 3 miles away. Some of the best food we've had. We will definitely be returning in the future.

It was so nice of Luann to let us rent this space after the fiasco of my lake front rental not being available when I got to town after traveling from Jacksonville Fl to Gainesville Ga. and spending two nights in a hotel in Gainesville. Beautiful and comfortable place to stay. Even were blessed with seeing four deer on the property one morning! Thank you!

This property was a perfect fit for our family to get together. The house is very nice and is in a great location. Our 3 year old grandson loved the playhouse and slide in the backyard. The house is roomy, clean and ready for you. We will stay here again the next time we visit Lake Lanier.

Our family of 6 reserved this house in order to attend a 50th Anniversary Celebration for my sister and her husband. The house was perfect for our group as it was close to family, but also close to Lanier and all it has to offer. We only had time for a Lanier drive-through this trip as we were busy. We all loved the accommodations at the house as everyone had his/her/their own bed without pull-out couches or roll-away beds. The kitchen was very nice, but we mainly used it for breakfast. I would definitely rent it again if we were all to gather in Buford again.

Very nice well cared for home. Nice bedrooms with comfy beds. We really enjoyed coffee and conversation in the multiple back patio areas. The parking pad at the bottom of the driveway was very helpful. Quick responses to our questions!

We stayed here with several family members for a wedding that was at Legacy Pointe. The location was perfect-just a couple of miles to the venue. The house was exactly as advertised and the owner was very responsive! We particularly loved the outdoor backyard space! Highly recommend!

We had family coming in from out of town, and I personally live in Decatur GA so we all wanted to be close to Bradford House and Gardens and downtown Buford where all the wedding celebrations were taking place. This home was clean, comfortable and roomy for our family group. We had a really great stay and Luann was a pleasure to work with answering all my questions promptly and even made us brownies for our arrival!

We enjoyed our three-night stay at this lovely, well-appointed home. Highlights for us include the perfect set-up for two couples to each have privacy: a master suite downstairs and bedrooms to choose upstairs with a full bathroom. There is also plenty of room for more.... (THREE bedrooms with total of FOUR queen beds on the upper floor) ... two families with children would be comfortable as well. Living room seating with comfy leather sofa, love seat and another upholstered chair made for relaxation for all of us... including a young adult couple (children of one couple) who visited with their brand new baby. Kitchen and dinette was great with space for moving about and ample/comfortable seating. Loved the little outdoor space with glider and lots of other seating and overhead strung lights... (The chandeliers outdoors and over the kitchen table are also adorable). We enjoyed roasting ribs in the oven in the big roasting pan then finishing on the gas grill....
Both couples agreed: beds have plush, firm mattresses; we all had great nights sleeping. And, thanks to our host, Luann, for the delicious brownies with chocolate chunks! Nice treat!

While is was very unseasonably cold in Atlanta (5 degrees! 😳) and other peoples pipes were freezing, we did ok! Luanne had a space heater delivered to keep us warm and cozy! It was crazy weather! The home was beautifully decorated for Christmas which we so much appreciated! Had everything we needed to make a delightful Christmas dinner! We would stay here again! Thank you!

The Home was clean and cozy. They had it decorated nicely for Christmas which was cute. Beds and linens were soft and very comfortable. The host even had fresh baked brownies for us upon arrival which was a sweet gesture. (Thanks!) The Home was just as described In listing. We had deer in the yard every morning that we could see from the breakfast nook which my kids really enjoyed watching. The Location was super convenient for us to visit snow island
