My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Bearadise 3. The condo is quaint and cozy. We had everything we needed to make us comfortable for our stay. The location is perfect for hiking, skiing, eating, and shopping. We will definitely rent this place again in the future if it’s available.

Only stayed 2 nights but the spot was great. Overlooks downtown Banner Elk. About a 3 or 4 mile drive to sugar.

We loved everything about our stay at Bearadise 3. Easy walk to town and gorgeous view. Loved watching the birds feed at feeder hanging from the porch. The host was very responsive and helpful. Would highly recommend staying here and will probably be back.

We had a great time in Banner Elk. It was a nice short drive to Beech Mtn and a quick walk into town for dinner. We enjoyed watching the deer that were right outside the window. The place was clean and so cozy. It had all the mountain cabin vibes we were looking for. My kids loved it so much that they asked if we could move in.

We loved this place! We were nervous driving up as we arrived in a blizzard and the drive up was steep. Thankfully we had 4WD. Loved the fireplace and watching the birds and deer. The roads were too sketchy to take some of the day trips we were planning so we will return in the spring or fall.

Perfect location. Close to everything in Banner Elk. A peaceful, quiet location and walkable to town. Kitchen was well-stocked! Enjoyed the back deck, watching birds and chipmunks. Check in/out seamless. Communication with host was great. Would recommend and stay again.

Quiet road, perfect location, great parking, gorgeous fire pit/lawn, house was well kept and super cozy! We spent a ton of time on the deck and outside. Inside had everything we needed, great decorations and furniture. We took lots of walks to downtown. Enjoyed a little summer getaway!

My fiancé, two fur babies and I enjoyed a long weekend stay at Bearadise 3. We were in the area to do some hiking, birding and photography, and this couldn’t have been a more perfect home base. Very comfortable and well appointed—we had all that we needed. We loved the porch, which felt like our own spacious treehouse and enabled us to be on eye level with several birds in the trees. Binoculars were even provided! Very clean, wonderfully communicative and responsive property manager. Soooo convenient to downtown Banner Elk Look toward to staying again!!

We stayed in Bearadise 3 with our elementary aged boys for a ski/tubing weekend. Bearadise 3 was tidy, easy to get to, and more than accommodating for our stay. We particularly loved the location and how quickly you could get to the shops and restaurants in Banner Elk. We had a particularly icy day and the roads were cleared and de-iced quickly and we felt safe the whole time. Thanks for a great experience!

We absolutely loved this location. We have called Banner elk our home away from home for years and this is one of our favorite places we have stayed. Super clean, the host was easy to communicate with and always answered any questions right away. Also a major plus that it is so close to downtown!

Dunn's Deli has incredible breakfast options & is just down the hill. Biggest negative or just a heads up was the noise that travels from the other unit up the stairwell - sounds like conversation, coughing or kitchen noises were very obvious without the neighbors even being loud. Thankfully, my daughter sleeps with a sound machine on!

We were so pleased to have discovered this little gem! It's super cozy and CLEANl, CLEAN, CLEAN!!! The location is perfect! Especially for those who like to ski~close to Sugar Mtn and Beech Mtn.

Banner Elk vacation
Beautiful space, very clean and comfortable. We really enjoyed the porch, watching the birds and even saw a mama bear with two cubs! Close to town but feels like you are in the mountains.

Very convenient location, well-stocked property
We greatly enjoyed our long-weekend stay at Bearadise. The deck and swing are lovely. The kitchen and bath are well-supplied. Great/easy access to Banner Elk and beyond. Due to the extensive tree cover, the property is a bit dark on the interior, particularly on a cloudy day (bring a book light, maybe).

We loved the porch, it was perched up high in the trees so we felt like we were in real tree house! A very neat and cozy unit, the top floor of a 3 unit triplex. The five minute walk to town was perfect.
