Renting this beautiful place was seem less from beginning to end. The property manager was great at communicating. The place was very clean, nicely decorated and had everything we needed. We loved the shower outside and our view of the ocean was amazing. We will definitely stay here again! 😉

We have stayed at Surfside for several years, in various houses, and have always had a good experience. This house and location are BY FAR our favorite and we will most definitely be back!!! I cannot say enough good things about it. The house was the cleanest and most well-maintained we have experienced. All communications were great. Renting the upstairs property in addition to this one would be a great option for a larger group or multiple families. I highly recommend this property to anyone.

My family and I had the best experience! The house is right on the beach, at night you can sit on the deck and see the moon on the gulf. So beautiful! The house is clean and well stocked. I can not speak more highly of the owner and his staff. If you want to be treated like family and not just a dollar sign this is the place for you. They truly care about their customers. My family and I plan to rent this wonderful beach house again!

I have gone to Surfside for the last three summers and this location was the best as it is right on the private beach where vehicles cannot drive. It was super convenient to go down to the beach from the deck and pop back up for lunch etc. and to watch our teenagers in the surf. The place itself was clean and very comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with kitchen supplies. The management was very responsive to our texts with a minor situation.

What me and my bride needed was a week away to get ready for 2022 Thanks as always

It’s absolute beach front for sure. How everything too many neighbors too close living near the property. As far as privacy goes it’s weird that on deck there are least 2 cameras. The property is definitely old and bathroom is horrible with water stagnant on floor. Even can’t give praise to the location even if it’s on the beach.

This place is really nice. Can't beat the location - it's right on the beach.....a private beach with no vehicle access which we loved....and short walks down the beach from nice restaurants. Very clean beach house, comfy furniture and beds, well decorated, fully stocked kitchen which allowed us to cook big family meals all week, and bathrooms fully stocked with plenty of towels/toilet paper/soap, etc. The owner is super responsive to questions we had prior to arrival. Will definitely pick this spot on our returns to Surfside.

The house is beautiful inside. They even supplied extra toiletries for us that other homes we have rented did not offer. Enjoyed sitting outside and listening to the waves. Thank you for sharing your home!

This proposal truly on the beach! When you walk down the steps you are standing on the pedestrian beach. The house is updated, clean and we had everything we needed. Great property

Direct beach access was really nice. Cottage was clean and well appointed. Great view, nice deck area for sunrise viewing.

Loved this property, completely changed the way we experience the beach! Can't say enough good things. Very relaxing, right on the pedestrian beach, feels like a private beach. Fabulous!!

I do not want to unfairly criticize this property. Perhaps my expectations were too high, but it certainly was not what I expected. The pictures of inside were fairly accurate but the outside was misrepresented completely. We chose this due to description of "private" beach expecting to be away from crowds. NOT THE CASE! There are houses on both sides - crammed together and so many people! It was not the quiet get away we planned at all! At least one if not more houses had loud music from dawn to dusk and did not respect the area around our property at all. I got the feeling management never checked to verify how many people were actually staying in houses because some appeared to have up to 20 or more in a house meant for 4-6 people. I asked about bringing my little dog and was told absolutely not under any circumstances. EVERY OTHER house including those owned by this management company had dogs with them.The house was NOT stocked well at all. If you plan on cooking (which you better because no stores or places to eat) bring EVERYTHING you need with you. There was not even a cutting board - no wooden spoons - it had 4 forks. Every other place I have rented had the basic stuff for cooking - not even salt!! but we did find a child's half eaten pacifier sucker where the salt should be. The living room couches had ants in them.The shower only emitted a "spit" of water which was cold most of the time. I talked to management about the WI-FI connection and was assured it would support my needs - WRONG AGAIN! We could not watch movies and access the internet on another device at the same time. The only thing that made this bearable was the AC. It maintained a very cool space on extremely hot days. Oh - I almost forgot for 2 of the days we were there - management decided to have work done on the downstairs area and electric sawing, hammering, and the like beginning at 7 am each morning until 4-5. Nothing was ever said to us about this. If management chose to spend a little on a few amenities, and standards items to stock the house better and perhaps fix the shower, It might be tolerable. As is however, I would never recommend it.I was looking for other accommodations from the moment we got there and left 2 days early to move to better surroundings.I did not complain to management or ask for money back- I did not want to ruin what was left of my vacation - I just blamed myself for not spending more on a better place!

Good property, the owner came by before the hurricane passed and offered an extra night as we had the leave the Island for a day. He also was there the morning after cleaning up the area and moving sand from the parking area so we could get the car back in. Great service

We had an amazing time! Perfect location! And the owner/staff take great care of the property!

The rental was in a wonderful location. Direct beach access. The deck area was over-sized and had beautiful views. We enjoyed sitting outside until late at night. The beach is literally right outside of the door. The house has plenty of room. The kitchen was well appointed and had so much prep space. The bathroom and shower were phenomenal. My only complaint would the living room furniture. The material on the couch apparently holds a lot of sand. It was sandy when we got there. It is also worn out. We kept towels on it. It was very easy working with Lauren. There was storm work to be done and all of the workers were polite and accommodating. We will definitely go again. We are already planning our next trips.

Lovely facility right on the beach. Lots of stairs because the house is on stilts. Not sure if is a private beach but there are NO cars which is lovely. Had a couple of maintenance issues but the maintenance guy was there quickly. Very responsive. I would come here again!

I was impressed with the renovations - covered porch, outdoor shower and separation of the A-frame porch. We spent a lot of time on porch. I wish it had comfy furniture to relax and enjoy the spectacular view and sounds. The wooden picnic table was awesome for eating outside but that was the extent of sitting on it.

Location was great. Check-in/parking instructions were not accurate. Luckily the cleaning lady was there to help us.

Our stay was amazing again! Lauren is on the spot with her responses! Loved the new addition of the extended deck and the new shower it was amazing! We loved our stay! We are from Colorado and took a stab in the dark at this place and loved it! It is one of the only places on the beach that has access right to the beach and does not allow driving on that part of the beach. It was private and beautiful! We were very pleased. The 2 bedroom property is comfortable and had everything we needed. Our only criticism is that the microwave and coffeemaker were dirty and still had food and coffee grounds in them, yuk! We had to do a thorough cleaning of the kitchen to feel comfortable. This seems like it would be very easy to remedy by having housekeeping check these things.

Very easy to rent helpful property manager

The property was sold after we rented but Lauren was very helpful with any question and assistance. This property houses 3 different families with an upstairs, downstairs, and adjoining AFrame. The steps to the upstairs are just separated from the downstairs by a door. It was somewhat encroaching but would be perfect for a large family. It was on the pedestrian beach but pretty busy Saturday with the surrounding houses and general people coming off the street. The laundry is not in the house. It is downstairs below the AFrame house. The house was clean and neat. The deck was large enough with a picnic table area. Beach access was a plus. Waves were big and life was good🤙�🏽�

It was real peaceful, which is what we needed. Great place to stay. Plenty of room. I would be glad to stay there if I go to Surfside again.
