デラックスダブルルーム／独立洗面台／シャワーパネル付き／2名／朝食付き 駅からのアクセスが良い。 人数分のカードキーあり。ロビーのコーヒーマシンはコーヒー〜カフェモカやココア、お湯までセルフで飲めて美味しい。 チェックアウト後、当日丸一日荷物を預かってもらえた。天気が雨で傘を貸してもらえた。 シャワーパネルの温度調節しやすく水圧もちょうど良かった。水回りも清潔。ドライヤーも清潔でそこそこ強風が出るタイプ。歯ブラシが別の色で取り違えの心配が無かった。 冷蔵庫の強さが5段階はあり、どうせ効かないだろと最大にするととても冷えたので夏も良さそう。 朝食は種類がそこそこ豊富で美味しかった。スタッフさんがその場で焼き立てを提供してくれるフレンチトーストはパンの分厚さもあり、表面に少しカリッとした焦げ目もあるがもちっとしていて良かった。

特になし。とても贅沢を言うとドライヤーの冷風がしっかり出るタイプなら大満足でした。

洗衣機清洗的不夠乾淨

The decoration is very modern, room is tidy and location is nice, there are a lot of restaurants and convenient stores nearby.

The woman at reception is a little bit unfriendly. No smile on face and looks a little bit impatient.

バスタブがゆったりで、トイレとは別になっている。普通のシャワーだけでなく、壁面と頭上にあるシャワーも快適で、良かった。

室内にある程度の設備が整っていたのですが、玄関にカフェサーバーがあるからか、飲み物はお茶しか無く、冷蔵庫はあるのに、お水のペットボトルが無く、残念でした。

- Clean and spacious, could lay out my luggage and open it up - Had a sofa space on the side as well! - Provided extra amenities such as skincare and bath salts - staff were friendly and did their best to help me when the system had problems finding my booking. - Pajyamas provided (single long button up) - Right opposite a donki so very convenient if you needed anything.

- Room could get a bit stuffy at times (however I was able to open the window so it was fine) - Was a small walk to the nearest staion, about 5-10minutes

アメニティの置き場所が、物に寄ってバラバラだったので一つにまとめて貰えると良いと思う。

ホテルの紹介があまり良くない、門限があるのに、説明しなかった。荷物を取る時、スタッフは直接推して、荷物はフロントにぶつかれた… 介紹沒有很清楚，晚上後有門禁要感應。 櫃檯人員比較冷漠一點，取行李的時候是直接推過來讓行李滑行，還撞到櫃檯

部屋の設備が最新で綺麗だった。 お風呂とトイレが別だったので良かった。

トイレにタオル掛けがなかったので、トイレで手が洗いにくかった。

The room was comfortable, there is a free coffee machine on the lobby and the hotel is in a good location.

You cannot turn on the AC. They have a central air system and the heater was on at all times. The room was very hot, so I called the reception and was told there’s nothing they can do, they advised us to open the windows. No fan was offered. So I had no choice but to sleep with open windows.

Espaço: cama de casal grudada na parede, quase nenhum espaço pra mala e banheiro sem bancada. Cama dura Amenities e tomadas insuficientes

The location is okay. The staffs are very friendly even they’re not familiar with English. The breakfast is very good but I think some guests left so many food was quite a pity. The cleaning can be better.

Decent sized room and bathroom, close to subway (4 stops to Shin-Osaka station) and in a nice part of Osaka, close to several good restaurants.

The room was not cleaned properly before our arrival - there were a few hairs in the bathroom and a pistacio shell on the floor of the room.

Located in business area (we first went to the wrong hotel, be careful). Hotel is modern and what you would expect from business hotel.

Room was very small, hugely annoyed by the 'sofa' as it was just a seat.....and my daughter couldn't sleep on it....so I had a sleepless night on the floor!
