The place was wonderful. The location, property, and grounds keepers were wonderful and helpful. The house was not super clean when we got there. There was some cereal and nuts on the kitchen floor and under the counters. The toilet in the master bedroom was not cleaned very well but other than that it was great and we would definitely stay again.

We had a wonderful time at Bella cabana. The listing included everything that was promised. We are right on the water and there were San toys and snorkeling equipment, and beach chairs, which enables us to have some free days at the beach. Would definitely recommend.

We enjoyed St Croix very much. The location couldn't be better. Our condo was dated and kitchen cabinets needed repair and a good thorough cleaning. But otherwise we were very comfortable.

Condo had everything you needed. The check in/out process was very easy. Unit had AC which is always nice! Parking was easy. It was nice having a pool right out the door. Although it could use some cleaning. Wish we had known about the water and laundry issue beforehand. We could have brought more clothes to avoid doing laundry and picked up water on the way to the condo. We traveled with an infant and had to do laundry. Seemed like the water was always brown so his stuff turned brown. Countertops had large crack near the sink. Needs to be fixed for safety. Overall good stay and Brooke was very nice.

We loved our stay at Bella Cabana and Pelican Cove. The condo had an amazing views. We would definitely come back and stay on our next visit to St. Croix. The bed was really comforted the condo had everything you could need. Highly recommended

Tons of fun and the diving was incredible!

Our visit was amazing largely due to our condo! It was absolutely beautiful and had a stunning view! It had every amenity you could think of. The kitchen had every pan, utensil, and gadget you would need. Bathrooms were fully stocked. There was extra sunscreen, batteries, etc. There were even pails and shovels for the beach as well as snorkeling gear for several people and extra beach towels. It was so nice having a washer and dryer available as well. We will definitely stay here again!

My family and I enjoyed this property so much that we came back 4 months later to celebrate my son’s birthday. Brooke is an excellent host. Price and location are great. Will definitely be stay there on my next trip to the island.

Stayed for a two week work trip and had everything we needed. Convenient location, great condo complex, easy check in!

Condo is very will stocked with pretty much anything you could need. Everything was extremely neat and clean when we arrived and check-in was very easy. Brooke is very easy to communicate with and very responsive to requests and questions. The pool is beautiful and there are plenty of chairs and tables around it. The beach area is small and quite rocky in the water, which is what we found with much of St Croix. Overall an excellent vacation and stay.

We appreciated the amenities like coolers and chairs for our trips to the beach. Conveniently located with beautiful views. Definitely recommend!

It was as described. Kitchen had everything needed to cook, coolers, beach chairs, and nice patio.

Perfect location for touring the island. Close to Christiansted and to stores, dining. Condo has everything you need- beach chairs, coolers, bags, beach towels, lots of spices and cooking items. Beds were comfortable and breeze kept condo cool. Used AC at night just in bedrooms. Couches were comfy and patio was awesome, spent most of our time outside when we were at condo. Pool is big and clean with lots of loungers. Hot tub is clean also. Grounds are lovely and gated…feel very safe. I found a running path on some side streets but there are no shoulders or sidewalks so be careful. Walked through Judith Estates, good hills and less traffic. Need a rental car to visit the whole island. We went to Fred twice, Pt Udall, Buck Island, Cane Bay…we spent everyday somewhere new! Great place, you will love it! And Brooke was easy to get ahold of and answered all of our questions.

Could hear the sound of the ocean with the sliders open. Breezes keep the unit cool so we didn’t use AC that was available. Great location for moving around the island. Well stocked. Spacious unit. Easy communication.

The condo is very spacious, clean an well-equipped with a comfortable Kitchen. The beds were very comfortable. Towels, including beach towels and beach chairs were provided. Each of the bedrooms and the living room have wall-mounted a/c units. We preferred the fresh ocean breeze and ceiling fans at nights. Internet was consistent, but could use an upgrade in speed. The complex is perfectly located for getting to either Christiensted or Fredricksted. We felt very safe and the friendliness of other guest and residents was amazing (Hello Lenny). Having breakfast outside in the mornings on the patio, listening to the waves made the start to each day every memorable. Our host Brooke, was very responsive to our needs and concerns. She was also very responsive to my emails My family would definitely book with her again and highly recommend the property.

We had a great experience here. The best part for us was all of the “extras” that were included here—coolers, beach towels, beach toys for kids, snorkeling gear, chairs, etc. The view from the porch is amazing and was a perfect place to sip our morning coffee. We never went to the beach these condos are on as there wasn’t much “beach room” and it’s on the north end so the water is pretty rough, but there are many beaches within 20 mins that were beautiful! Overall a great place to stay that was perfect for traveling with an infant!

We absolutely loved La Grande Princesses condo, the grounds were beautiful and well maintained. The beach was literally just a short walk from the condo. Just a 5 min walk down the beach is the Pelican Cove Resort, service was slow (which is par for the entire island) but the food was very good and worth the wait. We walked down the beach almost every morning for breakfast or at least our morning coffee. Brooke was absolutely wonderful and always very responsive and helpful. We had been in correspondence during our trip planning, and she was always quick to respond. I even texted her asking where the beach towels were stored and received a response in minutes. The condo was located a bit off the beaten path but still a short 10 min drive to Christiansted and 25 min drive to Frederiksted the two main towns on the island. No matter where you are staying on the island, I would not recommend driving at night, there are no street signs for ANY of the roads on the island. I would recommend arranging for a taxi service to take you from the airport and returning during the day to pick up the rental car. Google maps worked say 90% of the time but still routed me on roads that didn’t exist. The roads are all in terrible condition and you have to drive on the left side of the road, this took some adjusting and a few minor close calls but overall, not too bad. Croix is absolutely, beautiful, I would even venture to say I loved the island more than Maui, Hawaii from a natural beauty standpoint. From the historic Danish architecture, the white sandy beaches, crystal clear waters, to the mangrove forest in the Salt River Bay National Historic Park, to Buck Island Reef National Monument and the tropical rain forest; there is so much to see and do.

We had a great time at St Croix and this property exceeded our expectations in many ways. We have stayed at many condos and few have been as well equipped as this one. They honestly head everything we needed. The condo is close to two grocery stores, located right in the beach, and convenient to shopping and attractions. It was very clean with updated appliances as well as beach chairs and activities. The onsite pool is very large with a fabulous hot tub also. Brooke was very responsive to all of our needs and made several great recommendations for things to do while on the island. While there, we highly recommend a trip to Isaac's beach! It was paradise and well worth the short hike and car ride!

First the property manager Brooke is the best! She answered any questions within 2 hours! The property is in excellent condition with a great view from living room and master bedroom! Never had to jockey for a parking space. They have beach chairs and coolers for trips to the beach. This is a small wish but a bbq on premises would be great! They do have a charcoal grill at the pool for use. Almost apprehensive about making this gem of a property and experience out of the bag. We are definitely booking again. Thank you, Brooke

The condo has a beautiful view of the ocean, walk right out to a quiet beach. Pool and grounds of the gated resort are well maintained. Overall in June it was quiet with not many other people around, plenty of space at the pool. Palms restaurant next door is a short walk on the beach away with good food. Other than that you will have to drive everywhere else. St. Croix itself is amazing with the best snorkeling/scuba you could ask for and less touristy that the other USVIs (in a good way). Condo comfortably sleeps 5 if three share one room and two have the main bedroom. Also a couch if you needed to sleep one more. Kitchen stocked with everything you need to cook plus spices, etc. and washer/dryer. Would definitely stay again. Only down side is the beach at the resort is rocky and not really good to go in but the island has so many to choose from that you can drive to in 15-25min. Expect to drive to everything except the restaurant nearby and definitely rent a car.

A gated facility on the beach with easy access to downtown Christiansted. Many great places to eat and shop (grocery), within a few minutes drive or a short walk over to the Palms. The kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and we also found many spices and basics to help aid in food preparation. Each room was simply but well furnished, along with separate air conditioners. All worked well other than the master bedroom which struggled to cool the room. Floor and ceiling fans provided added comfort. The unit was well equipped, including a washer and dryer that came in handy. A little hidden tidbit is the "book closet" housed in the pavilion near the pool. It has many books for loan while you visit or sit by the pool. Overall a very reasonable condo with comfortable sleeping for 5.

Ok, here’s the deal with La Grande Princesse. The view was great and as advertised and the host was great and very responsive. There were a couple of small issues that didn’t detract from the overall experience, but could have made it a five star stay. Upon arrival the condo appeared clean, however we found a half eaten cracker on a night stand and some hair in one of the bathroom sinks! Not a huge deal, but just a little off putting. The kitchen stove had crumbs on it and both the microwave and stove looked like they had just been wiped quickly! The refrigerator was really bad on the outside with drippings, smudges and finger prints, but the inside was clean, which was the important part. We brought this to the hosts attention and she apologized and said she would make sure to take it up with the cleaning people. Other than that, the condo appeared very clean. Also, there was no ice upon our arrival and the ice maker was not working. I checked the on/off bar and made sure it was in the proper position. Strangely enough, it spit out a few cubes about four days later and then finally continued to make ice. We bought a couple bags a the local store the first day. The host was very accommodating and offered to bring us ice several times. Not a huge deal, just a bit annoying when we checked in. There were some water bottles in the fridge for us upon arrival, which was nice. The condo is very spacious with a big, very nice balcony and the view is beautiful. You can see all the way to Buck Island! The master bed had a weird slope to it in the middle. My wife joked that she had to roll up hill to come see me! This was odd, because the host posted that the beds were brand new, along with new linens. I finally figured out that when they put the new bed and box springs in, the one box spring was put on the rails incorrectly and not seated all the way down in the rail! So, I fixed that myself for us and the next guests! Just something that should have raised an eyebrow maybe and something that should have been done correctly when put in. The new bed was comfortable after that. The new linens however were not! Appreciate the try, but the new LINEN sheets were like sleeping on sandpaper! I know this can be personal preference, but they were not for us! We found some sheets in the closet that felt much smoother and silkier. We washed those and put them on the bed and it was much better! Lastly, the A/C units were very loud, the TV apps are few (no Pandora)!

Everything about this condo made our stay perfect! Convenient access to the pool and beach, beautiful view on the terrace, and so many amenities that made a stay with 3 young kids (age 7,5,3) so easy and relaxing! Everything from towels, beach toys/chairs/snorkel gear and sunscreen to pots/pans and appliances! The washer and dryer was also a huge plus for us and made packing very light. We have been to St. Croix countless times over the years and this was by far the best accommodations yet! Looking forward to staying here again!

Location, views, amenities, you get it all with this rental. My husband, son and I spent an amazing week in St. Croix for Spring Break. The condo was perfectly located just a few minutes drive outside of Christiansed and no more than 30 minutes from anywhere you wanted to be on the island. There's a small grocery store not 5 minutes from the property and a larger one about 8 minutes away. The kitchen had every utensil and appliance you could want. There is a washer and dryer in the unit which is VERY convenient. The guest bedroom closet has a bunch of beach supplies, even a boogie board! There were plenty of beach towels as well as bath towels for us. While the interior is a bit dated, the view and the giant sliding doors more than makes up for it. Morning coffee with the sound of the waves on the balcony will make every cup after it seem plain. Falling asleep to the sound of the waves is incredible and waking up to see the sun rise from the beach is breathtaking. This condo was a bargain for what we got and I cannot recommend it enough!!! Do yourself a favor and stay at Bella Cabana!!!

We loved our stay in this condo. It was extremely roomy and comfortable. We had no issues at all. Best part is it is right on the beach. It was also very quiet. We rarely saw anybody else there. While we were there we explored the entire island of Saint Croix. We can’t wait to come back.

Property was very tired and in desperate need of simple comfort upgrades like bed and bath linens, shower curtains, etc. My wife and I were conflicted about the condition of the property regarding the strange oils and air fresheners on the AC units. Decaying shells throughout need to go. We’ve stayed in rental properties around the world but this one disappointed. Location and view were fantastic as promised and the property outside the unit was great.

Enjoyed our stay at Pelican Cove condos. Family of five, ranging from 8-14. Short drive to C’Sted, Cane Bay and other popular spots. Several grocery stores close by. There is a restaurant at the hotel next door which we are breakfast at one morning. Good food. Condo was clean and well furnished. Pool and hot tub in immaculate condition. Property is very safe.
