Arredate con gusto con mobili nuovi di zecca che può ospitare fino a 8 persone. Composto da 4 ampie camere da letto; B1 - King Bed, B2 - Letto Queen, B3 - 2 x Letti singoli, B4 - Letti 2 X singoli. Due bagni con vasca e doccia doppia proprio.
Tutti forniti di biancheria IN COST. Basta portare lo spazzolino da denti.
Cucina con novità in acciaio inox a gas piastra riscaldante europeo e forno, lavastoviglie, microonde, frigorifero e macchina da caffè completamente attrezzata.

Fantastica spiaggia pesca ovunque lungo la spiaggia di pesca o della banchina al taglio Dawesville. Golf a fama mondiale The Cut Golf Course. Esplora il reef con la bassa marea. Bella Nautica e tutto quello che Mandurah offre. Un luogo perfetto per fuggire dalla folla.
La casa è molto vicino alla zona di Port Bouvard. Port Bouvard Supa Deli per tutti gli elementi essenziali è una breve passeggiata. Miami negozi che incorporano Woolworths, Coles, Miami Bakehouse (Australia più premiato da forno), vari punti vendita da asporto e IGA sono tutti a 3 minuti in auto.

I found this property large, clean and very comfortable. It is located in a nice quiet area with only a short walk to the beach and coffee shop/van.
The owner has fitted out the house to suit families with children and also has a number of large bedrooms suitable for a group of friends.
It is a well maintained with all the facilities required for an extended stay.
If you have a dog, take note that there is no lawn in either the front or rear yards, but this is not a problem if you take your dog for regular walks; the beach has an off lead area so your dog can get some exercise.
I enjoyed my stay here and will definitely consider this property when I'm next in Perth.

Perfect beach holiday
This is a welcoming comfortable home away from home. The home is zoned so that parents and kids are close together while uncle, Aunty and grandparents can sleep undisturbed. Kitchen is VERY well equipped and we ate outside so we could easily clean up. Easy walk with 2 toddlers to the local beach, coffee shop, coffee van, and various playgrounds, and only 5 minute drive to a supermarket, bottle shop or tavern.
We had a marvellously relaxing holiday without needing to drive anywhere much and intend returning.

Location great, a very lovely walk along the beach was enjoyed. Check in easy with Sylvana’s email instructions and communication.
Beds were comfy and water hot, rooms are large with plenty of room.
A couple of minor things advised to Sylvana but did not impact our weekend.

Everything we wanted!
Yes, we found the Avalon house ideal for our holiday. There were no problems. The house is spacious, the couches and beds very comfortable, and it is close to a nice beach. It was stocked with everything we needed. The Miami Shopping Centre is only a few minutes away and there is also a shop nearby. It was good having linen provided. The back yard is well enclosed for the dogs, but it is paved - there is no grass. We recommend the property and would come again.

We enjoyed our stay at Avalon - we spent Xmas & New Year there - it's very spacious & the location to the beach is awesome - although we didn't have any children - just 6 adults stayed - it's a great size for a bigger family - few small things need doing - which we advised the Owner & she said she appreciated the feedback.

Just returned from another (4th) fabulous break down at Avalon Bay. Sylvana makes everything come together so easily. The bay itself has the beach, the surf (for boards) and the reef (for walking & snorkelling) so why would you want to be anywhere else on our lovely coast. This house ticks all the boxes for our family and friends who drop in, as it has everything! Just bring your beach towel and toothbrush and soak it up people!

Absolutely the best beachside family holiday accomodation we have experienced. Very close to the beach, yet not far from everywhere else. Everything you could possibly think of was provided, all the rooms are huge and ideal for relaxing...and in case you didn't know, the ocean down there at this time of the year is beautiful. This could very well be the regular holiday place we've been looking for.

What a fantastic holiday home. It was very spacious, neat clean and tidy and more than catered to our needs. Everything domestically you could think of was provided. The home is not far out of Mandurah and central to shops and food outlets. A nice touch was the welcome chocolates and bottle of wine, delicious! We will definately stay again.

We spent 10 great days at the house, There was everything there that we needed, beds were comfy, the house was clean and tidy, and in a very nice area. The welcome basket was a very nice touch and much appreciated after a long day travelling from NSW.
