Cottage By the Sea è un'unità (non fumatori) all'interno dell'incantevole complesso condominiale Sea Pirate situato su un tratto tranquillo e desiderabile di Gulf Drive a Holmes Beach, in Florida. È nascosto proprio dall'altra parte della strada (meno di 100 piedi) dalle acque turchesi del Golfo del Messico e dalle ampie sabbie bianche non affollate e incontaminate della spiaggia di Holmes.
Questa unità recentemente rinnovata e splendidamente decorata con mobili e lenzuola nuovi per le camere da letto, pavimenti in piastrelle di ceramica e una nuova cucina / sala da pranzo, dispone di 2 camere da letto e 1 bagno e può ospitare comodamente sei persone; scusate, non sono ammessi animali. La camera da letto principale ha un letto king size con TV via cavo Premium a schermo piatto con lettore DVD incorporato. Nella seconda camera da letto, anche con TV a schermo piatto, ci sono 2 letti singoli che possono essere convertiti in un letto king size. L'ampio soggiorno è arredato con divani, divano letto matrimoniale e TV a schermo piatto con cavo Premium.

We were in AMI for a week long beach vacation. The Sea Pirate was the perfect location, pool was bigger than we expected, patio area was great & kitchen well stocked. Would definitely stay again!☀️🏖️

Property was clean and comfortable. The kids enjoyed the pool and the patio to with the grill was nice for cooking out. Easy access to beach and all the accessories were in excellent shape and were great for the beach.

Anna's place was outstanding in amenities and location. The unit has everything you need. We even cooked out on the grill and enjoyed the pool area. As always, we appreciated access to the beach area being so near and also shopping and restaurants. You won't go wrong by booking this beautiful unit.

This is our 3rd year staying here and we love it! Anna has just about everything you need already there. The place is always very clean and inviting. Anna is always quick to respond if you have a question or concern. Nothing bad to say about Anna or her place. Would recommend to anyone!

This was our families third time renting this place and it never disappoints. It has truly become like a home away from home. The owner is super friendly and communicates very well with us. The home is equipped with everything we need for a great week at the beach. We literally get our groceries and everything else is provided. The house is usually clean and well stocked with all the necessities and even a few extras. I would definitely recommend renting this rental if you are looking for affordable with great access to the beach and area shops and restaurants, but then again it might not be available for my family and I to rent.

We love staying at Sea Pirate #8! This is our fourth time at this property and it has become a little home away from home for us. We love quiet it is while still being close to the beach, restaurants, shopping. We will be coming back to our happy place this December! Thank you Anna for providing this delightful place to stay that my family and I enjoy so much!

Our Mother-Daughter trip was very enjoyable. We found the condo very comfortable & furnished with everything we needed. The proximity to the beach was terrific being right across the street from the public access. We were located close to shopping & restaurants as well. Anna Maria Island's beaches are beautiful & we will definitely come back again. The property owner Anna was great to work with.

This condo is in the perfect location! Right across the street from beach access. A pool that has great sun and shade spots to enjoy. Quick walk to the shopping plaza that includes restaurants, ice cream, gift shops, Publix, etc…
Communication with the owner was easy and directions for check in and check out were simple. Would absolutely stay here again.

The location of this property is PERFECT! Across the street from a public access beach entry with parking for friends you want to meet up with and just around the corner from a strip mall with everything you might need. And yet when you enter the condo lot, you suddenly feel transported to a cozy private location. The beds are super comfortable and the kitchen has everything you would want to cook and feed a family. We couldn't be happier and are talking about a return trip as soon as we can.

Its a peaceful area that has a good pool and a quick walk to the beach! Not very busy in the area which makes it easy to keep an eye on the younger kids. Anna was great to work with ans very easy. Its a trip we made memories and cant wait to back!

This is my second stay. Love it even more! Anna is so sweet and is there for you if a need arises! Upgrades were a added bonus. Her place makes me smile just thinking about it!

It could of been a little cleaner. I had to move the dresser cause I dropped an earring and it went under there and it was pretty dirty under there. Over all we enjoyed it. Anna was very good with us when I called about the dryer problem.

The stay was great. Great location. Easy to get to. Close to plenty of things to do and right across the street from the beach. We wouldn’t change a thing and would try to get this spot again next time we’re at AMI.

This was our second time staying with Anna and 3rd time to the island. We LOVE this spot. Quiet beach area with plenty of shopping nearby. Anna is very easy to communicate with and we have everything for your needs. Thanks again Anna for the great stay!

This property was absolutely perfect (& semi-affordable) for us! Just the right amount of space for us and our 3 kiddos (4, 6, & 8). Beach is literally across the street and it’s not too busy right there. An owl lives in the tree across the street so that was fun too :)
Place was clean, tidy, and had all of the extras, even ziploc bags! We would stay here again in a heartbeat,
I gave this place a 5, because it was! The only negative, which is not Anna’s fault at all, is that the pool only heats when temperature in the air is above 48° and it dropped below that the night before we arrived and then it took 3 days for the pool to heat up…which was super frustrating! I say that just as a heads up,
Otherwise, fabulous stay!!!! Close to everything :)
