This property is pleasantly secluded, yet close to everything Ephraim has to offer. The home is comfortably large for a modest family and has all the amenities you might need for your stay.

We had everything we needed at this house. Everything was clearly labeled and explained and was located moments away from all of Door County’s highlights - Peninsula State Park, restaurants, orchards, wineries... we had everything we needed! Also looked very kid friendly with toys, high chairs, and kitchen utensils for young ones.

This property is in a great location, and the owner has provided everything you could possibly want or need during your stay. We will absolutely rent this property again if we get back to Door County.

The house is bright and very private. The kitchen is well set up for any cooking that you might want to do. We made good use of the outdoor grill, which was clean and worked well. The Ephraim location is centrally located on the Bay shore and makes it easy to visit many of the sites Door County has to offer.

Absolutely wonderful stay. I stayed here with my husband, and my 3 and 7 year old boys. The house was immaculate, well-stocked in every respect, and so well-thought out. You can tell the owner has been doing this a while and knows exactly how to make a guest feel at home. I kept saying it feels like visiting grandma's house and knowing exactly where everything is and knowing she thought of stocking every possible thing you would need during your stay. Anything you can think of kitchen utensil-wise was available, even condiments were stocked in the fridge. Flashlights were provided, there was an emergency first aid kit and ear plugs, etc. Almost anything you can think of that you might forget while packing was provided just in case. Every single switch is labeled so it's easy to figure out how everything in the house works. As far as kid-friendly goes, I can't think of another place we've stayed that was more family/child friendly. There were games for all ages, a high chair and pack and play (neither of which we used, but it was nice that it's provided), DVDs and videos of family friendly movies, and the back deck (which is a great size!) has a large bin full of back yard games for the kids to play. There was a little propane fire pit with folding chairs that we used almost every evening, and the back yard is HUGE! My kids thoroughly enjoyed playing out there. I had the impression from the photos that it was a tiny cottage, but the name "cozy" only refers to how at home and comfortable you will feel. The house itself is spacious and open and so clean. One tiny word to the wise regarding the bunk bed ... My 7 year old sleeps in a top bunk at home, however the one at this house is definitely not one I would recommend for a child of that age. It's a little wobbly, and tall, and the railing is not positioned in a way that makes sense compared to how the bed is made. I tried to think of a way that would let my son feel safe while sleeping on it, but in the end he just slept in one of the regular twin beds in a different bedroom. An older child or teen would probably do fine on the top bunk. Otherwise, all the stars, all the positive comments, etc. are well deserved, and I will recommend this property to all the families I know who are traveling to Door County!

We had a wonderful weekend away! This house had everything you needed or thought you might need! Open, spacious and with lots of natural lighting all set back in a wooded neighborhood for privacy. Great place to reconnect with family and moments away from all the fun Door county has to offer.

This was our second year staying at this home for our end of summer trip. Very well maintained and conveniently located in Door County. Great for families as there are a good amount of toys and games for children. Will likely be back again next year!

This house has everything you need to enjoy a Door County vacation. Close to beach and marine in Ephraim. Kitchen is fully stocked. Washer and dryer comes in handy. Absolutely recommend

This well-appointed house was perfect for our family reunion in Door County for a memorial service. We could walk into the village to meet others easily and found it very peaceful and quiet. There were so many amenities available like movies, books, board games, etc. that we didn't have time to use but appreciated nonetheless. The kitchen had everything we needed, and it was great to have a washer'dryer. What a find!

We were so pleased with everything about the house. It was perfect for the five of us. My parents could not believe how clean and comfortable the house was. We also loved all of the person touches that made it so homey such as the reading glasses in the basket in the kitchen! The kitchen and bathrooms were fully stocked with everything we needed, and the location is perfect! We would definitely stay here again!

The house was clean, very cute, and great location. However, the internet or cable wasn't working for the first 2 days. Nobody could get service on their phone due to this. Although we appreciate the level of service to accommodate us as guests, we were taken aback by the frequency of unplanned/planned visits that made us feel uncomfortable. Especially a time we came back from a day of shopping and found Kathy inside the house. She told us this was because she was waiting for the cable guy, but we would have appreciated it if she would have coordinated or communicated this better. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.

If you are looking for a very neat, clean property, this is the one. Very close to everything and set back so it is really quiet. Loved it.

Just a block off the Main Street. Being off the main road means it is very quiet and private. Just a great location if you want to spend some time in Door county. Fully equipped house with all the amenities of home. The whole place feels like it was recently renovated and is picture perfect. Lovely deck. Comfy furniture. And the high speed internet is truly high speed.

This was a wonderful home for a family with young children. It had everything you would ever need. High chairs, pack & play, toys, dishes, potty seat, movies, etc. The home was amazingly clean, spacious and very comfortable. It is in a quiet and great location. I am recommending it to everyone I know.

We had an excellent vacation! Our family of four, with two small children, vacationed with my parents. The property was absolutely perfect for our use. The lawn and deck were great for the kids, and we loved that there were toys and "kid stuff" already at the property. We all slept great and loved the big kitchen and dining area.
