Beautiful ocean view and great location! With two salt water pools with a Tiki Bar in between - we stayed on the property almost our entire week long stay! We'll be staying here again!

This was the best vacation my family has ever had. The property was awesome with great location and amenities. It was clean, family friendly, easy access to beach and a terrific Tiki Hut (Bikini Bobs). We spent most of our time in the 2 large pools or at the beach while enjoying the tasty, reasonably priced food and drinks at the Tiki Hut. The condo was clean, spacious, beautifully decorated and fully equipped with anything we needed. The owners were very easy to work and communicate with. They checked on us during our stay and promptly answered all our questions. Don't waist time searching other properties, just contact these owners. We will be back and won't stay anywhere else except with these owners!

We rented this condo for about a week. It had everything we would need and it was very clean. The owners are extremely nice and helpful. The room also had an amazing beach view. We loved the place and are definitely coming back again.

The owner is great to work with. He has great communication. The location of the condo is off the busy area of PCB. But still close to all the things PCB has to Ofer. This is good for us. No fighting traffic. The condo is nice and has everything needed for the week long stay. The pools are amazing and literally only steps from the beach. There is a pool side bar and grill “Bikini Bobs”. They have a great assortment of food, snacks, and drinks. Once you go down to the pool/beach you can literally stay all day and just order lunch or drinks at the pool side. The prices are very reasonable. There were a few minor things that I reported to the owner upon check in and he had maintenance there the same day to make repairs. Overall a good experience. The only con is the elevator wait. There are only three elevators for the entire property. The condo is on the 13th floor so there was a wait, especially on the heavy check in/out days. It did inspire me to get my steps in by taking the stairs! We have stayed here twice and I would definitely go back.

We’re impressed with this place to stay! Good kitchen, enough space for family of 6 people, amazing view from living room and our balcony!!! Good exit to the beach and swimming pool. There is Cafe/ bar w/ friendly prices:). We’re thinking to come back next year for two weeks!!! Thank you!

The condo is beautiful, has a good view of the ocean. The free beach chairs were amazing and came in handy. We couldn’t get the WiFi to work, but it was okay because we spent more time as a family. Owners were easy to get in touch with. Highly recommend staying in this unit. Had everything we needed. Thanks for allowing us to rent your unit.

We love staying in the condo at regency! The weather wasn’t the best but the heated pool and the bar/grill on hand helped combat the cool air and wind. The staff is kind and helpful and the people are so very nice!

All of us girls had the best time! The view was our favorite part! Every morning we would go out on the balcony and enjoy the sunrise. This condo had everything and was literally right on the beach! The Bikini Bobs restaurant had an amazing staff and made our stay even more enjoyable!

Condo was comfortable and well stocked. We spent eight nights there with another couple avoiding snow and ice at home. Not exactly beach weather but we were able to walk on the beach every day except one. Enjoyed some delicious seafood every evening. JMichael’s, Scampy’s, Sharky’s were great. Blaine was wonderful to work with, even calling on Wednesday before our scheduled arrival on Saturday saying that folks in the unit were checking out early and we could check in early——-no additional charges. He was attentive to our needs but not intrusive. Will definitely stay with them next trip to PCB.

This was a great spot for a romantic get away for a couple of new empty nesters! We enjoyed swimming in the ocean, strolls on the beach, and sunset dinners on the balcony every evening. I have to add a plug for the Surfside Shrimp Company! They cooked our amazing seafood dinners and packed it to go for us. The gym was great too! The treadmill was much more bearable with an ocean view. I even came back a couple of pounds lighter!

This was our 3rd time staying in this unit. The view is gorgeous! We do a lot of cooking on vacation & the kitchen is well supplied with utensils & appliances. We especially liked having the Keurig this time besides the regular coffee pot. Everything was clean when we arrived. Shopping is only a short distance away. We love the heated pool & walking along the beach. Our only regret is that we couldn’t stay longer. But hopefully we can return next year!!

Even in January, each day is a postcard! The sunrises and sunsets are beautiful over the gulf. Heated pool, hot tub, and the beautiful gulf are only steps away. Condo was very clean and well supplied. Kitchen has all the essentials of home. Condo is in easy access to shopping, groceries and drugstore. Great restaurants located close to the condo included The Back Porch, one of our personal favorites; Sharkey's, had the best tuna dip of the week; and Dee's Hangout, received the blue star for gumbo. Great vacation!! Hope to go again soon!

We absolutely loved our stay in this unit! It is very comfortable and everything we needed was furnished. The view is spectacular! We also really enjoy staying on the east end of PCB for a more relaxing and family friendly get away. I highly recommend this unit and will book again!

"Wow" is the best way to describe this condo. My family has visited Panama City for years and stayed at many places but this is by far our FAVORITE! This unit is beautifully decorated and fully stocked with everything you need and a view that is second to none. Regency Towers has great amenities and we had a wonderful time. If you get a chance to stay here, you won't be disappointed! We can't wait to stay at this unit again!
