Property is within walking distance of shops and restaurants, clean, and quiet. Would highly recommend.

This condo with ocean views was the perfect place to stay near Grace Bay Beach with my family, which includes little ones. Safe, quiet, spacious, clean, and just a moments walk to the beautiful turquoise ocean water, beach, pool, and hot tub! We would definitely stay again!

We had a great time relaxing and cooking. The condo is right on the beach and has a pool and hot tub and we all slept great! It's spacious and well appointed!

We had 8 ladies visiting Turks! All 65-70 and we had plenty of room. Beautiful view , pool and chairs set up with umbrellas on the beach each day. It’s a great place to stay as not too crowded . We enjoyed eating some lunch at grill next door at Grace bay club! Great restaurants at night ! Friendly people in Turks ! We had the best taxi service all week … with same person. For whatever we needed to do! Condo was well stocked with starter items. Great concierge service!! That helped us a lot!

Perfection in every way! Location and accommodations could not have been better! Owners were easy to work/schedule with and they totally arranged transportations for us. Just made things so less worrisome for us I have stayed here twice and hope I am able to say three times!! Highly recommend.

My daughters and I had a great time in Turks and Caicos! The condo was clean, everything worked, and we had amazing views. Would highly recommend.

Great stay at a wonderful property. Easy check in and great communication. The unit easily accomodated our 7 adults and was wonderfully appointed. Amazing access to the beach and the bikes were a godsend. A member of our group broke a window and the management group was very helpful in assisting us in getting it repaired. We have stayed at multiple rental properties on the island and this was bar far our favorite. We would love to stay at the property again (If they will have us after the broken window!!)

This was a beautiful property that was in an excellent location. The host and the property manager were very responsive and excellent to work with. We will definitely look to return.

This is the second time we have rented this property and will gladly do so again. Shauna is fantastic to work with and communication is outstanding. The property is just as described and the location is perfect. The Grandview is a smaller complex which is great. There were days we were the only people on the beach in front of the complex or in the pool. Can’t wait until our next visit.

Perfect location on the island. We were able to enjoy beautiful Grace Bay beach without all the crowds of the resorts. The condo had everything we could need and more. It was great for our family of seven!

Though I could write about the condo, it’s location and the beach, I rather focus this writing on the people that made this trip possible. Before I do, let me first set the scene. We were initially scheduled to go on our vacation in June. We had already worked out the timing, rate and payment with the owner, and we couldn’t wait to go on our trip. Though the original reopening date was planned for June, the TCI authorities ultimately decide on July 22 to reopen its borders. I can’t praise or say enough about Shauna, the unit’s owner. During the entire booking process and thereafter, her communication was immediate and accommodating. And though it wasn’t already hard enough to meet the requirements for boarder entry, Mother Nature intervened with a hurricane the day before our departure. Our flights were canceled 2x delaying our trip by 2 days. Again, Shauna accommodated and allowed us to push out our vacation by 2 days. Had it not been for her flexibility, we would have lost 2 days of vacation and the costs associated with the loss. Shauna communicated insurance and entry requirements before the trip, adjusted schedules, and followed up once we arrived to make sure all was ok. What other owner does that?Once on the island, Karan, Shauna’s property manager, made sure that all island needs were met. She helped with transportation, groceries and was readily available to answer questions or offer help. Even if the condo wasn’t where it is, didn’t have what it does or have the view that it does, I would rent the same unit without hesitation because of Shauna and Karan. To Shauna and Karan...thank you.

Very spacious even for family of 8- terrific condo just as advertised. 4 bedrooms is a big plus! Kitchen well stocked, we cooked in most days and had all equip we needed. Gorgeous beach with lounge chairs always available. Beautiful pool area although we were always at the beach. Perfect location. Was our second trip to The Grandview and hope not our last! Thank you very much Shauna for sharing your piece of paradise!

Condo was fabulous for our family of 5 - plenty of room and right on Grace Bay. Shauna and her entire team were awesome to deal with - property managers were available at all times to assist. Great communication from the minute we booked to the minute we left. We had a running toilet the first day and I contacted Karan, who right away set up a time for the next morning for maintenance to fix. My family has been to Provo four times now and we all agreed this was the best place we have stayed at. Can't wait to return!

The property is exactly as advertised and the location is absolutely perfect. It is close enough to all the activities but the beach is not crowded at all. We were always able to find a lounge chair on the beach no matter what time of day we went down to the beach.

We love the condo. We love the building. The location is perfectly balanced with quiet and activity. The only place we will stay.

Spacious condo with gorgeous views of beach and pool. Every morning umbrellas and chairs waiting for us on beach. Many restaurants are within walking distance. Very relaxing as not over crowded.

Our time at Shauna’s property was terrific. The property was as advertised. That 4th bonus bedroom was a great addition to allow everyone to have their own bed. Furniture, bedding all new and fresh, current. Well stocked with every tool you would need in the kitchen. We cooked two major dinners in. Plenty of plating and serving platters. Grill and oven worked excellent. Karan the on-site property assistant was amazing. She helped us with groceries, grill and rides. The ocean front allowed us to board boat excursions from the property. Beach chairs were alway set up ready for use each morning and put away at night. Loads of towels. And with the washer and dryer. We had fresh sets each day. The TV worked. And those that needs WiFi had no issues connecting. This is a private property, but on either side were properties that you could walk up and visit to get commercial bar food and drinks. We rented a car. Parking in the private gated lot was always available. I would totally reach out to Shauna to stay at her property again. Thank you for sharing your place with us.

Fantastic location and the property management team was very helpful. We gave it a four only because we had issues with some of the kitchen pots and pans. We cook a lot, even on vacation and they need to be replaced.

We had an amazing time! Condo was gorgeous as was the view from the condo. The location on Grace Bay was the best! Karen was so helpful so be sure and reach out to her for ANYTHiNG. Renting a private charter boat to Half Moon Bay is a MUST do! The recommended fish fry was ok. Go even earlier than people tell you to go, as in 430pm otherwise parking is too crowded. I only stay at places that have 5 stars and this one lives up to that. We are already plotting to go back. Thank you!!

This place was great. Well appointed and amazing view. Felt very safe right on the water. Karan was great and Shauna made things smooth and easy. If you are considering this place just book it!!

The property was fantastic, very spacious and has everything you need (towels, iron, cooking items). Beach was gorgeous. Nice and quiet resort, perfect for family time and relaxstion. Loved not having to fight for beach umbrellas. And if you want more action you can just walk on down to Club Med.

This was the perfect condo for our family vacation. The location was perfect, with a pool just down the stairs and the beach a few steps away with beach chaises and umbrellas set up daily by a friendly staff. Being right on Grace Bay Beach allowed us to take long walks along the beach every morning. The condo is also close to a number of great restaurants that we could access both by walking on the beach and by using the public roads right next to the facility. The condo was clean, well maintained and just right for us and our adult kids. Highly recommended.

The property itself is perfectly situated and the balcony has direct view of the gorgeous water and beach. The complex is small, only 18 units and we met some lovely families while there. Our unit was two stories and on the corner, so great space and light.

This is our 8th visit to Grandview and we love the laid back atmosphere. Although not loaded with amenities - it is PARADISE. Shauna is a wonderful communicator and the space and views are fabulous. Close to great restaurants - CocoVan is a must and Bay Bistro is our on-going favorite. Scuba dive with Provo Turtle Divers and kite board on Long Bay - drinks at the Shore Club. We always rent a car to zip around to our favorite spots. This is a great place to unplug and relax and most of all enjoy the people you are with.

We stayed in at the Grandview from 7/14-7/21. The unit was clean, spacious, and had a great view of Grace Bay. I didn't feel that anything was too far away (10 min to main grocery store (IGA), 5 min from the outdoor mall (Salt Mills), both driving) I do recommend a car if you want to venture out. Karan and her daughter were always available to help with our needs. The best part was easy, steps away walk to the beautiful ocean!! The few things that I felt could have made our time more relaxing were little things that the Grandview does not offer. It is situated amongst a row of very nice resorts that offer full service. I do realize it's a condo, however, I have stayed at condos that do offer these services to guest. For example, there is no pool service for clean towels or ordering drinks pool side and there are no restaurants within the property. There ARE restaurants in the neighboring resorts. The workout facility was in my opinion unusable for most people. It has a dingy odor and is about 10x10 sq feet in size with no real workout equipment (very old weights). The unit can definitely use some upgrades. Appliances, showers in bedrooms. I don't know if I felt I got the "bang for my buck" because the unit was pricey for a weeks stay, yet it was missing quite a few amenities. However, as mentioned in my opening statement, it's still a beautiful unit and in a great location. Turks and Caicos Grace Bay is absolutely beautiful! The waters and sand are something you must see! I would recommend doing the 1/2 day snorkeling tour with Island Vibes, really great!! Thanks Shauna for sharing your home with us! James & Ruby, West Coast USA

Shauna was great at communicating from the booking up until our vacation days, this is where Karan stepped in and made every effort to make our stay perfect. From booking excursions to going above and beyond in answering any and all questions we had. She even set up transportation at no cost to get my son to see a doctor for an ear infection, truly an amazing person and a pleasure to have her to be there for us on this trip. Shauna has the best person in Karan helping her renters while in Turks and Caicos. Location was perfect right on the beach with amazing views and accommodations. This was our 1st time staying outside of an all inclusive resort and we loved it. We will be back next year and will be working with Karan for all our excursions and looking into all of her recommendations that we didn’t get to this year. Karan thank you again for all of your assistance during our trip because without you it wouldn’t have been the same!!
