We thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here. The booking was easy and the property manager was efficient. Check-in was no problem. The condo complex was beautiful! The condo was as pictured. It was spacious, beautifully decorated, had a well equipped kitchen and the beds slept great (which was a big plus) The only negative is although there were plenty of towels there were only 2 regular washcloths. The others were small and fine weave and looked more like polishing cloths. We would definitely like to stay here again.

Wonderful view, great beach, and so quiet. I would highly recommend this place to anyone who loves the beach. The kitchen is well equipped and the condo was very clean. The pool area was fantastic for a break from the sand and salt water.

The only issue we had the entire week was at check-in. Derrick, the property manager, was great about responding and got us fixed up. We had not received an email with instructioms for key pick-up and then our keys were not in the box when we got that worked out. Other than that, it was smooth sailing. Beach views were awesome, accommodations were good (bunk beds a little wobbly, but they worked), and surrounding attractions were fun. Will definitely be back to St. Augustine!

We're back at Anastasia condos after four years. Condo 308 was well equipped and nicely appointed. This is an excellent location for touring down the coast or heading into St. Augustine which is a great visit. The beautiful beach is a one minute walk right out the front door. We had a couple of minor issues that were standard maintenance stuff which our manager Derrick handled immediately. Their offie is right down the street. We've booked for next year.

The space is beautiful. We like to travel to the beach off-season, so seeing some renovations around a community is not uncommon this time of year (there was a lot of work being done). The beach access and location were great, the condo itself was quite lovely and perfect for our needs. Only one issue, we booked the property, in large part, for the heated pool. Because of some work done to the surface of the pool, we were told it wasn't going to be turned on for a few more weeks. This was inconvenient as we may have booked the place we stayed last year had we known. We regrouped, played cards, went to an escape room (we have kids who were looking forward to swimming... yes, even in December.) I tried to connect with our representative at St. Augustine Vacation Rentals- he was out of the office until after the holiday. I reached out again after that date... nothing. Not a peep. We DID have an enjoyable stay and visit with family, however, I am not too keen on being outright ignored when I had a valid issue regarding what was an expected amenity (heated pool.) Review would have been higher if I had received any kind of response. Recommend the property should be a "maybe" but I put Yes. It had far more positives than negatives.

Walking into the condo you feel you are on vacation. The pictures online do not do any justice for the beautiful view this property has of the ocean. The condo was spotless. Beds were very comfortable (soft mattresses). Layout for kitchen was very accommodating and the place came with more than enough items for cooking your own meals. Condo did have lots of towels and other beach items left from past guests, but this was not required of the host. Pool area was very nice for after spending time at the beach. Condo association has grocery carts and luggage carts which was SO helpful with all of our items as well as when you went grocery shopping. We are so pleased with this stay and plan to return in the future. Check in and check out was a breeze. Thanks again!

We had a great week. Condo was nice and spacious and very accommodating for our 4 adults and 2 yr old. The unit is beautifully decorated and supplied extremely well with anything you need. The only thing we didn’t find was an iron (yes, we are those people who still iron lol) but we survived. We would definitely book this unit again.

One of the best condos I have stayed in. It has a great view of the ocean and you can watch sunrise or moon rise from the living room, master bedroom or the porch. All the beds, bathrooms, and furniture were in good shape. The outdoor pool and pool area are in excellent condition. The one thing I would add is a key code because that would eliminate the need to keep up with keys. It also could have used a tiny bit more dusting in a few spots. Otherwise it was very clean. I would definitely rent this condo again if I came back to St. Augustine.

This was a weekend getaway for my friends and I and we found the condo to be more than we expected!! When we arrived the condo hadn't been cleaned but the owners were quick to handle the situation and by the time we arrived back from dinner and getting groceries all was well. It has a beautiful view of the beach and has been recently renovated. Only problem is our stay wasn't long enough! I would definitely visit again and would recommend to others!!

We were extremely impressed with this condo. It was spacious and beautifully decorated. I could absolutely live there!! First time to visit St Augustine and we will definitely be back. So much to do and see, as well as do nothing but relax on the beach. This unit was clean and organized and met all of our needs. The grounds were lovely and the location was ideal. My only issue was...if you sleep in the master bedroom, bring a sleep mask. The shade is see-through and the gorgeous sunrise will wake you up each morning. Although it is beautiful... if you want to sleep in, bring a sleep mask. Other than that, we had a marvelous vacation and would love to visit again.

We've stayed here twice over the years. Anastasia is our favorite building and 308 is our favorite unit. Great view, spacious, perfect location. Only issue is the bedding is very cheap sheets and comforter with stains on it. There should be high thread count quality sheets. Mattress is extra thick, which makes it challenging, but still necessary. Everything else is perfect, but quality bedding is important.

Wonderful Stay!
We really enjoyed our stay. The condo is about a 15 min drive from historical St. Augustine, but the beach side location and view was really beautiful and quiet. The condo is very clean, comfortable and spacious. Some days we hung out by the beach or pool and other days, used it as a launch for visiting downtown St. Augustine, mini golf, the Alligator Zoo and many restaurants. A wonderful place to stay!

This property has a gorgeous ocean view. Short walk to the beach. Heated pool was great. The kitchen was well supplied. Place was comfortable. The 3rd bedroom is a little deceiving in the pictures. I knew it was small, but the bottom bunk is on the floor. I ended up sleeping on the couch, while my son took the top bunk in that room. 3rd bedroom good for kids.

Has great potential!
The complex and the location of this unit are excellent! and with a little TLC by the owner/management company, it could have been a 9! Arrived to find an uncleaned unit. Dirty dishes, floors, beds, etc. and later found out the unit had been vacant for 4 days! Came back about 2.5 hours later and unit was cleaned. To the prop manager's credit, we were credited 1 night but missed a dinner reservation that night. Still had some minor issues - very loud exhaust fans, broken toilet seat, leg on coffee table about to fall off, very limited eating utensils - nothing major, just not as expected. With a little love, it could be great!

We had a wonderful time. 4th time to St Augustine Beach. We love the laid back feel and wide sloping beach with lack of crowds.
Unit was well provided stocked and appointed.
Only real negative. There is no slate leeping after sunrise in the master bedroom. A better sunlight shade would have been nice.

Family Beach Getaway
I just returned from a stay in Anastasia 308 last week. We had a group of 4 adults and 2 children and we all loved the condo. The pictures are accurate of what it looks like and we were pleased with the cleanliness and amenities. The location is second-to-none with it only being a few minutes from restaurants and grocery stores. The beach was easy to access and never too crowded. We all said we would definitely stay here again if we were ever in the area.

However, we drew the short straw and there was quite a bit of concrete repair happening the week we were there (outside the front door and below the balcony). They got started around 9 am everyday and would work through most of the day. Not the end of the world, but it was loud enough there was no napping or eating lunch in the condo. Other than that, great place.
