Beautiful unit. Just as described. Perfect for our family of four. Amazing views! Will definitely be back.

This was the perfect condo for our stay. It was close to everything we needed, and was right on the ocean. We will definitely stay here again next time!

Very clean and amazing views from every room. You feel like you are on the water. Lack of AC was fine while we were there since it was kind of cool and rainy but I’m sure it would get pretty warm when it’s hot outside. Nicest pots/pans/kitchen stuff etc that I have ever used in a rental. Very well equipped with beach chairs, towels, etc which was really nice!!! Would definitely stay here again.

The unit was very nice! Not quite as big as the pictures made it seem, but still plenty of space. It was well stocked with kitchen appliances and basic spices. Plus use of snorkel gear, beach chairs, towels, etc. The only complaint we had is the pool (but that’s not on the condo rental company). The pool could be better maintained. It was a lovely trip!

I own the condo next door and rented this for my son's family to stay in for the week. Beautifully decorated and having the 2 lanai's make the views even better.

The management team was nice and responsive. The view was amazing. But there was a full remodel being done on the unit right below us most of the week and the noise from all of the loud tools lasted all day. It was tough to stay in the condo past 10am and I could hardly ever get my toddler to nap. :(. Other than that quam properties was great.

Great views! Everything the pictures show. It was nice to have chairs and a cooler to use, too.

Balconies off all rooms, ocean lapping at night, whale-watching from our lanais, heated pool, beautiful living space, great location—what more could you ask for? Only wished we could have stayed longer.

This was a wonderful property. Both bedrooms were equally nice, and each had a wonderful water balcony view. We could hear the waves at night. It was well appointed and in a great location. Would stay again!

Our stay was incredible. It started off rough due to management company forgot to email "all" important paperwork for checkin. After some phone calls and emails we finally were able to get in to our unit. The view was incredible....however, there were plenty of things that really needed updating ....all sliding window screens, stained furniture and drawers hard to open. Water kept getting turned off throughout our week so bathrooms and showering, doing dishes was also an issue. No beach access which was fine as we walked and hiked a lot. The kitchen was simple. As all the other VRBO units I've stayed in, there was always spices, oils lotions bug sprays shampoo etc that guests would leave as to not take back on airplane. If you stay in this unit...you must anticipate buying all things. ( that's just a tip, not necessarily being rude). Did I say the view was a MILLION dollar view....we had a great time but for the price it needs a lot of work.

We really enjoyed the two balconies that overlooked the ocean watching the whales and beautiful sunsets. The area was convenient to everything. The condo was nice, but needed more of a deep cleaning. Minor repairs to the unit would have improved my rating. The pool and grills were very clean and nice amenities. Also having a reserved parking space was a bonus.

Building was older. Needs new appliances. Needs a/c. Fans don’t cool it off. Beach is too hard to walk on. Outside of building is dated. Ceiling above car space is leaking and needs repair.

Beautiful place, woke to rainbows every morning. There was construction on the pool and the seawall but it never bothered us. Loved having a private lanai off the back bedroom. Would stay again.

Wonderful double lanai for all day sun. The interior is beautiful and has everything we needed. We enjoyed great meals on the lanai and close walks to the beach. We will be back!

We are a family of 5 and stayed for a full week. The unit worked out great for us. The pictures accurately represent the unit. We enjoyed beginning and ending each day on the balcony. Loved having a kitchen to start the day with breakfast. Enjoyed the spectacular view from the balcony of the adjacent islands and sunsets. As others have mentioned, the unit does not have A/C. While it was humid, and got hot during the day, the unit has ceiling fans which made it comfortable to sleep. Beautiful beach access is just a short walk away. Parking in a covered garage helped keep the car cool. The property management company was pleasant to deal with and responsive. Would stay again and would recommend to friends !

The view is most spectacular! Wide open ocean views from every room in this well appointed condo. The decor was perfect and comfy. Very clean with everything needed to enjoy your stay. The resident manager is very friendly and keeps the grounds beautiful. Great location, close to a couple of good happy hours. Highly recommend!

Been to Maui 6 times already and first time at this unit. As all other buildings in the area the complex is a bit old but well kept . They have someone clean those bbqs every single morning and they are spotless. The pool was also well kept. No beach access due to erosion but lots of beaches within walking distance so not an issue for us. The condo has been renovated recently and was immaculate. we honestly tried to find a negative but couldn't. The view, the breeze from the ocean, the location,, bathrooms were clean etc... Quam Properties manage the condo and bookings. They are very friendly and helpful if you have any questions. be ready for an additional 3% processing fee that is not mentionned on VRBO. I highly recommend this unit.

I was a little nervous about there being no air conditioning but it wasn't a problem at all. It was humid the first day but we kept the doors open and fans on which made it comfortable. The condo was very clean and updated. We loved that they had beach supplies available to use. There was no direct beach access which was a bit of a bummer but there were so many that were close by that it wasn't an issue. It is also walking distance to some yummy places like Maui brewing company and miso phat sushi. Location was great! Drive north and explore the coast like the nakalele blow hole and south to Kaanapali. I also recommend driving down the road to bad ass coffee, so good! Thank you for sharing your home with us! We will book again!

We so enjoyed going to bed each night with the windows and sliders open listening to the ocean waves lulling us to sleep. Also enjoyed waking up to rainbows right outside our balcony and later watching the sea turtles swim right up on our mini sandy beach. The amenities were great and the unit was clean and beautiful 😊

Spent a week here with the family. It was Awesome!!!! The views from the condo were breath taking . Everything in the picture was just as pictured. We had awesome neighbors that were very welcoming. We were close to a lot of restaurants and down town Lahaina was just a couple minutes away. We would definitely book here again when we're in Maui.

Loved the unit. Great location plenty of linens. Also had a PAC N Play, a plus when you have a 1 year old.

We were so happy with this place! Two bedrooms, two baths (one with a bathtub for the kids), two lanais with incredible views...it was perfect. Very well kept, upgraded, it had everything we needed, including beach chairs, beach toys, snorkels, and beach towels. No complaints. Regarding heat- we were a little nervous about no a/c, but it was fine. We opened the front door and lanai doors for a very nice cross breeze- the front door has a screened security door so you feel more secure about leaving it open during the day. All rooms have fans overhead, and with the doors open for air, it was perfect. We highly recommend it! Only issue is that the designated parking spot in the covered lot has a continuous drop overhead onto your car- but the property manager and the on-site property manager gave us permission to park elsewhere during our stay. And just an FYI- no beach access. We were fine with this- we did a lot of exploring to the local beaches. Thanks for a wonderful vacation! Can't wait to return!
