La splendida suite attico è il giro di lusso al secondo livello di questa casa duplex nonna sull'isola di Wrightsville Beach. Immerso tra l'oceano, il canale, il molo Johnny Mercer e i ristoranti. L'accesso alla spiaggia è l'accesso 18. Dopo una calda giornata in spiaggia, fai una doccia in una delle due docce esterne e poi, rilassati sotto il ponte anteriore coperto sull'altalena o al tavolo che può ospitare sei che è ombreggiato da una delle più grandi querce dell'isola o nel cortile recintato condiviso che ha un tavolo che può ospitare 12. La cucina ha un bellissimo piano in quarzo lucido, alzatina con piastrelle in vetro ed elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile. L'unità ha bellissimi pavimenti in legno Hickory e splendide piastrelle nei bagni. Entrambe le camere hanno letti king size e TV a parete e c'è un divano letto in pelle estraibile che può ospitare due. Due bagni completi uno con una vasca doccia combinata e una doccia in piedi nell'altra vasca con lavatrice e asciugatrice. L'unità è completamente fornita di stoviglie per cucinare, biancheria e biancheria da letto per il vostro soggiorno. Questo noleggio non è disponibile per il noleggio a lungo termine durante la bassa stagione a una tariffa scontata, sarebbe la tariffa intera. Great home inside and out. Plenty of space, big kitchen, upscale and comfortable furniture, TV's in every room, a huge covered wrap around porch with a large tree that keeps it shaded almost all day long. Home is very updated and exceptionally clean. Very quiet at night. Location cannot be beat. Can walk to practically anything. Owners are very responsive and accommodating.

My husband, myself, and a friend stayed 4 nights in April at this property. Both bedrooms have comfortable king beds. There are 2 bathrooms, one in between the bedrooms and one down the hall. The entire unit was very clean and tidy. The kitchen was well-appointed. Communication with the owners was very good.....they were very responsive to inquiries before our arrival and provided a cell phone number in case we needed to contact them during our stay. There are nice sitting areas on the front porch as well as back patio. The street was very quiet which provided a restful vacation. It's a very short 2 minute walk to the beach. Would recommend this property for 2 couples or a small family.

All the amenities were great, loved the porch and outdoor area. Felt like we just snuck down and had a retreat in the Treehouse which was much needed!

Stayed for a few days so our daughter and friend could do a college tour at UNCW. Place was clean and just a walk from the beach. Such a relaxing stay!

We arrived during storm Ophelia. The weather was so bad on the outside but like paradise on the inside. Everything was set up so nicely, a feel of being at home. This is definitely a place that I would Ike to stay again.

My daughter and I loved this place! The huge kitchen bar was perfect for working puzzles. The king size beds were comfortable. We enjoyed watching Netflix together in the room my daughter used. It was an easy walk to the beach. We loved walking to the coffee shop in the mornings, then taking another walk in the evenings to walk to dinner. And we enjoyed the shops, and of course Ice cream!!!

What a great few days in the Wrightsville Beach area. Everyone was so pleasant, a great community, and a great location. We will for sure return to this vacation rental as it has been by far our best.

We used the Treehouse for a reunion with my son who is serving in the Navy. The home was clean, spacious, well stocked with everything we needed. It was close to food and drink as well as the fishing pier and beach. It was the perfect meeting spot for the three of us.
We are experienced beach property renters ourselves and if I had one suggestion it would be this. The amount of don't posted everywhere can put some people off. We understand that guests rarely treat a property as they would their own but, to read a line that our neighbors are a phone call away leads you to believe that you are being watched and reported on every minute of your stay. As adults, it made us feel like we were being treated as children. Again, this is only a suggestion.
Would we stay here again? I think we wouldn't stay anywhere but here when we go to WB!

Bathrooms and Kitchen updated and attractive.. Kitchen well supplied with cooking utensils, dishes, etc. The porch was delightful. Short walk to beach and pier.

This was our first trip to Wrightsville Beach and the Treehouse did not disappoint! Jennifer and John are such great hosts and so accommodating. The Treehouse is in a great location, the beach and restaurants within walking distance. The house was very clean and had everything you needed. The porch was a great addition, we spent every evening out there. If we find ourselves in Wrightsville again, we will definitely be staying at the Treehouse!

If you’re looking for a restful getaway, the treehouse was the perfect change of scenery we needed. Everything was clean and communication with the host was great. Careful thought and planning went into the layout and detail of this home (loved having the hooks everywhere to hang things!).

This little house was perfect. The owners thought of everything. Anything I needed and thought may not be there was there. Very clean! Porch was a highlight. Parking a bit difficult.
