La cucina completamente attrezzata comprende tutti gli elettrodomestici in acciaio inossidabile, ripiani in granito e un ampio bar per la colazione. Il molo privato e il canale diretto sul golfo danno accesso al fiume Caloosahatchee in barca in soli 5 minuti. Property was just as advertised and we all enjoyed our visit immensely. Florida in July is an opportunity to really cleanse your pores, but this property helped ease that process! Well stocked with all you need for a family vacation. Great location within short driving distances to all stores. Fort Meyers beach is about 20-30 minute drive depending on traffic so very doable. If you want to make the drive to Sanibel or Captiva that adds another 15-30 minutes depending on where you want to stop. They had beach chairs, small umbrella and a couple of small coolers to make that experience possible remotely. Pool floaties and some inflatable toys also for a good pool experience. Communication was straight forward and detailed.

This was our second time staying at this same property. It was JUST as wonderful this year as it was the first time. It is gorgeous inside and out. I was amazed by the cleanliness of both the inside of the house as well as the yard and the pool and pool area. Very spacious home, and while the pictures show exactly what the rooms look like, it feels larger in person. The location of the home is near grocery stores, restaurants and shopping, but tucked back in a quiet friendly neighborhood. Linens and towels felt new and higher end. The house had floats and pool noodles , fishing rods and bicycles. Property manager was very quick to respond to the one question I had this time. We loved this home and we cannot wait to come back!

We have been staying in Cape Coral for at least a month at a time for 14 years. We have stayed in many nice house and some that were not so nice. This house was the nicest house we have rented! It is in the Savona neighborhood - our favorite.
It was the most well equipped kitchen we have ever seen. We cook in most all of our meals, so we appreciate a nicely appointed kitchen.
The bedding was lovely - sheets felt new, towels were nice, also felt new. Plenty of beach towels. All the appliances worked as expected. Good supply of necessities to get us started. The property management team was superior. Small problems were resolved immediately. Only complaint was that the 'beach chairs' were old and rusty. Not really low beach chairs, but more like lawn chairs. But plenty of 'pool toys' noodles and rafts. We cannot say enough about this house. You won't regret renting this beautiful home.

We had a great stay in a beautiful home in Cape Coral with pool, plenty of space, and amenities for everyone! The owners provided an immaculate 4 bedroom home and well furnished with everything we needed for a 3 week stay! The property manager was so accommodating and made us feel welcome and comfortable. I have never stayed in a home as clean and well furnished, and we are already booked for our stay next year! Thank you so much for a wonderful stay in Cape Coral!

Great location. Home was clean. Check in process was easy. The property maintenance company was very helpful and quick to respond with any questions we had. There were six adults in our party. The home was very spacious and none of us felt crowded at any time. Pool was excellent and the dock was fund to fish off of.

We stayed at this home for 5 days at the end of April. It was by far the cleanest rental we have ever stayed in! The house is very spacious and well laid out. Being able to go right out to the lanai with food through the full wall of sliders directly off the kitchen, as well as having full view of the pool from the kitchen was perfect with older kids. The house is advertised as 3 bedroom (due to a lack of closet in 4th room) but there are 4 bedrooms much to our surprise! We didn't even set foot in there since we only needed 3, but it was good to know for the future when we visit again. The kitchen is well stocked with every pan and pot you may need as well as waffle makers, blenders etc! The furnishings are beautiful and modern and the size of the rooms FAR exceeded our expectations, beds were comfortable and the bedding was very nice. Having YouTube TV being provided was much appreciated because we visited during NBA and NHL playoff week and we appreciated being able to tune in at night :) The pool was clean and there is plenty of seating available out on the lanai. We took advantage of the two bikes a few times and rode around the neighborhood and it was nice to have them there. We needed to reach the property manager while we were there to ask for her to bring a couple trash bags when she came for check out since there were no spares, and she responded quickly and was so informative and helpful during the visit. We just loved this house, and the property and are hoping to come back next April again.

This house was absolutely gorgeous. We had 7 people in our group and there was plenty of room for everyone to do their own thing. You can fish down at the dock, sit by the water under the Tiki hut, swim in the pool, use the grill for dinner, etc. Paula and the property group are super easy to work and communicate with. We will definitely be booking this in the future, as it is the nicest VRBO we have ever stayed at. If you are on the fence about this place, rent as soon as possible - you won’t regret it.

My entire family loved this property. Everything was very clean. Loved having our morning coffee and afternoon games down under the tiki hut. Pool was clean and in very good repair. Patio furniture was also in excellent shape.

Do not hesitate to stay in this beautiful home. This is by far the cleanest home we have ever stayed in. There was six of us and we had ample room for every one. Furniture was comfortable and lots of room to spread out if you wanted to. Bedrooms were nice sized and the beds were nice to get a good nights sleep. Kitchen had every appliance you would ever need for cooking. The pool was nice sized and toys for the kids were provided if you wanted to us them. The home is located on a quiet canal. We rented a boat and was able to dock in front of the home. The lanai area has a large table with six chairs to relax. We had a small problem the the sliding door but that was corrected immediately by the property manager Petra. She was awesome. We do not have a bad thing to say about this home. We would rent this home the next time we come to Cape Coral. Loved our stay.

We loved this house!!! Very quiet, great location, absolutely beautiful home and property! Kitchen has everything you will need. Beds extremely comfortable. Outside living is amazing. I could not be happier with this property and our vacation. It had plenty of space for our group of 7 (which included 2 little ones). Having the pool enclosed and right there was great, we didn't have to leave if we didn't want to. The house was close to great restaurants and grocery stores. They had everything we needed for the kids so we did not need to travel with more than necessary (i.e. pack & play, high chair, pool fence and toys).
Paula (owner) and Petra (Property Manager) were super responsive and helpful with any questions we had. Would definitely love to rent to the house again in the future!

We traveled for a family vacation - 6 adults and 1 small child. The owners have such a beautiful home that was perfect for everyone, including someone in a wheelchair. It had everything we needed including a high chair and pack and play for our daughter, pool floats for everyone, plenty of bath and pool towels, tons of cookware, utensils and storage, and they even have fishing poles that we used! They were so responsive from start to finish and were very accommodating. The location of this home is so perfect - it’s on a canal with very little traffic just a short ride to the river, it’s in a quiet neighborhood where we didn’t see many people at all, and it’s 5-15 minutes driving from everything you could need. They have a tiki hut on the dock and we spent many nights out there enjoying the serenity and the view. There were a few tiny things that came up during our stay, but the property management team was very responsive and resolved everything very quickly (small toilet leak, and user error on figuring out how to start the dishwasher ha!).
We had the most wonderful vacation and are so grateful that they shared their home with us. We would love to go back again in the future!

The house and property were great, I did not appreciate the check and out process with the property manager. She was very loud and acted like she was being put out by doing her job. I did not like all the extra charges that I was told I would have to pay(like cleaning the grill and putting new foil in the drip pan sheet. It wasn’t new when I got there to began with and a 50.00 charge I think is absurd. I will spend more money next time so I won’t be charged if I do t wash the towels before leaving and or clean the grill. If you are going to lease your house out on VRBO and already charge a cleaning fee then why nickel and dime someone if they don’t clean to your property managers guidelines. I hope you read this and either adjust your guidelines and make sure they are explained in the contract then search for a new property manager that has some couth when addressing your clients.

Our multigeneration family had quite a wonderful stay here. Great location and easy to access FM, FMB and Sanibel! The house is well equipped with everything you could possibly need from super comfy beds and well equipped kitchen to pool toys and fishing poles.
All communications with the owners and the property manager Petra were timely and informative.

The property worked out very well for our party of 5 overnighters and some family visiters.
Property and features were accurately represented and clean. Process of check in and out was easy. Great location on canal for renting a boat with convenient access to boat rental company, river and the Gulf islands. Owner was very responsive, pleasant and helpful. Our only concerns were a difference in opinion with the property manager regarding the cleanliness of the grill before and after our visit, and the living room tv system could be upgraded. We would definitely consider returning to this property!

Beautiful Home
The home was clean, the property manager was friendly and available. We enjoyed sitting by the tiki bar during sunset. The pool was perfect all day long. The kitchen had nice cookware and we enjoyed dinners around the table overlooking the pool.

Florida vacation
House was very clean, we had a bit of a delay with our entrance. We didn’t receive our lockbox code in advance and when we did it was the wrong code but the issue was resolved very quickly and communication with home owner and property management was great! The property was very well equipped with kitchen utensils, cooking/ grilling tools and small appliances. It also was stocked with pool toys, beach items, games etc. which is such a convenience! We also utilized an air mattress the owners had for small children! The pool was heated with no extra charges like some homes. Beautiful area and quiet area! We would definitely consider staying again if we visit the Cape Coral area again!

Our second time staying at this home. It was just as good as the first. We love everything about your home. The location, the pool, the way the patio doors open to the pool and the canal. Great place to stay!
We had an excellent time staying at this property! It had everything we needed to keep us all throughly entertained. The pool was great with lots of pool toys and we loved fishing from the dock, and hanging out by the tiki hut! It is in a great location, so close to resturants, grocery stories, etc. But also in a nice and quiet neighborhood for taking walks and bike rides. The communication with Paula and her property managers was great and they were so accommodating. Would highly recommend staying here!

NIce, quiet neighborhood
Our stay was wonderful! The neighborhood was very quiet! The home had everything we needed while we stayed. It was clean and comfortabnle.The kids loved the pool and it was nice and warm.
Our only real problem was with the gas grill. It really needs to be upgraded. We had planned to cook on the grill as much as possible while we were there, but after the first time we decided to change our meal plans for the rest of our stay.
Other than that, it was a very nice place to stay.

Wonderful home!
Paula and Brian, We had a wonderful time at your beautiful house. Family came and stayed for a while and all enjoyed their stay with us. We did have one problem as one of the chaise lounges broke while my son was lying on it and he fell off and hurt his shoulder. i wanted to take him for xrays, but he said no so we just watched him. I think the house needed more chaise lounges in the pool area and some down by the water. Otherwise , all was wonderful. Thank you so much for everything. Tried to rent it for next year , but is already rented. I would highly recommend it to anyone. Barbara

Perfect get away!
This is a beautiful home with a floor plan perfect for everyone. The decor has a comfortable feel and the heated pool was always warm for our enjoyment. Owner and management were prompt to answer questions and respond for assist with minor TV issue. We would highly recommend this rental! 10 days went way too quickly!

What we loved was the layout of the space , the accessibility of the pool..the heated pool 👍👍👍 and loved this location was near shopping and other amenities ...Rent an auto when you visit ..you wont regret it ..We also loved the timely response from the owner...Paula and the Site management team of Kat and Petra.
We visited Fort Myers Beach , grocery shopping at Publix, Walmart.. also shopped at the Golf mall and Miromar premium outlet. EATING OUT WAS DIVINE .Rodizio Brazillian Steak house, StillWater, FINS ....Fords Garage ...family remaining in Cape Coral going later to Madhatter.I do love CAPE CORAL ...will be returning . Thank you Brian and Paula !!!
