Nice condo, location, views. Beach was right there, beds were comfortable. Very dirty, no toilet paper or paper towels. It was a lot of money so I think you could leave some toilet paper

It was amazing. I was there in October with my family and brought back three of my girlfriends this time. They were so impressed. They are all going to book a vacation next year with their families. I will be back with mine as well. Thank you for everything and allowing us to stay on this amazing resort.

The beach and the weather made the experiences wonderful. The room was not like the pictures portrayed. Floors looked moldy/dirty, showers were dirty with hair. And roaches coming out of every corner.

Great Location! Walking distance to bars/restaurants. Nice and clean, with no problems at all...only drawback was only having 1 parking space in the lot available for us...

The water views were amazing- very convenient location. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking as were the outdoor grills. We had a fabulous time!

Very spacious clean condo with spectacular gulf view. Amazing sunsets. Large balcony. Kitchen had what we needed to cook several meals instead of going out. Pool area and grounds well kept. Pool temperature nice and warm. Stores and restaurants within walking distance. Clean beach. I would stay again.

I absolutely loved our condo! Clean and comfy and a beautiful view of the ocean! Water pressure could have been better but nonetheless we had a wonderful stay and will coming back next!

We spent 2 days in Disney & Universal Studios, followed by 4 days at Las Brisas #203. The location is great for going to all the local restaurants & John's Pass. Highly recommend Waffle House, Crabbys on the Pass & Sea Breeze. Ice cream at the Candy Kitchen in nearby North Redington Beach. Spent nights walking the beach & enjoying the sunsets. Check out Dolphin Quest for a great Sunset Cruise. We loved Madeira Beach. Toes in the sand, with a drink in the hand.

Great location! I would stay here again. Condo could use some updating but it didn’t affect my stay. My stay only complaint is our feet were black if we walked on the floors barefooted. Also the third bedroom could use a tv. Great stay regardless!

Very comfortable home! Right on the beach. There’s restaurants and shopping nearby. The balcony overlooking the ocean is very spacious! Beds were comfortable! Loved it!

Las Brisas is centrally located on Gulf Blvd. The beach was very nice and we enjoyed morning walks and watch dolphins several mornings from our deck. Our property was great a few minor improvements are needed, but nothing that would not have me book it again. There were 5 adults and we had plenty of room.

If you are planning to stay in and cook meals, take notes: Kitchen is stocked with dishes. —-No baking (cookie) sheets —-No hot pads Two of the bedrooms did not have working lights —- bulb was burnt out so took one from the living room and put the burnout one back which tells us the cleaning staff did not go into two of the three bedrooms One garbage bag provided that was too short for the tall garbage can —-so you may want to bring a couple of your own tall kitchen garbage bags if you will be therefor more than a full day. No dish soap but there was one pod for dish washer —Bring dish soap if you want to cook meals and hand wash glasses/utensils — Bring toilet paper if you are staying more than one night. —-Bring coffee. There are two options- a Keurig or a regular coffee pot - not sure if there were filters. — We walked to a few coffee shops in the morning. Great walking distance to coffee shops and restaurants. Less than one hour, xxx feet after rinsing at the beach and coming upstairs and walking barefoot in the kitchen and condo area.. black dirty on the bottom so —-Bring Slippers or flip flops or something to wear inside so you don’t have to go barefoot.

It was exactly what we needed. Although the a/c unit was very loud and some of the bedrooms were warm.

Everything was as expected. We had a great time, the condo was clean, it had everything we needed and will definitely stay again! Thank you!

Check in was a fiasco. Couldn't get the right code for the door (twice) so we ended up having to wait for maintenance to let us in to the condo. Check in at a different location is not ideal if you don't have a car. Even if you use the contact-less check in you still have to go to the offsite place. Why not take care of it in advance and give the door code like every other place we've rented from does now. We have stayed in this unit before and it needs some attention. Toilet in second bath doesn't work, ice maker doesn't work, tv in second bedroom doesn't work, many light bulbs burned out (no light b in the second bedroom at all), the matress in the master is in need of replacing along with the bricks for pillows. This is a beach- front property. I don't think it's unreasonable to expect beach towels to be provided. They take too much room to pack. Also they tell you beach chairs may or may not be provided... again this is a beach front property. This property had junky uncomfortable chairs. You can't find decent beach chairs for sale anywhere. We ended up paying over $100 for beach chairs at the CVS and another $20 for beach towels. The other option would have been to spend over $200 to rent chairs. They gave us 6 bath towels for a 3 bedroom unit for 5 days. When we went to wash them, we had to go buy the laundry soap and softener to wash their towels! Not even a sample provided. If they would just leave things like bath tissue, paper towels, laundry soap, dish soap, etc... for the next tenant to use instead of taking it out it would be much easier and less waste. You don't have to leave an obnoxious amount of extra stuff, I get that, but it's ridiculous to take things out that the next tenant can use. In spite of all of this we are beach dwellers so the beach and location are beautiful so all was not lost. Just extra expenses incurred that were not expected were disappointing along with a unit in disrepair.

The property was as described and had an amazing view of the ocean/beach. Kids loved just going down and being on the beach right off the property. Highly recommend.

Loved being able to sit on the balcony, hear the surf, drink my coffee and watch the sun go up and down. Beautiful!

This unit was very nice. You can tell the building is a bit dated, but everything was in good working order and clean. Publix grocery store is about 5 minutes away, there's a speedy-mart (or something) gas station and restaurants in walking distance, Caddy's bar right up the beach. The perfect view of the gulf!

This was an excellent place to stay. Great view, impeccable cleanliness, beach chairs available, extremely spacious and all around top-notch! Have already booked next year's trip to the exact same place and room.

Great location and distance to walking out to the beach was great. Plenty of chairs on the deck for 6 people. We would stay at Las Brisas again and have always had good experience with your management company when staying on your different properties.
