We had a wonderful time staying here. The house is stocked with everything that you could need. They were so nice to work with. The house is located very close to beaches,shopping, and restaurants. The house was very clean and we loved the pool area. The street is very quite and it was such a relaxing place.

This house is excellent, immaculate, and showed just like the pictures on VRBO. The location is great in reference to beaches, eating, shopping, etc. The pool is awesome and extremely clean and warm (90 degrees). We loved having a nice pool to enjoy at night after all day at beach or bouncing around Siesta Village & Sarasota downtown. The property is very well maintained and all appliances worked great. Very comfortable home and I will stay here again in a heartbeat. Lisa was great in welcoming us to stay at the property and quick to respond when contacted. We miss this place already :) Will be back soon!!

Best described as Perfect!! My wife and I celebrated a wedding anniversary while staying here, and Lisa was great to work with in helping to surprise my wife. This property came fully equipped to have a fantastic time. Everything has been carefully thought-out and it shows. Traveling from PA, we were a little nervous about having beach things to take with us...this house didn't disappoint at all... plenty of different style beach chairs, umbrellas, beach towels, and cooler. It was a home away from home. We visited in late June, so the use of the bicycles was non existence for us, but wow, we got a ton of use out of the pool. The whole experience was so relaxing. We would definitely stay here again!

What an amazing property. We thought the listing was great but the house was even better in person. The pool, beds, bikes, and entire house were phenomenal. I have never stayed in a vrbo/rental so clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the bikes, area beaches and loved the estate park just across the street. The neighborhood was lovely and safe enough that I did not have to worry about running, biking, or letting the kids bike on their own. We biked to the beach a few times and down to the village. Siesta Key Beach was very busy so we ventured to some other beaches too. Nokomis is always a favorite, Blind Pass and also checked out both Lido beaches. This house has a great location that is so close to everything but still in a great quiet neighborhood. The only recommendation I would have would be some more places to hang towels in the bathrooms as well as outside for beach and pool towels so we would not have to put them in the wash/dryer. Otherwise, what a beautiful place to stay. Thank you and we had a great family vacation!

The house was great, the owner Matt was very quick to answer any questions we had. The pool was awesome too! Unfortunately we were here for ‘the coldest Christmas recorded’ and didn’t get to use it as much as we wanted. The lanai was great to start our mornings with coffee and end our nights with drinks. Lisa, the property manager, is truly a gem and I now have a lifelong friend. Siesta Key Beach is a short drive away, too. I highly recommend staying here. We’ll be back.

PROPERTY WAS VERY WELL MAINTAINED ,VERY CLEAN AND VERY WELL STOCKED WITH ALL YOU NEED FOR A RELAXING VACATION. WE LOVED TAKING A RELAXING DIP IN THE POOL AFTER A LONG AFTERNOON AT THE BEACH. LESS THAN 10 MINUTES TO THE BEACH,AND CLOSE TO SHOPPING AND RESTAURANTS.

My family loved our time here and would absolutely stay again in the future. Plenty of amenities that will enhance your stay, such as a fully stocked kitchen, pool toys, bikes, tv and a wonderful lanai to enjoy evenings outside. The property was incredibly clean, and I say this as a bit of a germaphobe. The property is an easy driving distance from restaurants, grocery stores, Target, the beach, etc. You won't feel isolated which was my initial concern when opting to stay in a neighborhood. Thanks for a great stay!!

I really enjoyed Matt's house! It was even better than the pictures. The house was equipped with everything you could possibly need. The decor was wonderful and comfortable! I love the beachy theme and the turtle lamps. The pool was nice and we used it quite a bit. Watching the football game on the screened in lanai was fun! I would recommend this house to anyone wanting to visit the area. Thank you Matt for sharing your lovely house with us.

My husband and I had this property rented a few days after Hurricane Ian recently hit Florida. We had to rearrange many things on our trip and Matt was great to work with in helping us reschedule and find a different time to enjoy a much needed vacation! We appreciated the communication and understanding of 'life happening' and helping us make the best of it! We are so excited to be renting again very soon! Lisa was also easy to work with and very helpful!

We had the best time and loved the location. We rode the bikes and didn't need to rent a car. The neighborhood had very nice coffee shops and restaurants and very close to the beach. We would love to come back next year.

Great property overall and close to many shops and restaurants. The extra amenities that were provided (including beach toys, beach towels and bikes) were very convenient and the kids really enjoyed the pool! The only downside is that Siesta Key Beach is a 10 minute drive to the beach and the house is not located near the Siesta Breeze Trolly (it’s about a half hour walk to the closest stop). Lisa, the property manager, made our check in very easy and was waiting for us upon arrival at the house! We would definitely stay here again!

The entire experience was everything we hoped it would be! Check in was great, the house has everything you need! The neighborhood is great! You are in the middle of a lot to do. We hit Lido, we hit Siesta, we kayaked, we played on the beach, we rode bikes which I haven’t done in years! Beds were comfortable! Pool was just perfect for anytime of the day! Do not hesitate, book today!!

I have been renting vacation homes for vacations through VRBO for 17 years and this was the best experience to date. The home was as listed and even better. We loved that it came so well equipped. The kitchen was well stocked with the necessities (unlike many that have bare minimum). We really appreciated that the house had beach chairs, beach umbrellas, corn hole, bikes, etc. It made the vacation that much more enjoyable as those kinds of things are difficult to bring along. We also loved that the pool was salt water! No dried out skin, red eyes, or green hair. The park nearby has nice walking trails and even a fishing pier which we thoroughly enjoyed. The beach is a short drive which was convenient. Check in was so easy and personal. John and Lisa met us at the house and we’re very helpful. We highly recommend this property and will definitely return next time we are in Sarasota.

This home goes way above expectations in every aspect with quality in all areas - remodeling, furnishings, decorating, amenities, and most importantly ... cleanliness. It is obvious that Matt takes pride in this home and that his property managers Lisa and John do a spectacular job.

Matt's property surpassed our expectation. It was a lovely property in a quiet location with wonderful facilities. Everything in the property was of excellent quality and well maintained and Matt had thought of everything to facilitate visitors to his vacation rental. We loved all the beach equipment and the large pool towels. My daughter was most impressed with the excellent laundry equipment which she used regularly for our grandson of three. Lisa greeted us warmly on our arrival day, showed us around and the property felt like home for our eight days. It was most welcoming and clean. Our family loved the outdoor pool and sundeck and the lanai was well used at night. A very comfortable spot in the house. Sadly we had no time for the bikes which Matt has in his garage. We were last in Siesta in 2015 so know the area well. The location of the property served well for the most amazing beach beach, Publix and our favourite ice cream shop Abels(near Swimcity). We were very sad to leave Siesta key, our favourite area in Florida (we are UK based) but hope to return in the near future. We would certainly not hesitate to stay at Matt's place again. Thank you to Lisa who was always at the end of the phone for any concerns. Book this lovely home and it will not disappoint.

We stayed with a friend and our two kids - almost 3 and 11 months old. Lisa, the property manager, was lovely and gave us lots of suggestions and let us know there was a high chair to use. Siesta Key beach is a short drive away and we went 3 times during our one week stay. There are plenty of beach towels, chairs, umbrellas, etc. to take with you! We enjoyed the pool the whole time we were there, it’s very private and was perfect for the kids. Definitely would stay again! Great spot!

We enjoyed staying at the house. They thought of everything you would need for the stay and for the beach. It was nice to have someone there for check in, haven't had that before. Hope to stay again!

This was our 2nd stay at this amazing property, the first being a year ago!!! We chose this property again because of all the wonderful amenities and convenient, peaceful location it has! This place is truly a home away from home and has everything you need to spend a relaxing vacation without having to share your oasis with dozens of other people. The kitchen is FULLY stocked so everything you need to make any meal or mix up a poolside cocktail is there for you, and the home is within minutes of many stores to stock up the fridge. The bedrooms are adorably decorated with plenty of storage space and the mattresses are AMAZING! The screened in lanai has many seating options and is the perfect place to hang out at night with a glass of wine and relax while catching up on your shows on the large outdoor TV. The garage has everything you need for a trip to the beach, cooler, umbrellas, beach chairs, etc, AND the bikes are a great addition to do some local exploring! We love this place because it's privacy and location, it's close enough to be at the beach in minutes but offers peacefulness because of being a stand alone home in a Quant neighborhood! We will definitely be booking here again and can't wait to return!!!!

My family and I had another terrific stay at Matt's property. Everything you need is provided at the house. Nice size pool. Clean single family home and It's located near anything you could want or need. 11 minutes from Siesta Beach / Siesta Key Village. Can't wait to return!

We really enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was at this house. We even had all the equipment for our beach outings. We enjoyed bike rides in the neighborhood and the outdoor lanai and pool were very relaxing.

My family and I just spent an amazing week in Sarasota. The house is in a lovely neighborhood and is very close to Siesta Key as well as Tamiami Trail, so you can easily access all that Sarastoa offers. The owner and property managers made the check-in process very warm and welcoming and touched base a few times throughout our stay to ensure all was well. The house was clean, comfortable and very well equipped with everything you need. My kids loved having the pool right out the back door and my husband and I loved that we could sit comfortably in the lanai while they swam. We spent most of our time in the lanai with its comfortable seating, tv and wi-fi speaker. The garage was filled with 7 beach cruisers, which we utilized each day. We enjoyed our trips to the beach on them as well as for evening bike rides to watch the sunset. As for beach trips, the owners supplied everything you need for a day at the beach (towels, chairs, sunshade, coolers...). They have thought of everything, even a sifter for finding shark teeth on Venice Beach! We would definitely stay again the next time we visit Sarasota. Thank you for sharing your lovely home.
