Sanibel Harbour Resort Bay View Tower 135: Overlooking the private beach with stunning sunsets.
Bay View Tower 135: la tua oasi costiera ti aspetta! Ispirato al sole, alla sabbia e al mare, questo condominio al 1 ° piano completamente rinnovato (2017) è ben arredato con tonalità della spiaggia di verde schiuma di mare e blu. Tutto è nuovo di zecca da materassi e biancheria da letto, elettrodomestici all'avanguardia, TV HD da 60 pollici in soggiorno e prese USB per facili plug-in. C'è un fantastico letto king di alghe nel master e due gemelli cottage nell'ospite. Entrambe le camere sono dotate di TV HD piatta. La cucina è più ampia della maggior parte con una lavatrice / asciugatrice da banco che dà una sensazione più aperta. Il lanai non è che un'estensione dello spazio abitativo all'aperto che vanta magnifiche viste sul Golfo. Ammira i tramonti spettacolari mentre ti rilassi in un comodo sezionale all'aperto. Dal momento in cui varchi la soglia e vedi la spiaggia di sabbia ai tuoi passi, ti sentirai rilassato.

Posizione eccezionale con viste bellissime. Check-in facile, proprietà pulita e gestori pronti a rispondere. Vicino all'Isola di Sanibel e alla Spiaggia di Fort Myers. Perfetto per famiglie e vacanze rilassanti.

My co-workers and I stayed here while we attended a conference at the Marriott resort. There condo was perfect and offered everything we needed. Check-in and out was easy. I appreciated that the host contacting me days in advance with instructions. I would stay here again!

The property was beautiful. We were literally right on the beach with a short trip over the bridge to Sanibel Island. The beach was a little deceiving. There wasn't much shore line, but the views were still breath taking. It was very quiet, which we liked. One issue was that the second bedroom was extremely hot. Our kids were miserable in the heat. The airflow was terrible. The pillows in both bedrooms were cheap and uncomfortable. I suggest bringing pillows from home. I don't think the covers on any of the beds get washed. The blanket in the closet was dirty. Other than that, it was amazing and we had a wonderful time.

Relaxing get away
Exactly as expected. Easy booking and check in process. Clean. Loved sitting on the deck in the morning and watching the dolphins swim by 25 yards from shore. Quiet, relaxing atmosphere. Property managers easily accessible and responsive to any questions. Great location! Close to Sanibel Island and Fort Myers Beach. Definite 5 star rating.

Perfect family reset
This space was open, airy, and a perfect touchstone for our family rest and reset. great location for exploring in every direction, and beautiful space to return to and relax in. Easy to cross the bridge to Sanibel Island. Impeccably clean. Quiet beach front. Would absolutely return.

Perfect location!
We totally enjoyed our 3 week stay at this beautiful condo. It's a perfect location with beautiful views of the sunsets! The condo was beautifully appointed with great furnishes, and a wonderfully stocked kitchen! It would be wonderful if there was a community grilling area, that is really the only thing we missed! The pool is great and the private beach out front is beautiful! You won't be disappointed in this condo!

Great condo!
We had a wonderful 3 weeks at this beautiful condo with an amazing view! The location is great, the pool area is beautiful, and the private beach is perfect! I can only think of one thing that would make this building perfect...a community gas grilling area. That would complete the whole stay! Condo was very well appointed with everything we needed. Very comfortable!

10 days in Paradise!
The property we rented was exactly as stated. It was very comfortable and had all the items we needed for a great trip. All the little extras made us feel right at home. We would definitely consider renting through the same company in the future.

Great place
Mom &2daughters did a get away! Wonderful place, so clean, pool close plus water a few steps away. Everything you wanted was in the condo. Very quiet, not a place for loud parties, great!

Perfect place to recharge
The property was fantastic. The unit was extremely clean, modern and up to date. The views were spectacular- just open the sliding glass doors to enjoy the beach front. Watch the boats go by and the pelicans. Everything you could need- there was fishing gear, beach chairs, and even a shell scoop. Would definitely recommend this property and bring my family back.

This condo over-delivered!
Even better than the pics! Massive water views, lots of boats, also saw dolphins & manatees from the lanai. Very clean & well equipped.
Only non-5 star is it isn’t very walkable to restaurants except the Marriott next door, but their restaurants were only open on Friday & Saturday. It was off season.

Beach stay
Our stay was a very nice getaway. The condo was lovely. I just wish the rainy weather and bugs would have been in our favor. The bugs were NOT at this condo, I got several bug bites just walking around in that location. Par for Florida I guess.

My husband enjoyed the easy access to the running paths on the island, and nothing was more relaxing than starting our day enjoying breakfast on the lanai while watching boats and dolphins going by , then ending our day with the most spectacular sunsets! This was my daughter's first visit, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience for her...thank you, thank you, thank you!! We can't wait to come back in the near future Thank you SO much from Wisconsin!

“20 steps to the beach or 20 steps to the pool” is what my husband raved about. The sunsets every night were breathtaking. The location was central to many othe rFlorida destinations. Overall awesome!

Pure Paradise!! The moment we walked in we were in awe of the breathtaking views. The condo was perfect is every way...well stocked with all necessities, beautiful decor, cleanliness, and LOCATION!! My husband enjoyed the easy access to the running paths on the island, and nothing was more relaxing than starting our day enjoying breakfast on the lanai while watching boats and dolphins going by 🐬, then ending our day with the most spectacular sunsets! This was my daughter's first visit, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience for her...thank you, thank you, thank you!! We can't wait to come back in the near future 😊

Beautiful Place
This property is beautiful and has a beautiful view. The water is shallow and calm, perfect for small children. We even saw dolphins! It was easy to get to Sanibel and the Times Square area of Fort Myers.

Perfect location
Great amenities, the location of the property is perfect. The building, the condo and the areas around it are well maintained and kept clean. This was our first visit to Sanibel and can honestly say we loved it and plan to come back.

Perfection!
Condo is spacious and beautifully decorated! Fabulous view....we saw dolphins from the screened balcony every day of our stay. Location was great too...right at the causeway over to Sanibel island. 5 stars!!!

Great Fishing and wonderful Condo

Great Condo with plenty of room and fantastic views
We loved this condo. It was very spacious and beautifully decorated. So much more room that your typical beach condo. The views were fantastic. Loved watching the dolphins go by every day. The private beach was a big plus as well. You can tell management does a great job of taking care of the entire property.
