Golfo lato accesso alla spiaggia! Questo condominio ha una cucina completa con tutto ciò che si può desiderare. C'è anche un 42 'tv a schermo piatto nel soggiorno. Dispone di un divano letto in pelle. Tutti i mobili è nuovo di zecca! La camera da letto ha un letto king size con un comò pieno e una tv. Il bagno ha una vasca / doccia. C'è un bel po 'di veranda dove è possibile sedersi fuori e godersi il tempo meraviglioso. Vi è anche una zona recintata in veranda sul retro per la privacy. La gente qui a molto amichevole. C'è un vero e proprio spirito di comunità qui.
Il complesso non accetta animali domestici, motocicli, rimorchi o camper di qualsiasi tipo.

100% loved everything about this stay... Water views, right on the trolley line going everywhere. The VRBO rental was stocked with more than enough, towels, dishes, beach chairs, right down to a cooler. Would highly recommend.. The only thing I could say was a negative would be the pool has no view.. Other than that.. It's perfect!

Your villa was clean, very comfy and close to the beach area. I will definitely will stay at your beautiful villa again. Joe thank you so much for unlocking the door. And we apologize for any inconvenience. Siesta key area is amazing. 🎉🙌

The property was clean and well organized. It was stocked with several added amenities. Extra pillows and blankets for added comfort. The bed was a super comfy king with plenty of room. If was perfect for my and daughter to enjoy our vacation. 100% would book again!

Great stay pool was nicely heated. Loved having access to both the gulf and the bay side . Room was equipped with all you need. Room was very clean . Nothing fancy but everything we needed and more . Would recommend

This is a great little property. Nice studio condo (no door on the bedroom). Well stocked from kitchen to beach gear to towels. You do have access to the gulf side beach. The onsite property is excellent! Nice heated pool with tables and loungers. A grassy area with more chairs. A pier out into the channel for fishing or good viewing. There is a bocce ball court as well, but bring your own balls. Trolley easily gets you up and down the key. A nice stay at this price point. Host is very responsive as well. If you go over New Years, make sure you go to the beach on the gulf side. People were setting off fireworks starting at about 8pm and continued through midnight.

We had a lovely time at Sea Club condo. The first floor made it easy access. The pool was under reconstruction so not available this stay. But it looks to be very nice with water views and shade. The king size bed was very comfortable. The walking beach access was also close by. Very centrally located!

My family loves staying with Joe in Sea Club and will continue to stay for years to come. We love love love the location.

Nice, quiet, we'll equipped one bedroom. The yard area, pool and pier are well maintained. Third time we've been here. Trolley is great way to get around.

As always the property was clean and inviting for our family vacation! We’ve been staying for years now and every year it keeps getting better! Thanks Joe for preserving our little piece of paradise and allowing us to stay :) We’ll see you again in April !!

We stayed for the week of Thanksgiving and absolutely enjoyed it. We had two adults and two kids (ages 5 and 6). The king bed was comfortable for adults and the sofa couch was perfect for the kids. The kitchen was fully stocked with every appliance needed, plenty of dishes and glasses. We brought fishing poles and bought shrimp at the local bait shop and fished off the dock on the back of the property. We caught a lot of fish and the kids were thrilled. When we weren't fishing or eating Thanksgiving dinner, we were at the beach. The beach is across the street so it was very helpful that a cart was provided to haul down chairs and a cooler for drinks.
The cottage is everything a couple or a small family needs for a fun, relaxing beach vacation. Joe was friendly and easy to communicate with before we arrived and did a great job of checking in via text message to make sure everything was ok while we were staying. We will definitely return to Siesta Key and rent from Joe again.
