Rilassati sull'altalena del portico e osserva uccelli e colibrì volare. Il soggiorno ha comodi mobili in pelle con grandi finestre per godersi il panorama. La casa dispone di quattro camere da letto, due bagni e 12 posti letto comodamente. (Ci sono 2 divani in pelle se vuoi dormire 14)
La Payson House si trova in un'ottima posizione ...... a Payson! Solo 1 miglio al largo della Beeline Hwy (87), quindi sarai vicino alla città per tutte le tue esigenze di shopping, dai negozi di alimentari, ristoranti, teatro. park e Mazatzal Casino. Se vuoi semplicemente rilassarti e rilassarti o goderti i grandi spazi aperti, la Payson House offre entrambi.
Incredibile area escursionistica a soli 2 minuti con escursioni facili e intermedie, con sentieri che portano alla cima della catena montuosa che si può vedere dal nostro terrazzo panoramico .... bellissimo! (Porta il tuo binocolo!) Superba Mountain Biking a pochi minuti!
Salite nella "Little Forest area" sotto la casa principale dove troverete un pozzo del fuoco e panchine per conversazioni occasionali o per gruppi più grandi. Piazzare una tenda (s) e vedere le stelle di notte mentre si mangia un delizioso odore. C'è anche un pozzo HorseShoe !! Abbiamo anche un tavolo da biliardo e un tavolo da ping pong!
Se ti piace pescare, molti laghi si trovano sul Mogollon Rim. Sei a soli trenta minuti dal lago di Roosevelt, famoso per la fantastica pesca al basso. Il fiume East Verde è a soli 20 minuti e viene rifornito settimanalmente durante la stagione di pesca. Il proprietario di solito ottiene il suo limite quasi ogni uscita. A soli quaranta minuti si trova il Kohls Ranch, che offre passeggiate a cavallo e pesca sul Tonto Creek. Tonto Creek Fish Hatchery è assolutamente da vedere! The house is wonderful! We enjoyed the quiet—with sounds of birds—from the large and comfortable deck with a swing seat. The deck has views of the immediate open natural area and a more distant forested hill. We saw lizards, a javelina, elk, hawks, and hummingbirds from the deck, in the natural area behind the house. We enjoyed quiet walks and exploration with children right off of the back of the house, with shaded, quiet seating near the fire pit.
The house is large, comfortable, clean, and well stocked with blankets, towels, a laundry room, and everything one might need for all sorts of cooking.
The house was very comfortable for our party of 6, including a toddler and preteen child.
It is a lovely, relaxing, and peaceful place to stay!

hosted my Phoenix family in July to get out of the heat a bit. (15 degrees makes a difference) Great home, location and everything you need. Worked well with dogs. July 4th great show in Payson. Host was excellent and helpful. would happily stay again.

The pictures do not tell the story of this back yard view! We loved this neighborhood so much we decided to buy a place in the area. It is quiet with beautiful views, and we enjoyed neighborhood walks and relaxing on this deck. This is a great spot for a family gathering. The only reason I gave 4 stars for cleanliness is the carpet needs to be cleaned and the living room furniture is past it's lifetime, but everything else was very clean and we had a great time.

After a canceled softball tournament we still made the trip and enjoyed the company of family. Even thought weather had us inside most of the time there was plenty to keep us busy. Once the sun came out we were close to parks and made less then 15 min trip to Tonto Natural Bridge State Park.

We stayed in Doug & Patricia’s family home for our family’s spring break with children ranging in age from 5-12 years old. In total there were 7 of us.

Ample sleeping arrangements & comfortable bedding.
Large family table for dining.
Kids games/legos for entertainment.
Little updates throughout the home have made it feel very welcoming & inviting.

Hosts seemed confused regarding our arrival date initially.
House was very cold on arrival and set at 55 degrees. Took awhile to heat up and max temp is set at 69 degrees.
Non-functioning bath tub made it difficult to give our twin 5 year olds a bath.
No dishwasher.

We went up hoping to catch some snow and got there just before and left just after it arrived. The property was well heated, and the snowy view was amazing.
The owners offer great amenities, the bedrooms offered lots of sleeping options, and the pool table was a blast.
The walking trails were great for the dogs, who really enjoyed the wrap-around deck. Any questions we had were quickly answered and the available wood was a lifesaver when we didn't want to drive in the snow.

This is a very well-maintained older home. Excellent covered deck recently upgraded with special decking and with nice views as in photo - a nice place to relax when it rains. Bathroom showers have been updated nicely. The beds are comfortable. The AC appears to be new and worked well. The fire pit area is spacious, and firewood is available - great area to relax. It's close to the edge of town which provides an open view and secluded feeling toward the south. Overall, a good value.

My husband and I took our adult children and one grandbaby for our belated Xmas vacation. It was a nice, fun, relaxing weekend. We took walks, played the pool/ cornhole/ping-pong that was offered. Enjoyed a couple of nights out by the fire pit after the snow melted back.

We enjoyed our brief stay at the Payson House. It's a large home with 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom upstairs and 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom downstairs. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms downstairs only. This property has a great fire pit, for those that aren't steady on their feet, beware of going up and down stairs on gravel. It was a pleasure staying here and will definitely return!

We stayed a month. House can easily accommodate visiting family and friends. It’s well stocked with sports equipment, puzzles, games, even a high chair. Close to many trailheads and creeks for fishing. It’s really beautiful country!

Amazing!
We absolutely loved our stay here!! The property is perfect for a group and the home is very comfortable and can easily accommodate a lot of people. It’s well stocked for cooking and provides everything you need. The location is amazing as stores are conveniently located and it’s really just a perfect distance to come here quickly from the Phoenix area and be in the mountains. I highly recommend this place!! We will be back!

I enjoy Payson for many reasons. If you like trails, wildlife, fishing, cooler weather, and friendly people this is a great place to go. The House was comfortable, communication was great, plenty of space for 2 families, the view from the deck is amazing, and the outdoor sitting area is relaxing as well as secluded. I would definitely stay here again!

Pleasant stay, very peaceful
We stayed a few nights at the Payson House and really enjoyed our time. Had numerous games, a ping pong table, and a pool table for our enjoyment as well. Outdoor covered patio/balcony was beautiful place to just sit outside and enjoy the outdoors, although the photos are slightly deceiving as to the remotness of this location. Pictures make it appear as though the backyard is open to national forest preserve. And while the area is amazingly beautiful, it is still in a neighborhood with other homes. Still, I would stay here again because it really was a pretty place.

Great Location
House location was great. Close to town but far enough from traffic and noises. House is out dated, as far as appliances. However, they all worked, which was great. The owner was very communicative. Beds were very comfortable. Lots of games for the kids to play down stairs.

Doug and Patricia’s EZ Payson Home
Love this vacation home!! It was super clean upon arrival and the views are amazing!! There is a ping pong table, pool table, horseshoes/pit, and a barbeque outside. If you want to relax after a leisurely day of beautiful hiking, there are movie apps and streaming capability on the big television in the living room. You can also relax with a warm fire by the fireplace in the living room. The grocery store is about 2 miles from the house and there are a bunch of good restaurants to sample. We come to this amazing home at least once a year... and it is always a good experience. Thanks to you both....

Perfect getaway
We had a wonderful time at this peaceful property! The kids enjoyed the accommodations provided by the owners and we had plenty of room to play and relax. We played ping pong and horse shoes and relaxed by the fire pit in the evening. The house is very close to everything you need from the grocery store to hiking trails. Will definitely look to stay here again!

Everything is perfect here & close to everything! plenty of room inside & out - fabulous deck w
beautiful views, great seating around fire pit (my friend & I visited there) but no fire cuz weather was perfect! We loved playing ping pong & walking around pond w bullfrogs :) we were able to ck in earlier & Soo appreciated that because went to rodeo that night. Everyone had a really fun & relaxing time so just a great weekend w Family & Friends
