Location was perfect for the kids. A short walk down to the beach & playground. The kids loved using the kayaks on the water. The house itself was nice. Loved the modern touches and beach theme. Whoever built and designed the interior of this place made use of every single small space. I thought it was clever! Nice and warm. Able to open windows for airflow and use oil heater in main room when chilly. Loved sitting out on the balcony. Views from kitchen were stunning too. Everything was well stocked which I loved!

High chair was very grubby, I had to cover it with a towel to feed my baby as the cover & belt were abit mouldy. I would recommend getting a new one but without fabric for easy breezy cleaning, you will thank me for it! Bathroom is crammed. If you're a big person, you will not be able to get in to the sliding shower doors. Dryer is under the house which you need to walk outside to get to.

Everything was done to make our stay absolutely wonderful with lots of extra touches that were a pleasant surprise.

Because at times we had 11 people in the beach house (some of them big people, and because it does sleep 8 people, having only one bathroom, and a small shower could be a problem. This was the only thing that wasn't perfect.

it had everything you needed as well as many helpful touches such as the high chair, hotties, soap and so much more

only thing is that the mattress in the bunk bed was a bit uncomfortable

Great location close to the beach, the house was very well stocked with amenities and appliances, everything you need is there. It was warm and cosy for our mid winter stay.

It isn’t a stand alone beach house as we had expected, and we could here the comings and goings from next door.

Loved everything about this property. Was spotless, super tidy, had everything we could want when staying away from home, even had an area set up for children with toys and other entertainment - brilliant. Will definitely be back and can definitely recommend.

The only thing I can say was a small issue for us was that it was raining the entire time we were there - (until the day we left of course :( ) so it would be really helpful to have a dryer to dry clothing. Other than that there is honestly nothing that we didn't like.

Good location, close to the beach. People in stanmore bay are super friendly. The house itself was really nice and wel presented. Wish we had more time to spend there. Definitely recommend this property for anyone looking.

Beautiful views of the beach and park in almost every window. Everything was neat and clean. Amazing welcome from hosts! House had everything you need and more!!! From a portacot to a high chair to al cleaning products. We LOVED our stay!

we’ll everything was beautiful in that beach house it had pretty much everything we needed nice & comfortable felt like home but this one was way more nice because of our beach view we was beautiful can see from our deck & kitchen window rooms air con was nice & cold beds comfortable Netflix & chill big space in tha kitchen had everything parking was good 😊 and our host was a awesome guy friendly made us feel welcome to tha new area also our walk to tha beach was like 1min walk to tha end of tha street beautiful beach to swim in love tha area thank you we would like to get that again i would always want to come back to this beautiful beach home 😍♥️

Location was great, just a walk down to the beach, close to Supermarket and other little shops, Host was very friendly, had almost everything you would need plus extra. Enjoyed our 2 night stay with partner, daughter, son in-law and also my granddaughter at this cozy little beach house, would definitely book again.

The house was comfortable Kitchen amazing deck was handy space (especially with canopy for shade) Great place for kids - more toys than at home!!

A heat pump would be lovely The lounge was very warm in the afternoon!!! Maybe Im spoilt!!! I would love to bring my small dog sometime!!

The accomodation was very homely and clean.

There wasn’t much room to hang clothes. Mattresses were uncomfortable.

2nd stay we loved it again.

Loved the muffin welcome, loved the cupboards full of useful stuff (gladwrap, kids cutlery, coffee, soap powder for the washing machine, the easily understood instructions i.e. which towels were for beach, which were not). Loved the outside shower, the kids toys and games kept the 3 kids entertained the whole time we were at the house. Loved the proximity to the beach and the fact we didn't have to drive to get anywhere. Loved watching the Starlink Satellite Train. Appreciated access to the vacuum cleaner. The 4 slot toaster was a winner too! The shoe tray was a useful reminder to the kids and they akways remembered ti remove their footwear.

Everything was perfect! There! Said it in three sentences 🤭😘 Actually, for someone who has never used that partucular coffee machine, some instructions would have been handy, as it was, we muddled through, and really enjoyed our morning caffeine fix!
