How close it was to everything. Walking-distance to stores, outside markets, malls and beach. Our Bathroom was clean and shower has an attached heating system. Rooms are equipped with AC units. The service workers were very nice, and helpful. We didn’t have good WiFi when we arrived, the staff were very helpful to fix it. And next thing you know it, they installed a new flat screen TV and the WiFi was great after that. They offered free breakfast coupons for three days. They were even nice to remind you about the breakfast. They served: scrambled eggs, filipino red hotdogs, spam, puto (filipino rice cakes) and more. A nice selection of beverages (juices) and of course hot coffee.

We stayed in room 308. We really liked it. It was small and simple. Clean. But no windows since we were located in the middle. The bed was clean but hard. After a few nights we got use to it lol.

Hot shower is really hot water. I like it.

I stayed here 3 nights, 2 days internet is so slow its better to use data instead. but Third day suddenlly internet conection got better. I dont whats going on with that.

I dont know from where to begin..i think this was the worst experience regarding some hotel that we have stayed in..and i have to write before hand that my gf and me are not very demanding guests...we just want decent service, polite personnel and clean room. so here it goes: at start we got towels with a hole in them and one toilet paper with soap wrap in it, Totally unpleasant personnel (except security guy at the door and one other lady) there is no greetings like hi/goodbye, nothing.. furthermore the owner is always staying in the restaurant of the hotel (which looks like you have travelled back in time) and she just gives you weird look as is if you are in her living room not in hotel..and if you say hi she doesnt greed back..haha which just add to whole horrible experience that we had while staying there for breakfast there are few cheap dishes and almost always the pots are empty, and what is totally ridiculous there is no normal coffee for breakfast, just rice coffee :/ Everywhere you look you can see lack of care, off of two elevators one doesnt work, the walls are so tiny that we could hear guy snoring in the next room, there are stairs in hotel but you can not use it because you will end up at the reception (actually behind the back of the receptionist) and at the end of the stairs there are things there that you need to jump over (vacuum cleaner, shoes, backpacks and other things - is really no other place to keep that?! ), Tv in the room doesnt have any programs and its positioned in a way that you can not watch it while you are lying in the bed, actually you need to sit on the bed and look at it a meter away from you, for wi-fi you get codes on the small pieces of papers (we got 5 of them) and you need to see which one works lol..and internet connection is hooorible! at night no one is securing house rules (untill 2 am there was constantly running thru the hallways, yelling..

The breakfast buffet was tasty and had multiple options. The WiFi was fast and allowed me to work from the hotel. The laundry services are affordable, quick, and delivered directly to my room.

The location is on a busy street.

I liked that the staff were approachable and kind. The room was good overall. The bed and pillows were comfy. The fridge was working fine and there were lots of places to put our things which made it comfortable.

The TV remote is not working well and the toilet bowl has a stain on it. Other than those 2 things, it was a great stay overall.
