La nostra casa ristrutturata si trova in una posizione perfetta, una base di partenza per il roaming di tutti i siti e gli scenari notevoli della regione di Pikes Peak. Siamo situati nel cuore della vecchia Colorado City, affettuosamente chiamato "OCC". L '"OCC" fonde il suo carattere storico con le boutique moderne, i ristoranti pluripremiati e le gallerie d'arte locali. Ultimo ma non meno importante è l'area della vasca idromassaggio. Equipaggiati con tende personalizzate, pergole e vasi annuali che ti permetteranno di rilassarti. Vieni a goderti il bellissimo clima del Colorado in uno dei paesaggi più belli del Colorado.
In ogni camera da letto c'è un armadio con appendiabiti, un ventilatore per il naso bianco, un diffusore di olio essenziale, tende oscuranti, un televisore, stazioni di ricarica, un Alexa e un ventilatore a soffitto. (ci sono ombre nere fuori dalla casa)

This property was prefect for our family trip to Colorado Springs. It was close to all of the attractions we wanted to visit and the house had everything we needed. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Colorado Springs!

The pictures of the home are accurate. The home is stocked well! We had everything we needed. The outdoor space is amazing! Beds are comfortable. We felt right at home. The host has thought of everything to make your stay go well. Host was very responsive and even let us check in the home early once it had been cleaned.

Perfect for our family of four visiting Colorado Springs. Kitchen and house in general are well equipped. Backyard also looks very nice but we didn't use it due to heat. Place is very clean except for master bath shower curtain.
Very convenient location as a base to visit Pike's Peak, Manitou Incline and Garden of the Gods. Downtown Old Colorado city with restaurants and shops is within walking distance but we drove due to summer heat.. There are a couple of dilapidated house in the neighborhood but felt safe and is quiet.
Would recommend staying.

This property offers so much! It's easily the best-stocked short-term rental we've ever stayed in. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook breakfast each morning, and we used the outdoor grill for lunch and dinner. We enjoyed the hot tub and the arcade games. We also used the stackable washer and dryer to wash my USAFA cadet's laundry. It is single-level which was necessary for my elderly mother. Perfectly located for walking to Old Colorado City. I can't recommend this place enough and will look forward to staying again in the future!

My husband, myself and our two daughters stayed for five nights while on a getaway to Colorado Springs. The location of this property is superb. Close to everything and a very quiet neighborhood. The home was very clean and had everything we needed. My youngest daughter enjoyed sitting in the hot tub in the evening. Communication with our host was excellent. My daughter left one of her AirPods and they found it and mailed it back to her. They definitely went above and beyond! The extra touches like sending restaurant and site seeing recommendations shows how much they care about their guests and their stay. You won’t be disappointed staying here.

Property was clean, well maintained. Kitchen was well stocked. Great outdoor entertaining space. The 2 beds were comfortable. Fun having video games for entertainment. It’s important to know there are only 2 beds not 3. Host was responsive.

Anytime you stay in a strangers house it can feel weird at first, but after about three hours of making ourselves “at home” we felt so comfortable. By the end of the trip I was feeling sad that we were leaving because it felt like I was leaving my “home”. All of the amenities were great. From the hot tub to the cute bikes. We used the outdoor kitchen and bar multiple times as well. Lastly, the neighborhood is so cute and feels close. Grocery and restaurants are not far either. 12/10 WOULD RECOMMEND!!!

This property was our home base for a few days over spring break. The central location was great for everything we wanted to do including Cheyenne Mountain Zoo and Garden of the Gods. It's close to many good restaurants and the property owner provided restaurant recommendations which was really helpful. It's in walking distance of several restaurants and Old Colorado City shops.

We had a fabulous time with our children at this adorable home. The hot tub was the best and the outdoor fireplace. The kitchen had everything we needed and the owner went above and beyond with thoughtful touches here and there. Would recommend for sure!

Our stay was nice. The house was clean and comfy. If you’re looking to explore Colorado Springs, this was prime location. Everything was within a 15 min drive from the property. We will be booking here again during our next visit.

The house worked out perfect for our family. Enjoyed the hot tub, fireplace and vintage arcade games. Beds were very comfortable. Kitchen was one of the best stocked we have ever come across with equipment and extras. We took in all the local sites and was great location for us.

My wife and I brought my mother and young son for our family vacation. This place was perfect! The house was clean and cozy. Had great leisure amenities when needing to wind down. And enough space for our group of four.
The location in the Old Colorado City neighborhood was also perfect. Close to all of the sites we wanted to visit. Including Pikes Peak, Cheyenne Mountain Zoo, Manitou Springs and all the shops and restaurants in Old Colorado City.
I would recommend this house and anything else this property manager operates for anyone’s next stay in the region. We had a GREAT vacation.

We absolutely love the home! Great location to be in, there are a lot of things within 10-15 minutes. Garden of the gods is right up the road. The house was so clean and well kept. The hot tub and outdoor area were beautifully kept. We enjoyed our stay so much we will definitely book again!

Great space with tons of little amenities. The property host was very friendly and easy to get a hold of when needed. Very close to “Colorado Mountain Brewery” that has an amazing flight of beers with great dining options as well! The host has a book where guest have left hand written notes on great places to visit, eat, etc.
The private hot tub is nice sized and makes for a great romantic atmosphere.
Will be putting this at the top of my list for places to stay when visiting Colorado Springs.

Property was immaculate and had everything needed for a comfortable stay. Even though it got to -9, the house stayed cozy warm. Because the bedrooms were on opposite ends of the house and there were 2 full baths, we had plenty of privacy. It was convenient to anywhere you’d want to go; we found a neighborhood brew house that had lots of craft beers, live music and a food truck on Tuesdays, We weren’t there long enough to even take advantage of all the property’s amenities but if we come to Colorado Springs again, we’re definitely staying here!

Thsi property is well located and very clean. We were in The Springs to celebrate Thanksgiving with our kids who live there. The kitchen was well stocked and perfect for cooking our turkey. This property is in a great location. Easy to get everywhere from there. The bed was comfortable too. We will stay again when we visit.
