The apartment was somewhat clean and spacious.

We didn't have any internet and TV our entire stay. We contacted the agency and they had someone come the next day but the internet was not fixed. The rep that came just left and didn't apologize or communicate that they will need someone from Bell to fix the problem. I reached out again but no response. Also, my first communication with the agency was very difficult. The email address they provided was not working, so sending documents they needed to verify my identity was a pain. The sheets in the second bedroom smelled of perfum and didn't seem clean. The master shower didn't seem clean either so I didn't use it.

My colleague and I traveled on a business trip to Toronto, due to various entertainment events in Toronto at the time, the cost of hotels was sky-high. This apartment was a great alternative. It was easy to get to the business district using a 15-20 min subway train ride.

The booking process was the worst I ever experienced. BEWARE!!! The apartment is managed by an agent - Globalstay. This is not explained when the apartment is booked. The agent asked for various pieces of personal information that could be used for identity theft, when I refused to provide the information due to security concerns, the agent required a person to deliver the keys to me upon arrival and confirm my identity at a ridiculous cost. The person was also 40 min late so I had to wait outside the building in the weather. The agent was very poor in responding to queries. I had to call them numerous times and the telephone agents could not speak English properly which made communication very difficult. I was also asked for a damage deposit, my deposit was only refunded a month later instead of 7 business days. I had to follow up numerous times to get my deposit back. WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. WILL AVOID AT ALL COSTS IN THE FUTURE.

Clean modern apartment. Comfortable beds. Clean bathroom and towels.

It was smaller than I expected. We could hear noises from the nearby apartment.

It was a very comfortable stay. Check in was a breeze and the place was very clean.

We were a little disappointed that the pool was closed for maintenance during our stay and we were not informed about it.

Great neighborhood for restaurants, waking, transit. Unit was very pretty, clean and well stocked, except they need a cutting board. Washer/dryer worked well. Nice building with 24h security

Wall Outlet for modem and lamp was not working. But once moved it all worked fine. Wish there had been luggage storage.
