Questo è un MOLTO spazioso (950 + piedi quadrati), appena ristrutturato e decorato, 1 condominio con vista oceano 1BR / 1BA con un lanai privato per sedersi e godersi la vostra bevanda tropicale preferita. Questo è uno dei migliori condomini situati nel complesso Kahala e si trova sulla cintura verde ambita lasciando solo pochi minuti a piedi tra te e la spiaggia! Poipu Beach è la zona più desiderabile di Kauai ed è stata recentemente classificata come la spiaggia numero 1 in tutta l'America. Il mio condominio recentemente ha subito un ampio rinnovamento. La cucina è stata rinnovata con nuovi armadi in ciliegio, ripiani di fascia alta tutti i nuovi infissi. Il nostro bagno dispone di una vanità in legno di ciliegio con contatori di fascia alta abbinati, e una doccia piastrellata spaziosa. Non troverete un condominio più bello in tutto Poipu - è davvero un posto fantastico dove stare!
Il condominio è anche decorato professionalmente da un esperto dell'isola! Abbiamo recentemente acquistato tutti i nuovi mobili, biancheria, divano letto queen size, tutte le nuove forniture da cucina, giocattoli da spiaggia, opere d'arte e decorazioni.
Con i nuovi mobili e rimodellare, questa unità è essenzialmente nuova di zecca.
La pianta del piano è tutto contenuta al secondo piano senza scale interne. (Ci sono delle scale che portano nell'unità - niente ascensori).
Internet wireless ad alta velocità è disponibile per rimanere connesso, nel caso tu lo desiderassi. Condizionatori d'aria opzionali (ulteriori $ 120 / settimana situati in camera familiare e camera da letto) forniranno un gelido freddo in camera da letto dopo una giornata intera sotto il sole. Letto aggiuntivo sul nuovissimo divano letto estraibile.

What an island. It was our first time on Kauai. The condo was in an ideal location to be able to explore in every direction. Poipu sunsets were magical. The Beach House restaurant was amazing and super close. The condo had everything we needed. The ac came in SUPER handy.

The property sits overlooking the grounds, tennis courts, and more than a peek of the ocean. We loved sitting on the patio. It was particularly beautiful for star gazing. The condo has just about everything, one snorkeling set so we rented a few more. Comfortable bed. Internet was pretty good. Coolers, towels, chairs, umbrella, beach wagon, beach toys, etc. With the AC units (you have to buy separate), the temp was perfect for our July stay. A nice stay!

Completely enjoyed our stay here. Location was excellent, especially being able to walk to Poi Pu Beach. Place was clean and quiet at night. Our family would definitely consider coming back and staying here again.

This is probably our last family vacation - just the four of us. It was fantastic! Thank you for all the extras - boogie boards, beach chairs, cooler, plenty of cooking utensils and pans. The property and location make this rental a great value. We are taking lots of wonderful memories home with us.

Our family enjoyed our stay and didn’t want to leave. The home is located in a great spot with a walking path to Poipu Beach and a deck that overlooks the water and tennis courts. Our family appreciated the close proximity to the pool and there were a variety of good food options nearby. The place had a well equipped kitchen, nice beach resources and was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the host’s attention to detail and prompt communication. We definitely can’t wait to go back and make some more fun memories. Definitely felt like paradise!

We greatly enjoyed our stay in paradise! The condo is as pictured, has a comfortable bed and plenty of space for our family of 4 with 2 young teenagers that slept on the pullout couch. I loved my morning coffee on the lanai and the beach chairs and cooler were great for day trips. Everything was close by and convenient. I would stay again.

Fantastic experience. Condo is as advertised in the pictures and located in the heart of Poipu. Easy walking distance to two beaches including Poipu Beach where you can watch Hawaiian Green turtles come ashore around 6:00 pm each evening. Condo is clean and well stocked with all the essentials and more! This includes beach chairs, beach umbrella, coolers for drinks as well as more for those with young kids. Everything you need for heading to Kauai’s plethora of beaches! We did not opt for the portable air conditioning units as the ceiling fans and window venting along with the trade winds kept it cool enough for us. We would definitely like to stay here again as Kauai has risen to our favorite Hawaiian island!

This condo is in prime location. It’s within walking distance to beaches, bars, the pool and tennis courts right outside. We arrived after sunset and the check in process was very easy. The property was clean and had everything we needed including beach toys and furniture. We added on the AC units and they were life saving! Thank you for having us and we’d love to come back.

This was a our first VRBO and our stay was great. The condo has a nice location on the island and on the property; just a short walk to the beach. We have a 4 and 6 year old that everything worked out well for. Condo was well equipped, furniture was comfy, place was clean. Property management was responsive. Information provided from owners was excellent. AC units were definitely needed for us during our stay. The room for improvement for us (because I am a light sleeper and for better sleep) was that the bedroom could use black out curtains for the windows and the AC units get loud even on sleep mode. Overall, happy with our stay.

This was our first time in Kauai and are so glad we chose to stay in Poipu at this property. This place has everything we needed to make our stay perfect- amazing balcony view, close to the beaches, easy access to the major routes, clean unit, pool right outside, and close to amazing restaurants/food trucks and local shops. Poipu was definitely the part of the island where the sun shines more consistently. The property had three boogie boards, sand toys, two coolers, two umbrellas and four beach chairs which came into use every single day as we always wound up at the beach after a hike. Brennecke's Beach is a five or so minute walk and is one of the best for boogie boarding. Poipu Beach park is definitely for younger families with calmer water where you can snorkel and see turtles everyday.
The kitchen was stocked with a good variety of cookware and tupperware. The property manager, Surrey, was so responsive and helpful throughout our stay. She even looked for my son's stuffy he left behind. We did have a minor maintenance issue that was rectified quickly and did not interrupt our vacation schedule. As mentioned by other travelers, we did not need the a/c at all. Kauai is known for its tradewinds and quickly cools the unit when the windows/doors are open.
I will miss having coffee on the lanai and hearing the birds and roosters at sunrise. We can't wait to return to the most beautiful Hawaiian island!

We stayed for a week and the unit was clean and well stocked. The furnishings were more than adequate and generally in good condition. The availability of beach equipment (chairs, cooler, etc.) was a plus.

We had a fabulous two week stay in this condo. It was clean, well maintained and had keyless entry. The bedroom furniture was new and the bed was very comfortable, with a large assortment of pillows. Lovely cooling breezes flow through the unit. We cooked the majority of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked. The lanai is perfect for meals, lounging and sunsets.
The Kahala is central to many adventures whether driving or walking. The property manager was very responsive when contacted, responding within minutes and assisted in resolving the issue. We have already booked again for next year.

Beautiful stay here in gorgeous Kauai! Here for a conference down the green belt at the Grand Hyatt and this location was perfect and only a short 10 minute walk away. Condo was very clean and accommodating. Has all the needed amenities to compliment your stay. We did not opt to have the air conditioning units set up and only a few mid to late afternoons with the sun bearing down on the porch windows did we think twice about it. Otherwise it was perfect! Lots to see and do around Kauai. We really appreciated the binder of information about preferred activities and restaurants. Thank you for such welcoming accommodations and for making our trip such a great experience!

Condo is roughly 150 yards from Brennecke Beach in a compound with two pools, 5-6 tennis courts, and one of the islands most popular bars 40 yards away. The property manager responded to our requests within 24 hours and check in and check out went smoothly.

We had a great week at this condo. The view from the lanai is spectacular. My wife and I sat out there every morning to enjoy our breakfast, and we ate dinner there as a family every night. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable. We slept very well all week. The AC units do a great job of keeping the place cool when we used them, but honestly of all the places we've stayed during our multiple trips to various Hawaiian islands, this one may have had the best airflow. The trade winds come right through the front door and out the lanai, so being hot was never really a problem the entire time we were there. The condo is well equipped. We cooked all but a few of our meals there. We also used the beach chairs and boogie boards a couple of times. Whether you want a home base to use while you explore the island, or you just want to relax and enjoy Poipu, this place is an excellent option. Our kids especially loved Brennecke's Beach (5 minute walk) and the pool/jacuzzi (1 minute walk) Communication with the host was fast and clear.
We would definitely stay again.

We stayed at this condo for a few days near the end of our trip to Kauai. The property manager was very helpful. Great location - easy walk to Poipu Beach for snorkeling and seeing sea turtles on the shore. Really nice to have beach chairs, umbrellas, coolers and a wagon to use with the kids. Washer/dryer is always great for a beach vacation for kids. Would stay here again!

The Kahala property is a lovely location in Poipu. We had a great stay at here. The unit is well appointed and has everything you need to enjoy the beach. Short walk to the beach and a couple of restaurants. Nice view. Everything was easy and as expected. Thank you!

View of the beach and ocean is wonderful. Sunsets as well. Very convenient as it is just a few minutes walk to one of the best beaches on Kauai. The owners provided everything for daily life inside (cooking, laundry, etc) and anything you would need for a day at the beach.
We also enjoyed the pool.
Highly recommend staying here.

This property has everything you could imagine and more. We had a great and comfortable stay! Gorgeous location closed to everything on the south side of Kauai. Beach wagon and play pen was a great bonus with our 8 month old. Couldn’t have asked for a more perfect stay!
