First time staying in the Hiawassee/Hayesville area and we will be back for sure. We really enjoyed everything about our stay here, Doug and Debbie are fantastic hosts. The house has beautiful views and was so comfortable, I felt at home as soon we walked in. We cooked many meals and always had everything we needed. We look forward to going back as soon as possible.

Very well designed for a couple and their fur baby. Deborah was a delightful hostess. We enjoyed talking with her about how great our God is. We plan to return - God willing. Jesus is The Way, The Truth and The Life.

The rental was very well equipped and comfortable. It has a beautiful mountain view from the deck and windows. The location is close to Hiawassee and the Chatuge Dam. Owner is very friendly and helpful. After going through Hurricane Ian it was a great place to relax and count our blessings.

Very nice neighbor. Was quite and private with just the neighbor and ourselves. It was nicely stocked with all cooking essentials even a new jar of peanut butter Missed not having a fireplace and the stairs into the house were a little difficult for us ( 2 78 year old retired folks)

Absolutely the best spot to relax and enjoy the gorgeous view! The home was immaculate and extremely well stocked. Debbie and Doug were so welcoming. Debbie shared her expertise of the area helping us find things to do and places to eat. Can't wait to go back

Beautiful one bedroom home with excellent amenities. Host is on site, but not obtrusive. Decor is peaceful and soothing, wonderful spot to relax and get away from the city.

We enjoyed our stay at the vacation rental with Debbie and Doug. The house was small but with the great view, cozy and had all the essential stuff for our stay. Our three year old also liked it. We will definitely try to return here again.

Great place and great location for everything that we wanted! Owners are right on site, so it’s super easy if you need anything! However, Debbie had everything so well stocked- it really is above and beyond the average rental, and we’ve stayed in numerous rentals over the years. . We will definitely be back!!

We visit this area often because my parents live in Hiawassee. I initially made a mistake and thought I had booked a 2 bedroom place (there are 2 photos of the same bedroom with different decor). However, this home turned out to be just right for us (me, my husband, my son, and our fur baby). The living area, kitchen, and deck are very large and perfect for gathering. We even had my parents and my sister's family over to cook out and everyone was comfortable and relaxed. The property was near the road but never noisy and the view was stunning! We went apple picking and played disc golf. There's a little winery tasting room just down the road. The owners were next-door and super friendly. I felt like we had everything we needed, but they were there just in case we didn't. Thank you! We hope to return again soon.

Check in was very easy. Owner right next door and very attentive to any needs but also let you enjoy the home! Beautiful location. Amazing views. Very clean. Close to town and 35 -40 min to waterfalls and scenic drives. Will definitely be back!

Conveniently located to explore NC, TN, and GA mountains. Very spacious and comfortable. Property manager/owners are very responsive and helpful.
