Great view, good breakfast

The location is truly exceptional and the island is so friendly.

Location is perfect. The stuff are so nice and helpful. Everyday they clean our apartment. Perfect studio for us.

Hotel Avlakia is truly heaven on earth. The garden with the chapel and the terrace are so beautiful and so well taken care off, you can see the love and attention they put in every little detail. The flowers and plants are amazing, and that right at the beach! The sunbeds are extremely comfortable, the seating on the terrace is very comfortable, there is a couch, nice lounge chairs and judging by the outside space this would be a five-star hotel. The private beach and the view are gorgeous, the breakfast is delicious and very complete with each morning something new and freshly baked coming from the kitchen like a cake or spinach pie. Fresh fruit and fresh bread, delicious yoghurt and feta. The owners are extremely friendly, and always available if you need something. He even gave us a ride to Kokari! The hotel is small, intimate and quiet but not too quiet. The rooms are cleaned every day, and the rooms as well as the rest of the hotel is very well taken care off, you can see it's their home and they put a lot of love in it. It has a lot of small details, you feel right at home here. No unpersonal cold furniture, everything displays love and attention to detail without getting too much or stuffy. Just perfect. There are two taverna's next door, Alexandra (Dolphin taverna) who is always open and creates delicious Greek food all day till late at night, and Kosmos Taverna who takes Greek food to a whole new level and has the freshest fish. Starting off your day on the terrace of the hotel having a Greek coffee and a fresh orange juice and watching the sunrise is the ultimate start of your day. We spent the second part of our holiday on a different area of the island, but regretted not staying at Avlakia longer. If we could have changed our second booking we would have definitely went back to Hotel Avlakia. Could not recommend this place more!

We were not disappointed, if anything, it only exceeded our expectations. It is as beautiful and even more than what you see on the pictures. As a young couple we would have preferred a slightly bigger shower and bigger bed, let's say, a bit more luxurious, but this is a two-star hotel, so we were not disappointed at all. If only the shower was slightly larger and the beds, this would have definitely been a five-star experience. Since we were the first tourists arriving on Samos after the covid-outbreak, the hotel was not fully open and it would have been nice to be able to have a drink late at night on the terrace, but you have a fridge in the apartment room so you can stock your own drinks there and you have access to the terrace at night and have a balcony with each room. Could not recommend Avlakia better!

A beautiful hidden gem in a secluded corner of Samos, with the warmest hospitality, lovely staff, stunning location staring over the sea into the sunrise and a joyful collection of cats! Great breakfast with freshly based cakes, and amazing lunches. And a very jolly taverna next door - really couldn't recommend highly enough.

Beautiful hotel direct at the sea with beutiful view and beach dierect in front. Great breakfast and taverna nearby. Perfect spot for holiday. Very important for me is the service. Service is even better then in 5 stars hotel, we understood each other without words. Perfect! Thank you!

For the rest everything is perfect. It is a really nice small and quiet hotel on a beautiful location and a very relaxed vibe.

The only thing we can think of is the small size of the shower

Quite a discovery. The Little beach with umbrella and sunbeds to oneself till midday, when families would come down and stay two max three hours, then quiet again. The very clean room with crispy sheets and clean towels. We kept the side room although we were offered the Sea Front one, but ours was good enough and was quiet. We did not take breakfast, but It did look varier and fresh.The two eccellent tavernas and one fab, truly good quality, charming restaurant were the added bonus
