Perfect base for the last days of our vacation! We would absolutely stay again and would recommend this place to anyone.
It was an exceptionally clean, large space with everything we needed and more in a quiet neighborhood that is close to numerous restaurants, grocery store and several beaches! With 3 bedrooms, it's great for a family or couples traveling together. We also enjoyed the pool and watching the fish in the canal. Host communicated well and was very attentive to make sure we had a great stay.

Great trip and a beautiful home. We loved the pool and the closeness to the beach and some great restaurants. Really fun, my daughter felt like she was in Barbie’s Dream House :)

We enjoyed our stay, check in and our were very convenient. The home had everything we needed and was clean. Comfortable beds. It would be nice to have a full size refrigerator. Overall we were pleased with the price/location/amenities.

Where do we begin? This was by far the best vacation we have had! Vanessa's place is just perfect for a get away from our cold winters in New England.
Right from the start, we felt very comfortable communicating with Vanessa through VRBO. She answered all of our crazy questions, very promptly, as this was the first time we had rented from an online site.
Her place is just the most perfect little "oasis" with a beautiful private pool, overlooking a canal. As renters, she gives you complete private use of her pool, boat, small beach area, among a wonderful patio area. We spent most of our days, and dinners outside in the patio area, and felt like we were home.
Tenants rent the ground floor of her house, which sleeps 6.
The rental was clean, cozy, and the beds were super comfortable. Vanessa and her family occupy the second and third floors of the house, but honestly, you don't know they are there. We had family come down and everyone had a wonderful time. We brought our 4 lb. Maltese with us and Vanessa made sure he felt comfortable too.
Vanessa let us know right away what her family's schedule was ( with her dogs ) and she accommodated everyone.
She is just a very thoughtful landlord and was very attentive to anything we needed.
We are all returning next year to her amazing rental. I would highly recommend her place for a quiet, peaceful get away! (Just not when we rent it for a time in 2024!) ;)

Vanessa is a wonderful host. Everything is clean. Very tiny “kitchen” area, but perfect for a few days. Everything we needed was there. The outdoor patio and pool are fantastic. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed there for labor day weekend and loved the place! Although Vanessa was not there, she kept checking in making sure everything was ok. Very clean and well located place.

Ideal location
My wife and I totally enjoyed the serene location. The pool and canal made for a perfect setting for morning coffee. Rental was spacious and clean. Accommodating owners.

Perfect experience
The owner has thought of anything you might need. Well equipped with towels, extra pillows and random items you might have forgotten. The house is perfect but the pool and gorgeous backyard are the cherry on top! The owner is friendly and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Hidden gem!!
Beautiful spot and very comfortable! Had everything we needed and the pool was amazing . Our teenager enjoyed fishing in the canal - the property was like being at your own resort. Close to beaches and amazing restaurants.

Perfect piece of paradise
The host was there to greet us and gave us recommendations for a tour of the canal and restaurants to visit. The place was immaculate and even better than the pictures.

Caring owner
It’s very obvious Vanessa cares about her place, which in turn makes it a very nice place to stay. My husband and I stayed for a week with our bearded collie and were extremely comfortable! We had another couple stay for a few nights with us. They also said they would stay there again! The backyard is picket fenced and tree foliage lines the side perimeters. We felt secluded in our own little slice of pretty heaven even though she and her family lived upstairs. The double hot plate made it easy to enjoy breakfast in. We used the grill outside which ran out of propane. Vanessa took care of that immediately! A very nice place to spend time in!

Relaxing
We had a wonderful time in Bonita Springs and spent a good deal of time hanging out at the house enjoying the pool and the peace and quiet. The location is perfect for visiting multiple beaches and other attractions like the Everglades. Vanessa was super nice and very responsive to requests. Kitchen was well stocked and we had plenty of room to relax. We would definitely come back and recommend to anyone.

Relaxing family trip
Place was as pictured and described. Owner was very kind and kept in touch to ensure everything was in order. Make sure you ask to heat the pool if staying in the cooler months...so enjoyable to be able to swim and not freeze!

Even with the rain...
My family and I had a wonderful stay. Vanessa and her family made it very easy for us. the house is in a very nice and quiet location.
Unfortunately for us, the weather was not the best but got to enjoy the pool when we had the chance to do so and had plenty of relaxing/cuddling time with my kid.
The guest house was great,clean with lots of amenities, and the basics to cook light dinner/ breakfast.
Will recommend it to anybody!

A true gem in Bonita Springs!
We had an amazing stay at Vanessa‘s property! The property was immaculate. The beds were extremely comfortable! The kitchen had everything we needed for an amazing barbecue with the family while we enjoyed the pool! The Hammock in the beach area by the pool was so relaxing! And our trip on the river in the paddleboat created memories that we will cherish forever! I recommend this property To anyone visiting Bonita Springs or the Naples area! You will be happy you stayed here!

Awesome!!
Vanessa was a great hostess! Spacious home and backyard area. Paddle boat was a huge extra and the oversized pool as well. Tons of amenities and extras in the kitchen. We were 4 adults and had plenty of space. The outdoor shower is a huge plus and access to 2 mini fridges was great. Vanessa was quick to respond. We saw tons of iguanas and wild rabbits in our paddle boat adventures and if you wake up early enough you can see them directly in the yard.
The grill was clean and so was the pool. We didn’t find any need to leave the home and just took advantage of the pool mostly and the views.

Very relaxing
Our family enjoyed our stay. The backyard area is wonderful and relaxing, especially loved sitting on the little beach area with our feet in the sand. My children liked taking the paddle boat out onto the river. As for the interior, the bedrooms were very spacious - we have 4 teenagers and did not feel cramped at all. There is no dining table inside but the one on the patio seats 8 and was perfect because we had awesome weather. We would definitely recommend staying here if you are in the area.

Relaxing stay at Great Location
This property delivers on everything advertised. I travelled to Bonita Springs forContinuing Education conference. My husband either stayed at property or explored the sights while I was out. We made ourselves right at home at this property. I enjoyed catching a few rays in a beach chair and if we had more time, we would have used the paddle boat. The Kuerig and microwave got plenty of use, as did their big screen tv! Vanessa made sure we knew that she was available for anything we might need....took her up on it to get the cable and tv synced! This property is large enough for a large family and is very spacious. I would recommend this property and may return in the future.

Perfect for a long weekend
We stayed here while visiting my father for a long weekend in January. Was perfect for 4 adults and location was good for us (2 miles from my dad, close to stores, gym, etc...). Definitely need a car.

Awesome Vacation
We had a wonderful vacation. Vanessa was a great host. The place was clean and well supplied with toiletries. We brought our 18’ boat and were able to tie it up at the dock. We enjoyed our explorations of the Imperial River and into the Gulf.

Getaway
Vanessa was wonderful. Place was clean and great. Place was supplied with everything we needed. Plenty of room for our family of five. Vanessa was quick to answer any questions. Great location. Very quiet area. Kids had a great time taking out the paddle boat. Pool would have been great but the weather did not cooperate-was a very unusual cold spell during most of our stay. I’m sure she would have heated it up had we asked. Loved watching the fish jump in and out of the water. Felt like we had the whole place to us even though she lives upstairs. Thank you Vanessa.

Amazing stay
Beautiful home, beautiful pool, and amazing home owners. Highly recommend this property. This was our first ever family vacation and we will be back. We used the paddle boat to explore the river and even saw dolphins. Anytime we needed anything the home owners gave us immediate attention. Thanks so much Vanessa and family.

Perfect place for my family
Vanessa was so helpful in letting me book her place the day before arriving.. we were meeting family for last minute weekend and this was perfect.. close to beach and the use of her backyard was great! Very quiet and relaxing.. pool was so nice! Also thank you for early check in!

Nice Relaxing Home
We had a great time. My kids even a better time with the pool being so accessible. The back view isnt to pleasent right now as they are doing construction and workers are there. Also we saw mouse by the garbage can at night. That wasnt pleasent. Other than that rooms are very comfortable and spacious.

My family of five had plenty of room staying here. The pool was wonderful and property owner was incredibly quick to respond to any questions we had. Overall a great experience!
