Beim Frühstück war immer freie Platzwahl, aber - ich schätze aufgrund der Nebensaison - es war immer recht viel frei. Wir haben immer einen Platz auf dem Balkon in der Sonne bekommen. Diese Plätze sind allerdings nur Zweiertische bzw mit etwas quetschen evtl für drei Personen. Das Frühstück selbst war dann ein sehr reichhaltiges Buffet, bei dem kein Wunsch offen blieb. Die Spiegel- bzw Omelette-Eier waren unter der Wärmelampe nicht immer ganz heiß, aber das war nicht, was dem Geschmack einen Abbruch getan hätte.
Unser Appartement war scheinbar eher eines der älteren, da es einige Gebrauchs- bzw Abnutzungsspuren aufwies, wie z.B. ein abgeplatzter Rand um den Spiegel herum. Das Zimmer war aber super sauber und daher war dies kein Problem. Außerdem renoviert das Hotel gerade einige der Appartmentblöcke, sodass ich denke, dass Stück für Stück alle Zimmer auf den modernsten Stand gebracht werden.
Kaffee gibt es aus einem Vollautomaten, aus dem allerdings nur normale Milch kommt. Man kann als alternative Milch nur Sojamilch bekommen und die ist dann gekühlt, sprich es gibt Eiskaffee zum Frühstück, wenn man wie ich auf alternative Milch angewiesen ist. Hier hätte ich mich mehr Auswahl und die Möglichkeit auf warme Milchersatzprodukte wie Hafermilch gewünscht. Ansonsten habe ich aber mit Margarine etc gute laktosefreie Produkte am Buffet gefunden.

The breakfast was a huge buffet with plenty of vegetarian options too. The restaurant had many options and the bar was well stocked as well. The pool was beautiful and the view from our apartment was spectacular.
they did not allow our taxi to drop us to the room, so we had to lug all our luggage ourselves.

Best Beach. Very accessible. Fabulous breakfast. Resort well staffed. Pool area very clean and maintained. Large apartment with private balcony.

Amazing beach nearby, great pool area with showers, all very clean. Peaceful and great for families. Friendly staff. We can definitely imagine coming back in the future - which we rarely say!
Our room smelt of cooking smells but reception swiftly sent someone to clean the kitchen again.
Only other downside was we heard a strange mechanical noise only at night making us not sleep well.

The pool area and the views over the beach were stunning.
Breakfast was poor, not much vegetarian/vegan options. Coffee from the machine was awful so so sweet! Our beds were like lying on rocks, the showers were not working properly, boiling hot then freezing cold for 2 days, we had to change hotels as it seemed to be a problem in a good few of the apartments.

Beach and view from restaurant
Marcos in reception took 20 to 25 mins to check us in at 2 am wit no one else there, didn't have a clue. Lots of ants in apparentments, issue wit plumbing everytime any one used toilet in block 1222 it made loud noises through the bath that wud wake u, the fumes then from bath were awful, not good to be inhaling. Walls very poor, u cud hear everything through the walls in apartments above below and alongside u.

Good location of hotel and the local beach, near the hotel. New rooms, looks great and clean every moment. We got the room with sea view 😜 its amazing and roamantic for evevening with glass of vine 🍷. Nice and friendly staff. Amazing breakfast and natural juice. My recomendation to order dinner in the Hotel .

Food - excellent quality, great flavors, good choice.
Pool - very clean, nice size, not heated.
Beach - amazing views, hundreds of meters of soft sandy beach, and blue waters. Good facilities at the beach with a toilet. Paid chairs/parasol service.

Reception was always very busy because often there was only one member of staff and therefore we had to wait for very long time for our turn.
Also, at the check out they didn't ask how was our stay or anything else and looked very disinterested in us, as we were leaving... Not even good bye ... :-(

We enjoy starting each day with an exceptional breakfast buffet that offers seats inside a lovely, airy and windowed, dining area, as well as a covered outside deck and an uncovered outside deck with a phenomenal view of the hotel grounds and the sea. I experienced an accident to my knee on stairs and received immediate very helpful assistance from the staff. They checked in on me frequently, arranged for a taxi to the hospital and found us a room for an extra night since I could not be moved for a day. All the dining, reception and housekeeping staff were excellent, friendly and caring.
For those who like more action or good eating options close to the hotel, this one is somewhat remote from other eating areas. We were comfortable with it, however, since we weren't there to party :-), but would have liked a few dinner options near by.

Close to the beach, just a walk away. The staff was friendly and the hotel clean.
The receptionist did not know to give us some suggestions for visiting around. He suggested we take a bus to Albufeira, that was not due for another 4 hours.
They should have brochures with the Hop On/Hop Off busses at the reception and give to tourists,especially if you’ve never been in the area. We found these busses by accident and found them very useful.
Also some suggestions on the local restaurants or shops. Some people want to stay in the village and explore there.

Buffet breakfast , dinner was excellent , lots of variety
Room was very clean , comfortable. Pool lovely , steps too beach , beautiful gardens . Staff very helpful nothing was too much trouble .

Breakfast was good but we had to pay for our coffee unless we were ready to cue for long minutes. The beach and its distance to the hotel are clearly the greatest appeal of this hotel. The pool is too crowded and we would have prefered not to hear (loud) music all the time. The pool bar served meals which were of mediocre quality, which was astonishing since the quality of the food was great at diner.
The cleaning ladies came twice in the afternoon when we were having our nap...

Everything was amazing! The breakfast was delicious and with multiple alternatives.
I wanted to stay more in the room but we needed to do the check out at 11 a.m. Will be nice to have the opportunity to stay a little bit longer.

rooms furniture could be a bit more updated. I would suggest to include more vegetables in the breakfast menu.
