Great place to stay in raipur specious and clean rooms . Near railway station staff was good nice food

hotel is good,room is clean too,restaurant and its food and room service was good......but the day receptionist who was there was not good and proffesional.....reception number wasnt not working ,nobody was picking call except room service.

It was just okay, linen were dirty, TV could not be made operational in my two days stay.😡

Room service not proper

1) Although I has specifically asked for hotel options with Breakfast - I was told that the same was NOT included in my plan. 2) The booking voucher mentioned the FINAL payment amount (including tax) BUT I was charges extra Tax by the Hotel.
