The location and the apartment were great! Very family friendly.

We didn't have internet until late in the afternoon the next day of arrival. The TV was also bad, we weren't able to watch shows, kept getting messages of no space etc. The host was not very helpful.

This was a good sized, comfortable apartment. It was clean with washing machine and tumble dryer which were a godsend. The kids loved the Jack & Jill bathroom. The resort facilities were great too. A fab pool and bar area with a games area for the kids; just wish we had time to make more use of it. There is a Walgreens very close by and Publix within walking distance too. It was lovely to walk round the lake too.

We couldn’t wash more than one towel at a time without the spin on the washing machine going mad. We couldn’t find the safe in the main bedroom. We would have liked an internal lock on the apartment door (we did feel perfectly safe but it would have been nice for that extra peace of mind).

Beautiful place with good amenities. Perfect for my family.
