The decor in my suite was beautiful

While the location is good, this is a company managed private rental. Horrible beds, master box spring was broken, it took 2 days to get it replaced because the company has to get permission from owner, then order etc etc.. The perils of managed STRs. Top floor view is nice but amenities suck.. Overcrowded pool, pay for gamea etc.. Publix/shops/universal parks are very car accessible but this is not a premium well cared for Property, mgmt does bare minimum

The location is perfect from icon park. The property have many great amenities, such as a pool, hot tub, and bar.

Gorgeous big apartment, much better value than the Hilton I stayed in for business shortly after. This apartment has a balcony which overlooks the lake, which was nice and peaceful with no traffic noise. As it's an end unit there is also only a wall on one side of the balcony. Convenient to access resort and top-floor room using codes, so no need to access a desk to check-in, complex felt very secure. A/C was welcome, if a little rattly sometimes and cannot be tailored to e.g. individual bedrooms. Handy to local amenities including Publix, Walgreens and food options. Lake is surrounded by a nice walking/running trial, spotted plenty of ducks and squirrels. Slightly later checkout was accommodated when requested. I used Uber however parking is situated across the complex. Oreo cookies on arrival!

Furniture felt solid and premium, if slightly tired. The mattress in the master bedroom for example was a bit knackered however the bedding was clean and I slept comfortably enough. Casiola who manage the apartment don't have a presence within the resort itself however were responsive by phone when I did need to contact someone. Dust on top of fridge/freezer and ice machine didn't work. Cupboards and drawers in the kitchen and bathroom lacked door handles. Perhaps some instructions with map to access correct building/floor/room before arriving would be useful, however I managed to figure it out ok with Google maps.
