Situato nell'esclusivo quartiere di Tremezzo, è a portata di mano di tutti i servizi, dal momento che la residenza è posizionata a soli 5 minuti a piedi da ristoranti e bar ed è facilmente raggiungibile dalle linee di autobus e traghetti che collegano tutti i principali villaggi da Bellagio a Como. 11 nuovissimi appartamenti situati in posizione soleggiata, per 2, 4, 6 e 8 ospiti e offrono un soggiorno elegante e un rifugio idilliaco immerso in ettari di parco, a pochi minuti dalla vita tipica italiana da autentici wine bar, salumeria, caffè fronte lago e ristoranti che offrono un'autentica esperienza sul lago. Il residence vanta un'enorme piscina all'aperto, jacuzzi riscaldata tutto l'anno, balconi o terrazze private, viste panoramiche sul lago, ampio parcheggio privato custodito e, soprattutto, il rifugio perfetto per rilassarsi con le batterie mentre si abbraccia un po 'di dolce vita!
Gli eleganti interni includono un ampio e lussuoso divano in pelle per rilassarsi.
Il soggiorno è composto da un ampio schermo TV, TV satellitare con canali selezionati in inglese e DVD con una selezione di film per grandi e piccini!

We had a lovely week in our appartment. The pool and the jacuzzi are very nice, the house was spacious and clean and the kitchen was complete. The town itself is nice and was not too crowded this week. The short-cut downstairs to the village was very nice. It takes only a few minutes by foot to get to a bar or the lake.
Easy to travel around by boat or bus. It is a better suggestion than going by car because of the little amount of parkingspots around the lake.
We made some very nice hikes (orrido del senagra/menaggio) and had lots of coffees at red and white, very nice staff at la locanda, and the wine bar (follie) is very good. So this is a nice place to come back to!

Apartment 1
We have just returned from a wonderful week here. The swimming pool was superb, always clean and plenty of seating. The views of the surrounding mountains and the lake are amazing. Good car parking, an easy walk down to lake, boats, restaurants etc. Fairly steep walk back but managed easily by younger generation and more slowly by retirees! Matteo is an excellent host, providing information and always available to help. We hope to return before too long.

Wonderful Place
We had a wonderful stay at Tremezzo Residence situated quietly in the green on a hill with a beautiful view of the lake. Everything there was simply perfect and we can fully recommend this location to everyone who want to spend a vacation at Lago di Como.

Uns hat der Aufenthalt in Tremezzio sehr gut gefallen. Die Appartments sind sehr ruhig gelegen, dennoch ist der See schnell zu Fuß oder per Auto zu erreichen. der Pool und Whirlpoolwaren toll und sauber. Leider roch es im Zimmer im Untergeschoss nach Feuchtigkeit, was aber unsere kids nicht störte. Wir würden wieder kommen!!!

Sehr gepflegt, tolle Aussicht
Superschöne Anlage und sehr freundlicher und engagierter Eigentümer, der sich um alles gekümmert hat. Die Wohnung war sehr geräumig, gepflegt und modern. Der Garten mit Pool toll. Was uns nicht gefallen hat, war die Schlafmöglichkeit unten. Es war sehr dunkel in dem Raum, klamm und hat nach feuchter Kellerluft gerochen. So gar nicht passend zum Rest.

A family holiday to treasure
Lovely stay here at tremezzo residence- Everything was spot on from the booking and payment process to the Holiday itself where Matteo met us, who has the perffect host during our stay. Nothing was too much trouble for him. The view pool and general facilities were just as photogrpahed on the site, if not better! Tremezzo is a fantastic sunny location within easy reach of all amenities from the ferry and bus plus had everything we needed in the way of conveniences. We will certainly consider returning and would 100% recommend this residence for a family break in style..

Stayed here in tremezzo for 2 weeks, a week in each apartment as our first choice was full for the first week. Both of the homes were well kitted out and spacious with sat tv and excellent wifi. The residence has a huge pool, jacuzzi and sauna which we used each day, often to ourselves! The residence is only a 10 minute walk to the restaurants, ferry, bars, mini market and our favourite wine bar on the lake Cantina Follie, Joost was a real help recommending some superb italian wines you cannot find in the uk. We enjoyed trips to the more touristy towns like Menaggio and Bellagio but enjoyed returning back to our home and garden at night for dinner and drinks with the beautiful lake and mountain view. A special thanks to Matteo for all his help during our stay and to italian apartments for making the booking process, we paid by credit card, so seamless.

From the booking, we paid by card, to being met on arrival, everything ran smoothly. The home is beautifully furnished, spacious and with a cool interior, the home offered a welcome retreat after balmy days boating or eating on the lakeside. Tremezzo is steeped in history and for us, we really enjoyed exploring the aged old streets and villas ,which makes it popular for tourists as well as italians and as such there is a good selection of bars and restaurants as well as the ferry to access the more touristy locations such as Bellagio and Menaggio. The residence features a jacuzzi and sauna as well as a pool and safe parking. We have recommended you to friends and will be back in the summer for sure.
