דירה מהממת, מתוקתקת, נקיה, יפה ונוחה. לא קיימים מארחים כמו לינו, הוא אפשר לנו לעשות צ'ק אין מוקדם, הציע את עזרתו בכל דבר, נתן לנו מלא המלצות על מסעדות והסביבה ודאג שיחכו לנו עם יין ומאפים כשהגענו. לא נתקלנו בכזאת נדיבות אצל שום מארח שהיינו אצלו. הדירה נמצאת בקומה שניה, יש בה חניה, 2 חדרי שינה, סלון ומרפסת עם נוף מהמם לים. יש גם בריכה שווה של המתחם. מרחק הליכה ממרכז הכפר ומהים. הדירה נקיה וכיפית ומצויידת בכל מה שצריך. נהנינו בה מאוד!

We had a wonderful stay. Appartement and pool are great. We enjoyed nice waves in the neighboring beaches. Lino and family have been very nice and helpful. We recommend the appartement.

The host was fabulous and knowledgeable of the area. Great communication. The location was perfect - minutes from the beach and a short walk into the town centre. Sea view from the balcony is very pleasant. Bus links are good and easy to get an Uber.

It was the perfect place to stay to get away from the business of life. They went above and beyond to welcome us and make our stay comfortable.

Modern, well equipped, beautifully designed, exceptionally clean and comfortable. A proper home from home. Communication with Lino, the owner, was frequent and useful, one minor problem we had was sorted immediately with no fuss - nothing was too much trouble. Sunset views from the balcony were amazing! Ericeira is a 15 minute walk along the coast and is absolutely delightful. We loved it here and would definitely return.

Beautiful apartment, clean and organized, has everything you need. The location is great, close to the city and the beach. The host, Lino, was extremely kind and helpful and provided amazing recommendations of things to do in the city. If we’re back in Ericeira, will definitely stay here again without any doubt!

Extremely sweet and helpful hosts - willing to help us and talk about lots of questions that we had! Nice amount of space for two adults and our 5-year old daughter. Amazing access to sunset views, the pool AND location in terms of access to several great beaches and towns. Food delivery service (Ericeira Eats!) even worked here for late dinners when our daughter was already asleep. Super gracious and warm welcome - with a basket of goodies we've continued to use in our time here - bread, jam, wine, etc.

Learned the day before about a big cash deposit needed - which was slightly logistically challenging. Coordinating the key-exchange/welcome was a bit confusing, but it worked out fine in the end with our schedule. Toilet seat cover didn't fit well and pinched our daughter a few times until we figured out a way around it. The outdoor furniture could be cozier - would be nice to have some lounge seats or a hammock or umbrella. Also, the plastic screen outside (maybe to help with wind?) detracts from the sunset view - we'd recommend removing (most condos do not have that). Regardless of these things - we'd still stay here again and recommend this property to others!
