Nice staff. Breakfast was good. Bathroom lighting very good.
Noisy. Ask about putting weather stripping around door. There is large gap around door. Was told they do not Have maintenance to to that. No Microwave in any of rooms. Ask for room away from elevator was told rooms from booking.com are limits to certain rooms and could not get one. Some room doors locks did not work because they needed battery and did have them changed yet. This motel is not usual Hampton Inn standard.

Breakfast was good. Location was okay.
Lobby was dirty, there was a bunch of construction workers staying who tracked mud all over the lobby, halls and elevators. Room was just alright, nothing fabulous and just okay on cleanliness.

Nice location. Off the beaten path. Bed comfortable. Staff friendly. Check in and out was good.
Stain on carpet not sure what it was but it was red.
Food was so so. Not much flavor.
Staff was complaining to each other.

Breakfast was great, fully stocked and all fresh. Staff was friendly, pool was great for children especially. Room was clean and spacious, bathrooms very clean. Location was nearby many places we planned to visit and has many good food options nearby.
Only complaint is housekeeping never came. My daughter had an accident in bed and we stripped the bed and changed the sheets ourselves after telling the front desk because housekeeping had already left for the day. Not a huge issue and wouldn't keep me from staying again or recommending to others but was just a small hiccup.

The property itself was so nice and such a good value! I was very impressed at how nice and clean it was!
The walls are very thin and the people above me were yelling, singing, running, and being very loud past 1am.

there was no room service / had to make 2 runs to the front desk for toilet paper and 3 runs for towels / told could possibly be able for daily service but don't count on it / gentleman on front desk was short almost rude

The cleanliness of the room was exceptional. No complaints there. The breakfast was very good, and the staff person that was prepping in the breakfast area was very friendly. Love location.
The bed was extremely hard and uncomfortable. Desk staff young lady not friendly at all. Could have used more hand towels and wash cloths. Only had two each. Only had 3 kleenex's in box; ran out .
