This was just the perfect place for us to stay. Fantastically set up with all you could need, and the little extra touches were fabulous. Our first trip to the area, and we were there for two nights for a family wedding. It worked out perfectly, as I booked prior to knowing the venue and it turned out to be less than a block away! All the touches and amenities included in this studio suite were wonderful. Down to the chocolates and coffee and cream and also a lint roller! Super comfy set up and the bed was amazing. I didn't want to leave the space, but we had to do some exploring as well. The view overlooking a busy street was fabulous. I highly recommend. We got to meet our host's partner in passing and he was lovely as well. Thank you!

The property was located on the second floor over a popular restaurant and yet comfortably quiet. Very modern and very clean, spacious, and fully equipped condo.

Our stay was flawless. Comfortable, very clean, modern, close to theatres/downtown shopping. Bachelor style suite with both beds in living area. Lots of natural light and comfortable cooling system on extremely hot days.

My son and i needed a break from a busy summer work schedule and decided to see some shows in Stratford. Once we arrived we did not move our car. Serena left a detailed list of places to dine and the theaters were within walking distance. The suite was very clean and comfortable. Communication with Serena was very easy and she was available if we had questions. Would definitely like to return someday.

We enjoyed our stay at this property because the location is so central. A smaller vehicle is vital for parking at this location. There is no hot tub.

I loved being so close to all of the theaters! The place had everything we could possibly need and I felt I could have utilized the kitchen more if I had more time to prepare. We had been traveling a lot so this was a night quiet stay except for traffic sounds which were expected with the convenience. My only complaint about our stay was the curtains. They don’t block out light like I am used to so we really needed eye masks to sleep completely comfortable.

This is a superb apartment in the heart of downtown Stratford. It’s spacious, comfortable, well furnished, bright, and spotlessly clean. Full kitchen, good sized bathroom with an excellent shower. It’s close to coffee shops, restaurants, and theatres. Coffee, tea, cream, and Rheo Thompson mint smoothies were greatly appreciated. Serena is a terrific host. This is one of the best apartments we’ve stayed at in Stratford!

My fiancée and I stayed here for a weekend away. The place was beautifully decorated, clean, cozy, had all the amenities that we needed, and a close walk to a variety of shops and restaurants. We can’t wait to go back!

We had a wonderful stay! Suite was beautiful and clean. Loved the cream in the fridge, coffee and chocolate smoothies that were left for us. Communication was excellent. Will stay here again and recommend to anyone!

What a beautiful spot! Thoughtfully appointed with things like a hair dryer, bandaids, iron etc provided. Skylights and large windows provide lots of natural light. Serena have great directions for check in, and then checked in with us later on to make sure everything had gone smoothly and we were settling in well.
Of note to potential renters- as this vrbo is on a Main Street, traffic noises are inevitable. Keep this in mind if you prefer a place that is completely silent. There are also about 20 steps up to the space, good to know if you have mobility challenges.

This property was perfect for my husband and I. It was perfectly stocked and equipped for our stay. It is located right downtown walking distance to shopping, restaurants and theatre. The Balzac coffee shop is directly below as I enjoy a latte in the morning.

This property is excellent for enjoying Stratford! It is on the main drag so close to so many restaurants and shops. It is much more spacious than the photos show, with incredibly high ceilings and nice finishes. We will for sure be back!

Just fantastic
The owner has not spared anything on this property. It was immaculately clean, beautifully set up and lacking nothing (including new sealed toothpaste/toothbrush among other things is needed). Wipes/sanitizer/masks and other cleaning supplies where supplied also if needed. It was very cozy and close to everything downtown (and when the time comes) theaters as well. I wish I would have found this on other occasions I've travelled to Stratford but it will now become the one I go to anytime in my future visits.

Wonderful Stay
We had a wonderful stay here. The location is ideal. Parking is convenient, directly behind the building. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The unit is very nice and very clean. The owner has made an effort to supply everything you may need in the kitchen and bathroom. The towels and linens are all very nice. The owner responded quickly to my questions and was very nice. We highly recommend this property.
