Quando si fa colazione c’era una donna ( forse la proprietaria) che sembrava controllasse ogni movimento degli ospiti .

The price was good
Breakfast was OK
There was literally a swarm of mosquitos in the room. I killed about 30 of them using the paper notice that said we shouldn’t use towels to clean our shoes. I suggest they clean their rooms before threatening guests with charging them for new towels.
Bed was creaking.
A/C was incredibly noisy.
Traffic outside made it hard to sleep.

We were satisfied from this smal family hotel. Very nice view, easy access when youtravel by car, near to the city center (walking distance, pedestrian area, and you can not park there by your car), and clean room.
The room looks old fashioned, but OK, in general there was nothing that we did not expect for one of the cheaper hotels in the area.

Cheap hotel in walking distance to the center. View on the sea (port). Good air conditioning and nice personnel. Food during breakfast was continuously refilled.
Rooms are really small with some outdated furniture that gives a low cost vibe to the first impression, but it was one of the cheapest hotels in the area so overall quite good value for money.

Nothing was that special
The approach of staff was cold and non-welcoming, when we came they werent even sure if the room we were staying in had been cleaned. For a 100€/night we expected more. Its close to the road so if u sleep with a window open expect getting woken up by traffic.

The hotel is charming, not very fancy but everything you need! Staff is great, we got bikes to go to the center. Breakfast was amazing specially the chocolate cake 😀.
Grado is beautifull! And only 5 min bike ride to the center from the hotel.

Excellent breakfast, great staff in breakfast room.
Receptionist could smile a bit more and be more positive, people like seeing happy and welcoming faces on holidays.

Nice breakfast.
The room's floor was full of hair. But what is even worse, the bed also was full of hair/body hair.

The see view, the breakfast is good, the Personal is very nice
The single room is a bit small, but very clean. The bed is also a bit small.

Our room was nicer then it looked on the photos and staff was extremly kind and helpful. We stayed only for 2 nights, but we really enjoyed our holiday with bicycles. There are good cycle paths through the Grado and surroundings.
