El desayuno era muy completo y estaba muy bueno, la habitación era bastante cómoda, el personal era muy amable.

En la zona donde está cuesta un poco encontrar aparcamiento cerca del hotel.

Everything! Is perfect. The hotel is small and if you are expecting a luxury hotel this is not your place. But is perfect for a gateway in the mountains. Is pretty, clean, has a great lounge and a big restaurant. Family and kids friendly which for us was great! The staff is amazing! Everyone who we talked to during our stay went above and beyond to help and make us feel comfortable. Specially Carmen who treated you as if you were family. So caring and servicial. We visited during summer so it was very easy and quick to find free parking on the street. Can’t wait to come back!

Excellent, very helpful staff. We enjoyed it, no time for the spa this time but we will go again.

Location

The rooms were comfy, there is a snowboard storage room. The breakfast had a generous variety and was very nourishing. The dinner buffet is an excellent alternative for nights in. The spa is spacious and ell equipped.

Some spa facilities were dysfunctional for a few nights. Gym is a litter under-equipped.

Brilliant customer service from reception, restaurant, housekeeping and shuttle bus staff. Good options for buffet dinner and breakfast. Budget-friendly so you get what you paid for!

Strange smell from steam room, which was mostly unused. Sauna was good. Swimming pool / jacuzzi water could be warmer.

Very nice and professional staff. Amazing breakfasts and dinners. Very decent spa with sauna to relax after the ski.

Rooms have no heating facilities to dry clothes after ski (had to use a hair dryer). Also having a kettle in the room could be nice...

Friendly staff, super clean and cosy bar area. Shuttle and ski lockers etc. were excellent.

soundproofing - if at the front you hear the road (and sounds from surrounding rooms), if at the back you tend to pick up the noise from the bar area. That said…it’s bearable enough.

We received very warm welcome back and the service we received was excellent customer service ; all the staff made our guide dog and us very welcome ; they remembered us from our last visit and our guide dog was very happy to receive a happy happy welcome back. 😊

Clean hotel in a good location. The staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are cosy and clean.

Garage / parking is a nightmare to get out from. Nothing dries in the room. Sauna was always cold.

Hotel seems stuck in the 80s, needs a proper refresher. Shower had mold, lighting scheme of the room was odd. Jaccuzi was not warm.

Children friendly facilities. There is a spa which is not bad. Well located if you want to stroll in the mountains. If you are up to aggressive shopping go elsewhere.

The hotel parking is actually not an option. Extremely difficult to park there and not cheap. One may park in nearby areas though. The fridge did not cool anything up.

There is no AC which is a problem in the summer when the only option is to open the window… which is very noisy because the main road goes on both sides/around the hotel and people talk outside. The rooms are not sound proof.. There is no swimming pool

everything is good enough. Breakfast was so good for our family. I think we are going to come back when the weather become better again.
