Très beau complexe. Spa hyper propre, beau rooftop, beau jardin, magnifique petit déjeuner.
Belle église à quelques pas.
Sympa d’avoir un parking sur place (mais une aventure en soi étant donné qu’il faut descendre 4 étages dans un parking minuscule)
Si il faut vraiment chercher, le fait de devoir chercher un voucher à la réception pour obtenir un essuie au spa. Les dames du spa étaient un peu condescendantes.

Excellent attention to details and they've gone an extra mile for the room welcome decor (birthday).
Breakfast was delicious with so many things to choose from.
Location awesome, bus to Valleta or to the north right by the doorstep.
The indoor pool was small and a bit cold.
Confusing floors, needed a day to get used to the elevator and where the room and other facilities were.

Reinigungspersonal ist sauber, Frühstück hat eine riesen Auswahl und schmeckt gut. Kostenloses Parkhaus für kleine Autos. Drei Fahrstuhl, mit kaum Wartezeit. Wir sind ganz früh morgens geflogen und haben Lunch-Tüten bekommen. Der Bus fährt gleich am Hotel, der Mann am Service hat es gut erklärt wie wir fahren müssen.
Mein Sohn durfte nicht auf das 9te Stockwerk, die Rooftop Bar. Somit konnten wir nicht oben essen oder trinken. Das er nicht in Pool durfte war OK für uns aber er durfte nicht mal den Ausblick sich angucken oder eine Cola da oben trinken. Adult Only. Man bekommt gleich ärger wenn man oben kurz mal gucken will mit einen 11 Jährigen. Deswegen buchen wir das Hotel nicht nochmal. Nicht Familienfreundlich, da sollte man lieber was anderes buchen. Leider hatten wir das überlesen das Kinder nicht erlaubt sind. Wir hatten das Hotel extra wegen dem Blick gebucht. Mein Sohn liebt Asiatische Küche, auch das konnte er nicht essen weil es nicht erlaubt war. Sehr schade

Pool service was excellent with beautiful views.
The shower in the room flooded sometimes due to the demand of water at certain times of the day. The problem was dealt with efficiently and quickly.

Fantastic location, close to many coffee shops and restaurants, and a walk or short bus trip down to the nearest beach. Good sized rooms, great pools, esp the child free rooftop pool :) highly recommend this hotel!

Everything was amazing!
We were upgraded to a junior suit and because we were celebrating our wedding anniversary, the room was filled with balloons and confetti.
Everything was clean, the staff is very friendly and helpful. We only booked the room without the breakfast but we decided to try it one morning and it was delicious.
The hotel has a rooftop pool and a restaurant with a breathtaking view. I recommend to have dinner there in order to watch the sunset from up high.

This feels like a luxurious hotel- very spacious and beautiful interiors and garden. Our room was very large, with a balcony overlooking the pool and garden area. Food at the pool bars (including the one on the roof) was delicious, with a large range of drinks, too. Staff were really friendly and helpful.
The long walk up the hill from the beach! Get a BOLT taxi if you can.

The breakfast was delicious & food for room service was also excellent. Nice indoor swimming pool length & depth and not too busy. The rooms were very clean & nice .
Could have provided room a little bit earlier. Landed in earlier hours & came to hotel for about 1pm but had to wait. I know check in is at 3pm but it would have been nice to check in a little earlier but apart from this all good .

The beds, unfortunately the mattress very heard but soo rectified by wonderful house keeping! Although needed 2 memory foam toppers! Change your mattresses and this hotel is absolutely perfect 🙌💓

Scam!!! Be careful!!!
I made a reservation and paid for a high-category room, but when I arrived, they gave me a lower-category room. When I discovered this, they told me there was a problem with the room I had reserved, so they decided to give me a lower-category room without informing me. They thought that I won't find out!!!

Hotel pięknie usytułowany. Cudowny widok z restauracji na dachu. Bardzo dobre śniadania {jedynie może mało warzyw } Wszystko bardzo smaczne. To samo potrawy serwowane przy basenie. Czystość w obiekcie idealna. Bardzo miły, pomocny pesonel. Podziękowania dla pani z Polski pracującej w recepcji za pomoc nawet w wypożeczeniu ładowarki do telefonu. Wszystko to razem sprawilo, że pobyt był bardzo udany. Czuliśmy się bardzo komfortowo.
Gdybym miała napisać co nie było idealne to napewno łazienka a ściślej mówiąc lejąca się woda z toalety po każdym użyciu spłuczki, zapach z kanalizacji i słuchawka prysznicowa, która ewidentnie nie trzymałą się pozycji, trzeba było trzymać w ręcę. Obiektywnie muszę jednak stwierdzić, że mój syn mieszkający w innym pokoju
[część w budynku na przeciwko} nie miał takich problemów w łazience.

The room was clean and well-maintained, complete with efficient air conditioning. The staff welcoming and friendly. Breakfast options are plentiful and delicious, and the indoor pools were a nice extra.
We booked a Deluxe room and hoped for a bath, but were provided only with a shower. The promotional welcome bootle of wine shown in hotel's marketing materials was absent and we were explained that it is "only for marketing". The photos online present an enhanced image of the accomodations. The parking facility is limited to a small basement area, forcing guests to find street parking. Also, the extra bed provided was notably uncomfortable.

The hotel was very comfortable and had good facilities for the kids to enjoy. The area is great just a few steps away from a playground and safe outdoor space as well restaurants and shops.
Although I appreciate that it was necessary because of the architecture of the building, the fact we had to take two elevators to get our rooms did get annoying. The indoor pool was quite small and does not have its own bathroom facilities

Hotel rescheduled our stay without any additional charges. Good breakfast, very polite hotel staff, big room, we received two baby cots as we requested (initially they forgotten but they provided very quickly), night room service (especially for those who arrive late).
The hotel restaurants were closed thus we couldn't use the deposit we had from the hotel and we lost 50 eur. The indoor swimming pool is applicable for people with children only between a few hours. It would be an advantage if the hotel has scales so we can weigh our luggage before the flight. The discounts to the restaurants across the street were not applicable for whole menu which we were informed while paying.

I have been at this hotel before. Rooms are clean, breakfast is good and the location is excellent.
I preferred to be notified that the restaurant was closed for refurbishing before I book this weekend break. Piano bar was closed as well.

Habitaciones grandes, buenos baños, muy limpio y personal sumamente atento. Ubicación inmejorable.
Viajamos en invierno, pero la piscina exterior se veía muy buena, y la interior funcionaba bien. No utilizamos el spa, pero sí aprovechamos para cenar en la pizzería dentro del mismo hotel, lo cual resultó muy conveniente (la comida muy buena).
Es un detalle, pero la TV y el colchón eran un tanto viejos.

We booked a garden room, these face the back because the hotel is on a busy road. The pools both garden and rooftop were great. Waiter service for drinks and on the rooftop lunch and a la carte restaurant.
The cocktail bar was closed so no where comfy to sit after dinner. The mattress was very firm to our liking. Staff were lovely bar one very abrupt person but we just ignored her as far as possible.

Everything was great! Greetings to all the staff especially at the front desk, Italian restaurant and Thai restaurant, very friendly and helpful. The view is beautiful and the location super, close to transportation and near the port.

The indoor pool was being renovated during our stay, which was a shame, but we were offered a free upgrade on our room, which more than made up for it. Also the bath plug didn't hold the water in the bath well, making it difficult to take a bath.

Good value for money in the hotel. Friendly staff who solve all problems literally in a second. Quite an ok location if you don't mind walking to the beach (about 2km with a downhill walk, but be aware that you have to climb back up. The best option is a bus). Near you can find everything you need: gift and souvenir shops, restaurants, shops and markets.
The breakfast is good as well as other services, namely, the pool on the roof - one of the best options for spending your afternoon :)

Nice room with balcony. Not so big, but ok for a few days. Nice breakfast, wide selection. Many different restaurants nearby.
Quite complicated access to the room from reception and pools (tunnel under the road). Very cold water in the pool given by the fact that there is limited sunshine in the area in the pool area. The hotel is on the main street of Mellieha with a lot of traffic and traffic jams all the time.
Access to underground parking is very narrow (it is well communicated by the receptionist) and I do not recommend parking there for less experienced drivers.
