Soy cliente del Palomé desde hace muchos años y la calidad del desayuno ha bajado muchísimo desde que es NH.
Han actualizado las habitaciones y han quitado el escritorio y la silla y lo han cambiado por un mueble minúsculo en el que apenas caben la cafetera y el hervidor de agua por lo que se ha perdido mucho espacio de apoyo para dejar bolso y demás cosas.

La habitación es preciosa y la cama es la más cómoda que hemos probado.
El servicio muy bueno. Muy amables.
Mi pareja y yo estamos encantados y sin duda volveremos.

Localisation de l'hôtel à l'écart de la route et à quelques pas du centre ville et des restaurants.
La suite que nous avons occupé est de taille correcte pour un séjour de plusieurs jours.
Le repas au restaurant à notre arrivé était une catastrophe, peut être lié au restriction Covid.
Fortes odeurs de cuisine le soir dans les couloirs de l'hôtel, au 3ième étage ...

Bueno, primero debemos destacar el excelente y agradable trato en recepción. Personal muy amable, la chica argentina nos hizo sentir en casa, nos brindó información detallada, nos brindo consejos, una persona muy comprometida con el hotel para hacerte la estancia agradable.
Segundo, la habitación que nos asignaron se encontraba impecable. La decoración, el estilo, los detalles, el baño y la ducha súper. La habitación contaba con mini bar, la cama súper cómoda, almohadas y sábanas de calidad, el Aire Acondicionado funcionaba perfectamente, la insonorización es genial. En fin, por último destacar las comidas y sus restaurantes, aunque son de pago adicional, valen la pena sino quieres salir a cenar o tomar el desayuno fuera.
Nos parece que el cobro del parqueo no es para nada elegante ni bien visto para un hotel como el NH. ¡Fatal en este aspecto!

Breakfast was wonderful. The hot eggs option was really appreciated. Great start to the day. The restaurant staff were really helpful and friendly.

Staff were excellent. Promptly resolved some small issues. Very pleasant to deal with and nothing seemed to much trouble. Location was more quiet than the hustle of Vella streets.

This used to be a great hotel and I have stayed here over 30 times in the last 6 years.
Sadly the hotel has been bought by a group and everything has changed
All the lovely staff have left except for one night manager.
The restaurant menu in the evening is ridiculously priced and not worth the crazy prices.
The bar was never open the two nights I just stayed so you couldn’t get a drink or coffee.
The waiter in the evening would not let you relax and breathe when eating your food.
The parking charge is a joke - the car park was empty both nights - yet they want to charge €15 per night to park. this is not in a fancy area it’s 5 miles from the main town.
My advice is to forget staying at this hotel.

Convenient location, clean and attentive service.
Bedroom felt very narrow with just the essentials - a business look and feel. Extra charge for parking within the hotel.

Modern sophisticated decor, really big bed, very peaceful location and excellent restaurant especially for breakfast which was enhanced by Lucas who offered us scrambled eggs and bacon every day.
Paying for parking at 15€ per night was irritating.

Quiet location even though the hotel is situated by road. Spacious parking.
Room (including bathroom) was clean, public areas too.
Bed was uncomfortable: too big and hard pillows (no options), two sheets instead of duvet cover were always messy.
Camouflage netting on the windows instead of tulle is undoubtedly unusual yet rather wrong idea.
Some small things: upon check-in fridge and kettle were unplugged from hard to reach outlets behind the table; TV remote controls (both in two rooms) didn't work with TVs; no toilet brush.

Good location on the road to Arinal. Short walk to restaurants and supermarket. Close to bus stop for access to Andorra. Great bus network for getting around.
Ate dinner in Emo restaurant once, very good food, very quiet though.
Big clean and very comfortable rooms with A/C - main reason we chose the hotel.
Breakfast seemed expensive although we didn't have it due to this, I'm sure it would be good.
