Schön eingerichtet und alles da was man braucht!
Das WC war nicht ordentlich geputzt, am Mistkübel und an den Möbeln im Bad waren Rückstände zu finden.

Das Personal war sehr nett und die Zimmer und das Bad waren sehr sauber. Das Frühstück war sehr gut
Veraltete Zimmereinrichtung. Fenster ließ sich nicht öffnen, da der Griff abmontiert war. Ferner war vorm Bad die Schiebetür ausgehängt.

Ein Hinweis, dass die Fernsehprogramme erst ab Sender 5 auf dem Fernseher hinterlegt sind. Die Fehlermeldung schlechter oder kein Empfang, bitte prüfen sie die Kabel suggeriert auf den ersten Kanalplätzen, dass ohne technischen Support keinerlei Fernsehen möglich ist. Die Rezeption war wenig willig einen Informationszettel auszulegen.

We had a lot of friendly support during our breakfast.
I booked a room for me and my 5 years old child. We only hat one blanket and one pillow. It was not possible to reach the reception at 22:15 on the phone.

Good location near the station. It was easy to get to everywhere I needed to get to.
The food options for dinner were a little limited, but there were many restaurants in the area, so that's not a big deal.

Our safe did not work and although this was reported to staff on reception, it was still not fixed by the time we checked out! The receptionist apologised, it should have been done!
H Rewards - even though we travelled as a couple, a member of staff on reception insisted that we both had to be a member in order to receive the city card but gave us a second one anyway but I did join later.

Lunch was also included it was excellent. Brekfast had choice for everyone. Wide variety of things for on bread. Although it was busy there was plenty of food. The location right across the trainstation is very convenient.
