Top Lage des Hotels, ein bisschen zurückversetzt von der Strasse (La Croisette) daher sehr ruhig, mit Blick auf den Palmen-Garten und das Meer, sehr schönes Zimmer, bequeme Betten, Balkon mit Liegen zum Sonnen, Frühstück prima, gute Auswahl. Insgesamt sehr sauber und sehr nettes Personal (auch in der Vorsaison). Klasse !

Hôtel est très bien situé . Personnel accueillant. Propriété parfaite. Tres bon restaurant. Séjour était très agréable.

The location is great. The decor is impeccable. The free non alcoholic drinks supplied on a daily basis. Housekeeping comes through twice a day, very nice. The city view was not bad at all. Housekeeping also left chocolate treats after cleaning on a daily basis, very thoughtful.

Everything was decent, I would say the staff could participate in more hospitality management training, particularly in interaction with guests and non-French speaking guests.

I liked everything. The room was perfect, very comfortable and clean. Healthy and delicious breakfast, good choice of vegetables, fruits and other food. Good restaurant. Perfect location. My favorite hotel now

Location and ambiance

Staff was extremly rude, unorganized, not attentive enough, the price is extremely high. No swimming pool!!! Charging for sun-beds on hotels own beach fir guest is just impolite and rude for 5 star facility.

Really nice hotel, everything was super clean, the room was big, the people working at the front desk was super helpful and gave us a lot of good recommendations. We asked if they happen to know where we could buy pistachio cream nearby, and one of the gentlemen at the concierge desk actually bought it for us and delivered it to our hotel room. The concierge desk was one of the most pleasant, helpful and professional desks I have ever met. True gentlemen and so welcoming. The breakfast was good, location superb and the room was fantastic.

Unfortunately the hotel guests does not get sun beads at the nearby beach club for free. Guests do get a discount, which was nice, and we knew that sunbeds was not included beforehand, so I do not hold it against them in this review but it would be nice if they were included. Also, there are very many pigeons around the outdoor area, where guests eats breakfast and lunch, which I personally did not like, but there are pigeon's all over Cannes, so that is not the hotel's fault.

No pool. Overpriced . Food below expectations.

Great location spacious room

The housekeeping was slow. You would go out and come back 4 hours later the room still wasn’t clean. They wouldn’t refill the coffee satiation.

Did not clean on time

Beautiful hotel on the beach is centrally located with plenty of dining, shopping and marina, all within walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff.

I can’t think of a thing that we didn’t like.

Terrible staff. Stay anywhere on the Croissette but here.
