Seuls les portiers et femmes de ménages sont exemplaires envers les clients.

Een oase van rust in het drukke Bangkok. De plek bij uitstek om bij te komen van een lange vlucht en even te acclimatiseren. Transfer vanaf vliegveld via het hotel geboekt en was super goed geregeld.
Alles was ontzettend verzorgd! Het was fantastisch dat onze kamer al in de ochtend klaar was en we dus gelijk konden bijkomen. Fijn zwembad in een mooie tuin. Kamer was ruim genoeg ondanks het derde en babybedje. Doordat we de volgende ochtend vroeg met de trein moesten, hebben we ontbijtboxen aan het hotel gevraagd, was prima geregeld.
Houdt rekening met erg warm water in het zwembad eind april.

The location is nice because it just a walking distance to the ICAO regional Office, also the room was comfortable, clean, value for money.

Very courteous staff and clean rooms with fantastic views from the 19th floor. The rooftop bar is amazing with a spectacular view.
The best location hotel is next to the shopping centre & station and a bit away from crowded areas.
There is a night market within 500 metres of the hotel. Express check-in and out. Highly recommend it for families.
Please have more sun shades in the swimming pool area.

Die Größe der Zimmer und dass es ruhig war. Das Hotel ist direkt am Central Einkaufszentrum dran ist, war sehr praktisch. Man konnte auch gut zum BTS und MRT.

The Hotel is very very clean, Room size is wonderful, breakfast had so many options. Staff are kind, available and helpful. There is a floor connected to the mall and train/metro station nearby
I had no bathtub in my room. The room furniture and facilities were pretty old and needed renovation even though everything functioned perfectly. The swimming pool was nice but small and still had swimming lanes. The area of the hotel at night can be not clean when walking in the street outside of the mall access.

Deluxe Suite mit toller Ausstattung, schöne Aussicht und sauber!
Riesiges Frühstück mit toller Auswahl ,vieles wird frisch zubereitet!. Personal extrem aufmerksam und freundlich!!!
Manchmal zu viele Gruppenreisen,dadurch laut und manche Ausstattungen überfüllt ,wie Pool und Frühstücksraum.. Liege am Pool teilweise schon sehr mitgenommen!!

Great value for price. Location close to many restaurants and shopping with ladprao and union malls nearby. Close to BTS Station and Chatuchak Market.

breakfast was a little hectic but i guess that means busy hotel, staff in breakfast room were a bit disorganised. Food was good though.
Road noise not great!
Pool area, loungers weren't the best and could have been cleaner. The pool (water) itself was clean but pool had some sharp tiles and cracked areas where ill-repaired.

The room I booked was 45sqm but it felt a lot smaller as there was a bathtub right in the middle of the room! The power sockets in the room are few and poorly located. What a waste of real estate! The room was okay but I would say it is time for upgrade.

Schöner Swimmingpool.
Hotel hat diverse Restaurants und eine kleine gemütliche Rooftop Bar (Blue Sky Bar).
Preise sind für ein 5* Sterne Hotel sehr moderat.
Man kann zu Fuß zur Shoppingmall Central durch den Parkhaus laufen.
Preis/Leistung Top.
Wir werden sicher wieder hingehen.

It's a solid hotel. Good location and facilities. Price is OK. Skipped breakfast this time as it's a bit predictable for the price. Gym is good and staff are nice and helpful
It's not really the hotels fault but had a big family group on the floor, and they made a LOT of noise returning at 12 am plus. It's super unhelpful if you have jet lag! There is no solution to other guests' total lack of consideration for others.

Loved the spacious room I was given, 2229. Great view of the city particularly at night. Breakfast was great with a wide variety of western and eastern dishes to choose from. All staff I encountered were super friendly. A big shout out to the concierge team who helped with many directional questions.

Really love the proximity to BTS/MRT, Central Ladprao and Union Mall, through M floor/carpark. Very clean hotel and staff were very polite and pleasant. Had to wait till 3pm to check-in as the room was not ready. Very happy that they granted us late check-out. Appreciated that there was seating space in the shower, especially to enjoy the shower while resting our achy feet.
Only wish that there were power points besides the bed. Although there were some cables attached to the phone on 1 side, the master switches were Alain only on that side. The other side of the bed had no power points and only 1 reading switch. Oh one other thing, the sliding wardrobe/bathroom door auto-lock once when there was no one inside. After a few minutes, we managed to open it. However we had yo be extra careful when we slide the door and not to lock it.
