Hôtel exceptionnellement situé, à 10 mètres de la cathédrale. Chambre très joliment décorée, moderne. Très bon petit-déjeuner.

Die Lage des Hotels war grandios, direkt an der Kathedrale und in der Stadtmitte, den Parkplatz direkt am Hotel konnte man dazu buchen, perfekt. Das Frühstück war hervorragend.

Das Badezimmer war behindertengerecht ausgestattet, was ja nicht schlimm ist aber dadurch war das Waschbecken sehr niedrig angebracht und ein bisschen unbequem zu nutzen für nicht gehbehinderte Menschen. Außerdem war es etwas schimmelig. Das war aber auch der einzige „Kritikpunkt“

Heel mooie locatie, direct naast de kathedraal. Comfortabele kamer, prima ontbijt met veel keuze. Vriendelijk ontvangst.

Our second stay in the Annexe. We love being in the grounds of the Cathedral right in the centre of Canterbury just a short stroll from the shops, restaurants, bars and the Theatre.

Only slight boggle was one guy at breakfast in the first morning was very abrupt and not very helpful. However, he was in the minority as the other staff were lively and very attentive

Amazing day and night to celebrate my partner's birthday. Amazing location of hotel with the view from our bed to the cathedral! Fully English breakfast included in the price was delicious, restaurant is very nice.

Housekeepers woke up us at 8:30 hoovering in front of our room. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything from next rooms.

A fridge would have been useful & some water in the room. Shower was a a bit too powerful, went everywhere. Couldn't work out the temperature setting but it was either cold or hot & sprayed everywhere.

The location!! In the heart of the Cathedral grounds. As only people living there or staying at the hotel (and people coming for religious services) can go in before/after tourist hours, you really feel privileged being able to walk around the grounds in the morning & evenings, it was an incredible experience! The breakfast is absolutely fantastic, with the choice of one fully cooked meal (Full English, Eggs Beneddict..) and however much you want of continental breakfast add-ons. You can have it in a lovely little courtyard too The garden is amazing. Beautiful little corner of heaven with a view of the Cathedral

The hotel itself organizes receptions - the night we slept there, a wedding reception was happening, and the after meal/drinks & dancing event was in the building right next to ours, leading to loud music that could be heard in the room, and in the gardens (goodbye lovely peaceful evening reading in the garden...). The main reason I booked this hotel was to have a lovely view of the cathedral and some quiet. It's absolutey shameful that a hotel would make you sleep next to a party, and to me goes against the very core of the contract that you have with a hotel: a place to rest and sleep! Do NOT take their £10 parking offer if you're staying the day after your last night here. Sure, it's right next to the hotel, but you do have to leave at 11AM and repark in one of the expensive city parkings. I reckon they have a £12 real 24h parking pass for the city parkings, which is a much better offer (and the center's small, you won't have to walk very long). Also we found it a bit difficult to figure out where to enter said parking, and ended up going through a small alley which worked - the arrow on the ground seemed to indicate it wasn't allowed to enter from there, but nobody complained we did. Still not clear on whether it was ok And it's a matter of personal taste, so it won't be a problem for everyone - it wasn't for my mom - but the beds are hard and I woke up with some serious back pain

Everything was 100% top rate. Location, quiet, secure, beautiful. Amazing shower! Breakfast was incredible. LOVED staying here. Magical, spiritual, peaceful experience.
