Very friendly staff! Breakfast was good with a decent variety. The hotel itself was very clean and in a great location close to the beach. Free parking is available around the corner. Room had a great balcony.

Room wasn’t ready when we arrived. Rooms barely fit 3 people space wise.

A localização é excelente. O pequeno almoço é bom. Os funcionários são muito atenciosos e naturalmente simpáticos. O espaço muito limpo e acolhedor.

O quarto é a casa de banho extremamente pequenos.

El baño algo pequeño. Pone que tiene parking pero únicamente tiene 5 aparcamientos que pertenecen al hotel. Escasos en cuanto a material de aseo

Lo mejor sin duda alguna, el personal del hotel, en recepción Silvia fue muy amable y atenta.

O quarto que eu fiquei dava direto pra rua, e o banheiro tinha uma saída de ar que entrava todo o barulho da rua. Isso foi extremamente péssimo, já que minha viagem foi a trabalho. Também a acústica era ruim, e dava pra ouvir barulhos dos vizinhos.

Salle de bain trop petite, la douche est un petit carré ou on a pas la place de bouger sans toucher les rideaux qui sont un peu sales… Le mobilier mériterait un renouvellement.

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, das Frühstück hat gut geschmeckt und war ausreichend. Dabei sogar landestypische Kuchen, das war ein Highlight. Mein Zimmer war sauber und klimatisiert außerdem konnte man es nachts komplett abdunkeln. Das Hotel liegt 5 min Fußweg vom Strand entfernt und direkt an einer Bushaltestelle von der Mann innerhalb 30 Minuten im Zentrum von Lissabon ist. Tipp: wenn man eine Haltestelle weiter (Terminal/Busbahnhof) geht, bekommt man auch immer einen Sitzplatz.

Das Bad war etwas zu klein

The hotel is clean. Upon arrival our room was really small with 3 beds inside. We asked for another room but because everything was full they removed the 3rd bed from our room which made such a big difference. Overall really clean, tidy, helpful, Friendly staff, willing to help no matter the issue. They have wifi which is easy to hop on, just scan the QR code at the front desk. Bed linen and towels are changed daily. Beds are comfortable, had a good sleep every night. I needed an iron one night but somebody else in the hotel had it, the next day I asked for one and it seems the manager had bought a brand new one, so that was a nice touch. For the future I would recommend they have an iron in all rooms. Upon checkout you can leave your bags in the safe back area, if you need to have a quick wash before you leave for the airport they have washing facilities in the basement which is always clean, spacious I think there's a conference room down there too. Front reception/lobby is nice has a seated area with a coffee table.stair lift at the front entrance for wheelchair users as well as an internal elevator for access to all floors in the hotel. Breakfast/dining area is cool and clean. Continental breakfast was ok. Location wise the beach is literally at the bottom of the road (about 5/10mins walk) the hotel is situated on, you can't go wrong. Costa Caparica is definitely for the locals as it's very residential with the addition of air BnB's and hotels but all that's said and done it's an awesome hotel, awesome staff. Highly recommend Hotel Residencial Colibri.

Just a little dated. The main thing that needs changing are probably the small hotel rooms or the layout of the rooms. Shower leaked at the bottom (no harm or danger to us or other residents). Could do with an iron in each room. Updates take time and money and you can see they are doing this gradually.

The reception staff were particularly helpful and friendly especially Sylvia. We loved her. She helped us so much and made our visit.

Breakfast was a bit basic and the toilet seat was broken in our room and did not get fixed. Rooms a little bit tired

Rien de particulier

J'ai beaucoup apprécié l'emplacement, l'hôtel est à quelques minutes à pied de la plage et des commerces, situé sur une des avenues principales de costa da caparica. L'hôtel sentait bon et était très propre. Sylvia est une très agréable hôtesse.

Manque de prises dans la chambre, qu'une seule prise à côté du lit. Le petit-déjeuner était assez simple, manque de produit frais, tel que des viennoiseries ou du pain, cependant, il fait l'affaire. Concernant notre nuit de sommeil, les murs étant fins, nous avons malheureusement eu des voisins de chambre TRÈS BRUYANTS, qui nous ont réveillés à multiples reprises au milieu de la nuit. Ce fut très désagréable!!!

Das Zimmer ist sehr praktisch eingerichtet; grosser Schrank, angenehmes Bad. Das Frühstück war sehr reichhaltig mit teils ganz feinen Kuchen und den unvergesslichen Nata-Törtchen. Das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und freundlich.

Es gb leider keinen bequemen Sesser im Zimmer. Vor dem Hotel hat es bloss 6 Parkplätze, aber man findet in der Umgebung immer einen Platz fürs Auto.

Hotel was great and catered for everything that I needed, great location 5 minutes from the beach front whilst only an uber away from Almada or Lisbon itself. Most impressed with the staff, everyone who I dealt with were so friendly and accommodating and will make sure you have everything you need for your stay. Breakfast was very nice with a good range of options depending on your mood, little advice though it can get a little busy so wake up early !!!

Overall I can have no complaints or issues with my stay here.

Das Hotel liegt nah am Meer. Mehr positives gibt es nicht.

-Früchstück langweilig und einseitig -Man hört alles was im Flur, im Nebenzimmer und auf der Straße passiert - Das Bett war ranzig, die Bettwäsche Hatte flecken - Das Hotel hat die letzten 20 Bis 30 Jahre keine Renovierungsarbeiten gesehen Am besten einen weiten Bogen um dieses Hotel machen.

Quarto pequeno para 3 camas, limpeza do local deixou a desejar, as janelas cheia de bolor e pó, a casa banho tambem tinha bolor nos azulejos. Meu marido e minha filha têm alergia não conseguiram dormi bem.

Sauberkeit! Frühstück war ausreichend, für jeden was da!
